So it's a rarity for me to make a journal, but I think it's warranted this time. I have to give a shout out to all I've met in the Furry Fandom thus far. Your impact on my life, big or small has helped me get to where I am right now and you have my deepest gratitude.

The fandom has given me the core values that has gotten me to where I am today, and I don't know where I would be without it. So, instead of dwelling and instead of doubting. I'm going to boldly go forward and never hesitate. So to help usher the new perspective I harbor, I did what I've needed to do. Have my fursona better represent me, in all ways possible. So this is me boldly going forward.

It's been way to long since I've not only made a journal post but provided an update all together. I've recently been working quite a bit and been sorting things out mentally. I have the goal in mind to go back to school for Mechanical Design Engineering. I also have been thinking about moving out to Florida once I have all of my bills paid off. I need a big change, I need that shock to get me back.

For as long as I can remember, I've always had a stark negativity about myself and one of my friends really pointed that out in a blunt manner, which I really needed. I am much harder on myself than I really should be. I put myself down, I feel unaccomplished, I tell myself I can't do it, I don't allow change which allows an individual to evolve through experiences. So with that, I sat down and I put everything out from the last few years..since 2008 (when I joined the fandom) to today. And the results of what I came up with truly made me smile. I have no need to feel the way I do about myself. I need to smile, allow memories to linger and float around instead of archiving them immediately, awaiting the next experience. I need to slow down, enjoy the moment and take life in stride. I need to stop telling myself I can't do the shit I want to do when I know damn well I am capable. And I need to make the change, promptly.

I want to thank you all of my friends, you know who you are. You are my family, You helped me get to where I am today, and I have a lot of you to thank.
