About owed art and activity
Posted 2 years agoHello, I hope ya'll are doing okay and having a great holiday season! Thought I'd update on my lack of progress on owed work...
After some minor delays due to doc appointments and getting one of my cats neutered, it came the real issue: All mine and my family's devices got infected by malware it was nearly two weeks of fighting it. It took my router hostage (DNS hijacking) and redirected all my browsing, couldn't enter any website at all, some apps would crash, PC was super slow, programs would unexpectedly close too. Even our smart TV was redirecting to unsafe conections. After I couldn't figure it out on my own, a tech was called and the safest thing to do was reset all devices to default/format everything.
Just yesterday I finally finished reinstalling softwares and making sure everything's okay. A good chunk of files were lost but it was to be expected. And I can now pick up work again. My sincere apologies for the delays caused, I was hoping to deliver all owed art before christmas but my Clip Studio wasn't even installed by then. I'll be delivering everything before the year ends. Thank you all for your patience.
What a way to spend holidays, lol. But hey, at least it wasn't a ramsonware. Remember, kids, be careful what sites you visit and what you download, and have a good antivirus. Happy Holidays!
