So uh…would it be bad if I potentially took the first pic from the vore sequence and made it a YCH?

Long story short all the dudes in that sequence were gonna be anon/designless, but then decided to go with designing them for clarity. So I still have the anon version of the internal and external of that one. And I dunno if prey-minded people would be interested in that?
Especially when it would be quite a bit cheaper than my normal coms cuz I don’t have to block out posing (and Jake has already been Jake’d). I wouldn’t bother with a slot limit or any kinda bidding silliness for it either.

Like idk something about using already existing/posted art feels illegal…but would anyone actually be bothered by that??

As the title says, I’ll be officially doing the thing. And STAYING open once I do.

Yeh wow I did not expect it to take me…[checks notes]….six months to get my shit together. But I’m finally doing it.

However the hour sucks so I will post the rest tomorrow. Believe it or not we’re already almost halfway through the backlog. I was…not incredibly prolific during college hell, at least not in the kinky fun art sense, and then struggled with major burnout afterwards. I’m only now getting back to cooking.

And frankly the main reason I put off posting is because I hate trying to format tumblr asks for other places. Nothing else in the backlog requires that though, thankfully, so I have no more excuses lol

Was gonna do that a few days ago but the great hackening ruined those plans. But I’m officially done with college and am starting to have downtime again. Granted it’s not a whole lot of art because school and capstone completely took over my life for about a year OTL

Sadly not good news but eh. Figured I should at least update rather than vanish into the void again for an unspecified amount of time.

This past month or so has been hard. It started good with a vacation with my family. But then I came back and got sick. Not covid, but it sucked, and possibly got another illness at the same time. Hard to say, but my symptoms did a sudden shift from severe flu and fever to constant congestion and headaches + milder fatigue and coughing. Anyways this went on a few weeks before I finally managed to get seen by a doctor. As of last Friday I’ve been on antibiotics, and hopefully it all goes away soon.

And then this Tuesday I said goodbye to my dog of 15 and a half years. We did the best we could to make it the best day for her, and called the vet (who she also knew) to come to us so she could be at home. We took her outside to the grass and let her rest in the sunshine, overlooking the woods. We let her have as many cheeseburgers as she wanted (traditionally we give our dogs a plain cheeseburger on their birthdays, but she developed pancreatitis a few years ago, and couldn’t have them anymore, or any of the treats she liked in general due to it). She passed on the blanket we took her home with as a pup, surrounded by family. I know there’s beauty in that, so it’s probably worth writing about, but I’m not yet at a point where I can appreciate it. I’m still grieving, so it’s just pain and feeling through the loss for now.

I guess all I can say for now is that my low activity may continue for a bit. Or at least be unpredictable. I don’t know, I am doing my best to fill the time with things I want to do, and art may become a part of that or it may not. But I’m not going to force myself or fret about being online or responsive for now, or any of those other artist things. So even if I post, don’t take it personally if I’m still quiet otherwise. I’m taking time until I no longer need it.

...even tho I know ya’lls followed me for the art lmao. But I am *finally* caught up here, and hopefully I can keep it that way for the rest of summer (or until college takes over my life again lol)

Wow I did not mean to vanish and not post art for...six months OTL. Good news is that I’ll be wrapping up my college semester in a couple days, and I’ll try to hit the backlog then (or some time during break) as well as post new stuff.

There’s quite a bit of content so I’ll do my best to space it out a bit. And then I’ll try to post more regularly again :V

First off apologies for the sudden slowdown and disappearance. At some point I will post a bunch of my recent stuff, I’ve just been short on time. But for a good reason!

Basically, end of summer I decided to try the college thing again, applied to a nearby university, and managed to squeak in last minute. So now I’m majoring in art (and minoring in psych) so, if all goes well I’ll be a professional artist in two years, with shiny degree and all that jazz.

But because of that I’ve been busy and nowadays don’t have a lot of time for personal art (mostly I just doodle a bit on weekends, if I have the time). At some point too I’ll be posting my school work, and making more kink stuff.

For now tho most of my current WIPs and class stuff is on my Patreon, in case anyone is dying to take a peek. All finished stuff will find it’s way here eventually tho lol

So these last couple weeks I’ve been getting increasingly fatigued and suddenly developed breathing issues, a couple days ago I was diagnosed with bronchitis and tested for covid (but thankfully I am negative). Most likely just a weird complication from a mild rhinovirus—the bronchitis is worse than the cold itself, and the whole thing started with a small cough.

And while I am very grateful I don’t have covid (or exposed my family to it), it still kinda sucks and recovery is slow. It’s put a bit of a damper on art (though I’m still sketching, just slowly), but hopefully soon I can get back to where I was before I got struck down. Ngl though it’s made me even more paranoid about going outside for necessary stuff, cuz if it’s that easy for an infection to get into my lungs, well...you can do the math.

Anyways I’m really ready for this year to end, so I can just forget it, and the slew of health issues I’ve faced. I started it with a severe case of the flu, had a chronic sinus infection for months, got a different strain of the flu, and now bronchitis. Probably because I’ve had to be on a few courses of antibiotics this year, and even with probiotics, that stuff can fuck up your immune system for a good while afterwards. So I’m probably just prone to catching every little bug, no matter how careful and extra about precautions I am.

Here’s hoping 2021 is less shitty.

If you follow me elsewhere you probs already know this, but in short around late June/early July I started having these constant headaches, and as they grew increasingly severe and constant, my desire and ability to draw came to a screeching halt, and my mood and mental health plummeted (on top of my state going into quarantine, and I was having some struggle coping). Since then I’ve been on one round of antibiotics. Which lowered the pain for a bit, but after a couple weeks it flared right back up again.

Recently I got diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, and I’m on a heavy antibiotic in the hopes of knocking it out for good. I think it’s working, but it’s a little early and I’m too up and down to really tell. I have a little more that two weeks to go on the script, but I’m hoping by the end of that stint I’ll be back to myself, and I’ll be able to finish all the WIPs and owed stuff I’ve been sitting on for months. Not being able to finish stuff like I used to isn’t a good feel, and I really do want to get back into regular drawing again.

Granted, I’ve been warned that the antibiotic (because it’s so strong and because I’m on it for three weeks) might wreck me internally for a while. I’ve been taking all the precautions I can for that, and so far it hasn’t happened. But if my recovery takes longer, it’d likely be due to that.

But hopefully it does work, otherwise it might be a sign that something worse is going on, and I’d have to get an MRI to figure it out. But most likely it won’t come to that, and I’m hopeful.

I do apologize for the slow uploads, less content, and my inability to keep up with interactions and messages, and lapses on managing my own server. I’m also sorry for all the promises I made that I failed to upkeep. I quickly found myself having good days and bad days, and even on good days I had a limited number of hours where my head was clear and I could write decent responses. And more I did in those hours, the quicker I became depleted, and the longer it would take before I had another “good” day. I’m still fighting that gross cycle and doing my best to take it easy, but it may be a few more weeks before I’m back to where I was early this year (god, it feels like forever ago when I was able to create my own stuff alongside balancing an art class, and crazy to think that was during this year).

I guess other update is I’ve started suspending my Patreon. I suspended it for this month, and based on whether I reach the goals I set for myself, I may suspend it for September too. Note that you would still have to pay up front if you subscribed, so don’t think it’s a freebie. Just that if I don’t meet certain content quotas in a given month, I won’t charge for the next month. But once I’m back to my usual productivity, I do intend to give it a bit of a facelift, and hopefully offer some new stuff.

Made a post about it on Twitter, and I have no idea if peeps can see my profile if they have me blocked. I know they can see my art posts tho, so hopefully they can see this too? Idk FA's block system is a tad confusing and random with permissions.

Anyways, since I got notified of it happening last night and I'm paranoid: if I have you blocked on here, it was most likely a mistake and completely unintentional. For some reason I can't see any users on my block list (including the one or two profiles I know for sure I have blocked, it's just blank), and profiles I have blocked do not show up with the "unblock" version of the block button like when you normally block someone, it just looks like any other profile I pass by. So I have literally no way of knowing if I'm looking at a profile I have blocked. And it's even more concerning because with last night's instance, I had no memory of blocking them, nor had we ever really interacted, and there were no signs of me having blocked them, which leads me to wonder if this is not the only instance of this. But I also have no way of knowing because I can't check it on my end OTL

But I rarely use block functions (I like to believe most disputes can be solved by open communication, so you'd really have to work against me or try to hurt me to warrant a block), so esp if we've barely interacted or the majority of interactions have been pleasant, you were not blocked on purpose, and I would be happy to correct the issue if I can. I don't really know why it happened, if it's a bug or if my fingers fumble more than I think they do, but it seems that it's easily fixed by me just toggling the block button on your profile, and I am happy to do it.

Not exactly a happy journal but here goes.

Depression is still kicking my ass and recently it pulled me into a really dark place, so I’m getting on meds again (which I haven’t needed in 3 years) and tomorrow I get to do battle with insurance over hormones. Yay. To boot I’m barely hanging on to my single art class and I’m not mentally stable enough to hold onto a job. So that’s been life lately, neither glorious nor fun and I have no idea how long it’s gonna be before I’m functional and well...not at the mercy of my mental health issues. Rn I’m just hoping I don’t have to fight my insurance for weeks on end. But due to all of this and the pending nature of things I’m probably gonna keep being slow on the uploads for a while, or at least unpredictable af.

For good news though, I finished a two-image sequence I’ll hopefully post tomorrow, and may be posting some of my class studies later too. I’m doing yet another series on mushrooms so most of my sfw work will be focused on those.

I’m also hoping once I’m more stable to take on some commissions, and just test those waters since I haven’t done a whole lot of dabbling. The plan is to at least cover the cost of my meds if I can.
