Nintendo Direct 9-12-25 My thoughts.
Posted a month agoI just saw the Nintendo Direct and here are my thoughts about it.
They started this off with a Mario Montage to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. for the NES! The Nintendo Museum is doing a light show so if you ever visit Japan you should go to Kyoto and see for yourself! Super Nintendo World is now in Orlando, Florida so that's on my bucket list!
Finally! A sequel to the 2023 Mario movie is coming out Spring 2026! I saw the 2023 Mario movie and it was awesome! Instead of The Super Mario Bros. Movie 2, it's called The Super Mario Galaxy Movie! That means Rosalina is gonna be in the movies! I will be released some time in April 2026! I can't wait! The actors and actresses from the 2023 Mario Movie returns!
Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 is gonna be ported to the Switch! I can't wait until we play this! I have Super Mario 3D All-Stars so I can play that until this gets released! It's slated to be released in October 2nd! So close to being released! The Galaxy Mario and Rosalina amiibo is gonna be released April 2, 2026 so it's won't be an April Fools prank! We can even buy Rosalina's storybook!
A new Mario Tennis game is gonna be released on the Switch 2! I have Mario Tennis Aces for the Switch 1 so this will be awesome! The name of the new Mario Tennis game is called Mario Tennis Fever! A new type of Racket called a Fever Racket builds up power as you rally the ball and when full uses a Fever Shot that causes the opponent to stun and unable to react to the ball and other effects! There are 30 Fever Rackets so it'll be epic to try them out! The Talking Flower from Super Mario Bros. Wonder serves as commentator. Better than the Toads I suppose. There's Trial Towers where you have to clear them in a row to get to the top. Fail once and you start from the bottom of the tower. Mix it up has different effects such as the Wonder Flower effect. You can set the rules in Online mode or get competitive and do ranked matches. You can use the button or motion controls for this game. Mario, Luigi, Peach Wario and Waluigi got regressed in the new adventure mode so it up to the babies to defeat the different Mario enemies to restore them! The game is going to be released in February 12, 2026! I can't wait!
Super Mario Bros. Wonder is getting a Switch 2 upgrade! If you get the upgrade you get the new mode called Meetup in Bellabel Park! Do I see a Phanto from Super Mario Bros 2 in the plaza? There are different Vs. mode such as Fast Cash, get as many coins as you can, Knock 'em Back, use bubbles to knock opponents into hazard like lava, Phanto Tag, a character wearing the Phanto mask is "it" and the "not it" can turn into a talking flower to hide, Look out! Bob-omb Relay, where you have to pass the Bob-omb to another player to keep the Bob-omb from exploding, Build Away where you can summon Donut Blocks, Pumped up: 1, 2, 3, Jump, where you jump to the beat of the music to get to the goal, and many more! The Koopalings return as well as Captain Toad's crew! Meetup in Bellabel Park will be out some time in Spring 2026. I also can't wait for that!
To end the Mario montage, We're getting a new Yoshi's Island game! The Yoshis meet Mr. E and Yoshi jumped into the book and it looks like Yoshi's New island with a hint of Yoshi's Story. You can eat the enemies and have them ride on Yoshi's back! Different enemies have different effects so I can't wait to try it out for myself! The name of the new Yoshi game is called Yoshi and the Mysterious Book and it's slated to be released some time in 2026!
More Tomodachi Life Living The Dream content is shown! You can make Miis in this game, feed them, play with them and befriend them! I can't wait to get it sometime next year! I bet next direct or two will show us the release date.
Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection is coming out soon! You can play the actual Mortal Kombat 1 (1992), Mortal Kombat 2, Mortal Kombt 3 Mortal Kombat 4 and you can play different versions of it! The original creators of Mortal Kombat are John Tobias and Ed Boon so you can hear them talk about the franchise! The Digital version comes out the day before Halloween (October 30, 2025) and the Physical version will come out on December 12, 2025. I bet it will be worth it!
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is getting a Switch 2 port! Finally! I can't wait to play as Cloud and other members of AVALANCHE to take on SOLDIER and the main villain Sephiroth! It's coming to the Switch 2 Janurary 22nd, 2026. I can't wait to get it!
Hades 2 is getting a Switch 2 port! I never played Hades 1 so I need to play that and even stream it while I wait for Hades 2 to come out! It will come out for digital on September 25th and physical version on November 20th
More Kirby Air Riders content is shown! 2 amiibos, Kirby & Warp Star and Bandana Waddle Dee & Winged Star are gonna be released and if you scan them, they become an racer similar to the Super Smash Bros 4 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate amiibo fighters! You can even swap the riders! Kirby Air Riders and their amiibos are going to be released on November 20th so I can't wait. I may even get it as a Christmas gift!
More Hyrule Warriors Age Of Imprisonment content is shown! We finally get to see what Zelda went through during the events of The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom! As you know, Hyrule Warriors is Dynasty Warriors but with a The Legend Of Zelda coat of paint. You can play as Zelda, Rauru, Sonia and others to try to imprison the evil king, Ganondorf! You can use the different Zonai Devices to defeat hordes of enemies! You can even sync up with an ally to use Sync Strike. Different characters use different abilities so it'll be epic to try out different Sync Strikes! It gets released on November 6th. I might get it as a Christmas gift!
More content of Dragon Quest is shown! Dragon Quest 7 is gonna be remade! I never played any of the Dragon Quest games but I may to pay tribute to Akria Toriyama. It's gonna be released on February 5th, 2026 so I may save up some money to get it. One question Square Enix, Chrono Trigger remake or SNES NSO when?
Oh no freaking way! I thought Nintendo wanted to forget about this! Virtual Boy is gonna be available on the NSO! Really? Didn't it fail because people had eye strains and headaches for using this thing? The games shown are Mario's Tennis (Actual first Mario Tennis game), Galactic Pinball, Teleroboxer, Wario Land, Red Alarm, Jock Bros., Vertical Force, Mario Clash, Golf, Virtual Boxing, Tetris 3D, VTetris, Space Invaders and some game in Japanese that I don't know! It's gonna be available February 17, 2026. Be sure to take breaks if you're gonna play this! Your eyes will thank you.
Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly is getting a remake! I never played any of the Fatal Frame games, but I do know you get rid of ghosts by taking pictures at them. It's gonna be out early 2026 so I guess sometime in the Spring of 2026.
Powerwash Simulator 2 is going to be released! I never played any of the Powerwash Simulator games but if it's gonna be available on the Switch 2 I hope they add FLUDD from Super Mario Sunshine! It's gonna be released this fall so they'll show the release date when it get close to release date.
Suika Game is back and instead of a box-like field it's a planet. I played Suika Game before and if you like puzzles and want to relax while playing puzzles then this game is for you. It's gonna come out this Winter so either December 2025, January or February 2026. Guess we'll wait until then.
More Metroid Prime 4 Beyond content is shown! Samus is riding a motocycle to travel vast distances of the Planet Viewors and is that Sylux from Metroid Prime Hunters? Metroid Prime 4 Beyond is slated to be released December 4th! I can't wait! I can even get it as a Christmas gift!
More Donkey Kong Banaza content is shown and is that DK Island?! I can even hear the DK Island music from Donkey Kong 64! DLC is gonna be coming out soon! DK Island and Emerald Rush! If you beat the game Void Kong will try to recruit DK to his company. Should DK agree, he can do Emerald Rush where he must smash as much emeralds as he can. You can find fossils to get perks to make the next Emerald Rush must easier next time! The DLC come out today but I'll wait until I beat the game to get the DLC. By then I would have enough money to buy it.
A new Pokemon game is coming out! You play as a Ditto transformed into a human and since Ditto is a Pokemon, you can understand what they're saying! Ditto can learn new moves to help shape the land! The new Pokemon game is called Pokemon Pokopia and it's gonna be released sometime next year.
More Pokemon Legends Z-A content is shown! We already shown the gameplay and did Absol, Chestnaught, Delphox, and Greninja Mega Evolved? That's awesome! Malamar, Victribell and Halucha (pardon my spelling) There's an evil team organization that is the precursor to Team Flare shown here. Zygarde is here in its 10% form! It's gonna be released on October 16 2025! I can't wait! Also Raichu is the 3rd Pokemon to have 2 Mega Evolution forms in this DLC content called Mega Dimensions!
Danganronpa 2 Goodbye Despair is getting a remake! If you don't what Danganronpa is. You play as a student trapped in a place where you have to kill another student and get away with the murder. If you get caught, you get killed. You try to survive and make sure you don't get killed by other student or Monokuma himself. Danganronpa 2 is getting addition content called Danganronpa 2x2! I never played any of the Danganronpa games so I may give this a go. It's gonna come out sometime next year so I have to think about it until then.
Dynasty Warriors Origins is gonna come out on January 22, 2026 so I look forward to play it.
More Monster Hunter Stories 3 content is shown. I played Monster Hunter Stories 2 Wings Of Ruin so I might give this game a try. The official name is called Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection! You can ride a Magnamalo from Monster Hunter Rise! Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Refelction is gonna come out on March 13, 2026! I can't wait to try it out!
A new Resident Evil game is gonna come out and it's as spooky as ever. Resident Evil 9 Requiem is gonna come out soon! It's gonna come out on February 27, 2026. I'm not a big fan of horror but if you like horror games then this is for you. Also on that day, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard and Resident Evil 8 Village will come out!
Once again, they saved the best for last. A new Fire Emblem game is coming out! I played Fire Emblem Three Houses and Fire Emblem Engage. Dietrich looks and sounds like Alucard from Castlevania Symphony Of The Night. The new Fire Emblem game is called Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave and is that Sothis from Fire Emblem Three Houses? It will be released sometime next year so I may have to give it a try when it comes out.

Nintendo Switch 2 Direct 4-2-25 My thoughts.
Posted 7 months agoI just saw the Nintendo Switch 2 direct and here are some of my thought about it.
Once again they start off with a bang. A new Mario Kart game is shown! It was shown in the teaser trailer and it looks amazing! New characters, karts and items are shown here and there are new techniques such as rail wheelies and hoping from wall to wall and get into bigger vehicles! You can even change outfits in this game! The Mario Kart 9 game is named Mario Kart World! For the first time you can go open world! That's awesome! There's even a knockout tournament! You can even take photos during your race and free roam! It's slated to be released at the same day as the Switch 2!
They are now showing the what the "C" button does. It allows you to chat with others! It's called GameChat and you can chat with other if you have the Nintendo Switch Online subscription. The microphone has a noise cancelling function so you don't have to worry about what's going on in the background. You can screen share games even if it's not the same game as yours! There's even a camera if you want to see yourself playing with friends! If you get this you'll have a free rial of GameChat until the end of March 2026!
You can share games to not only Nintendo Switch 2 consoles but Nintendo Switch 1 consoles as well! However this only works if your have a Switch 2 console. Still that's so awesome!
They're finally getting to the good part. The specs. It has a 7.9 inch screen compared to 6.2 inch of the Switch on but it the thickness is still the same 13.9 mm. (which is about 0.5 inch). When it's not docked it can run a 1080p and when docked it can run 4K and you can adjust the TV screen's resolution if your TV can't handle 4K. It can run at 12 FPS! It has Vivid LCD and HDR support. You can magnetically attach the Switch 2 Joycons and there a button to safely detach them! The SL/SR buttons are bigger. The control sticks are larger but they didn't say they got rid of the drifting problem. The Joycons can act like a computer mouse which is awesome! It has improved speakers and clearer audio. It even balances the 3 ranges of the audio! The kickstand can now go all the way back! No need to charge the Switch 2 console on the bottom of the console! You can even charge it from the top of the console! The Switch 2's internal memory is at 256 GBs and I bet if they release an OLED version it would be at 512 GBs! The back of the Switch 2 dock slides off rather than a door like flap. The dock even has a cooling fan!
You can take a virtual tour of the console and controllers called Welcome Tour! I can't wait to check it out!
The physical games are the same size as the Switch 1 and they're still using MicroSD cards but only Express versions of it.
The Switch 2 Pro Controller looks amazing and it has additional buttons the GL/GR buttons! It even has a headphone jack!
The Nintendo Switch 2 along with Mario Kart World will be released on... June 5th! One month before my birthmonth which is July! I hope to get it for my birthday!
They're adding new features to the Switch 1 games to the Switch 2. Super Mario Party Jamboree is up first and it's going to add Jamboree TV! It can use mouse control, voice control like Mario Party 6 & 7, and a more powerful HD Rumble. You can even use the camera to be in the game! Bowser live lets you do mini-games with Bowser! You can ride on the Carnival Coaster as you shoot down enemies and play mini-games! The Jamboree TV will be added on July 24th but it only works if you have a Switch 2. Once you do, If you own Super Mario Party Jamboree already, there's an upgrade pack you can buy.
The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom is going to be ported to the Switch 2! There's the Zelda Notes app if you want to find Shrines, Towers, Materials or Ingredients. You can even save your creations in Tears Of The Kingdom!
Kirby is getting a new post game story call Star Crossed Worlds! The crystals here look amazing!
More Metroid Prime 4 content and it's better than the last! It's going to be released on the Switch 1 and Switch 2 so I'm looking forward to it! You can use the Joycon's mouse mode to aim and shoot if your using the Switch 2 version.
Pokemon Legenda Z-A looks amazing and I get it will get better when it gets released.
A new game called DragXDrive is like wheelchair basketball and it looks cool. The mouse function to move and shoot is amazing!
Oh no freaking way! Elden Ring is going to be ported to the Switch 2! It came out on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2022 and now it's finally being released on the Switch 2! It's going to come out later this year so we'll find out next direct or something.
Hades 2 is coming out soon on the Switch 2! I never played the 1st Hades game so I may play that while I wait for the Switch 2 version to come out.
Street Fighter 6 is coming out soon but it begs the question. Monster Hunter Wilds on Switch 2 when Nintendo and Capcom?
Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion is coming out soon! I played Daemon X Machina on the Switch 1 so it'll be awesome to get this! It's going to be released on May 9th so I'm looking forward to playing it!
I never heard of Split Fiction but I bet it's going to be amazing though!

Once again they start off with a bang. A new Mario Kart game is shown! It was shown in the teaser trailer and it looks amazing! New characters, karts and items are shown here and there are new techniques such as rail wheelies and hoping from wall to wall and get into bigger vehicles! You can even change outfits in this game! The Mario Kart 9 game is named Mario Kart World! For the first time you can go open world! That's awesome! There's even a knockout tournament! You can even take photos during your race and free roam! It's slated to be released at the same day as the Switch 2!
They are now showing the what the "C" button does. It allows you to chat with others! It's called GameChat and you can chat with other if you have the Nintendo Switch Online subscription. The microphone has a noise cancelling function so you don't have to worry about what's going on in the background. You can screen share games even if it's not the same game as yours! There's even a camera if you want to see yourself playing with friends! If you get this you'll have a free rial of GameChat until the end of March 2026!
You can share games to not only Nintendo Switch 2 consoles but Nintendo Switch 1 consoles as well! However this only works if your have a Switch 2 console. Still that's so awesome!
They're finally getting to the good part. The specs. It has a 7.9 inch screen compared to 6.2 inch of the Switch on but it the thickness is still the same 13.9 mm. (which is about 0.5 inch). When it's not docked it can run a 1080p and when docked it can run 4K and you can adjust the TV screen's resolution if your TV can't handle 4K. It can run at 12 FPS! It has Vivid LCD and HDR support. You can magnetically attach the Switch 2 Joycons and there a button to safely detach them! The SL/SR buttons are bigger. The control sticks are larger but they didn't say they got rid of the drifting problem. The Joycons can act like a computer mouse which is awesome! It has improved speakers and clearer audio. It even balances the 3 ranges of the audio! The kickstand can now go all the way back! No need to charge the Switch 2 console on the bottom of the console! You can even charge it from the top of the console! The Switch 2's internal memory is at 256 GBs and I bet if they release an OLED version it would be at 512 GBs! The back of the Switch 2 dock slides off rather than a door like flap. The dock even has a cooling fan!
You can take a virtual tour of the console and controllers called Welcome Tour! I can't wait to check it out!
The physical games are the same size as the Switch 1 and they're still using MicroSD cards but only Express versions of it.
The Switch 2 Pro Controller looks amazing and it has additional buttons the GL/GR buttons! It even has a headphone jack!
The Nintendo Switch 2 along with Mario Kart World will be released on... June 5th! One month before my birthmonth which is July! I hope to get it for my birthday!
They're adding new features to the Switch 1 games to the Switch 2. Super Mario Party Jamboree is up first and it's going to add Jamboree TV! It can use mouse control, voice control like Mario Party 6 & 7, and a more powerful HD Rumble. You can even use the camera to be in the game! Bowser live lets you do mini-games with Bowser! You can ride on the Carnival Coaster as you shoot down enemies and play mini-games! The Jamboree TV will be added on July 24th but it only works if you have a Switch 2. Once you do, If you own Super Mario Party Jamboree already, there's an upgrade pack you can buy.
The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom is going to be ported to the Switch 2! There's the Zelda Notes app if you want to find Shrines, Towers, Materials or Ingredients. You can even save your creations in Tears Of The Kingdom!
Kirby is getting a new post game story call Star Crossed Worlds! The crystals here look amazing!
More Metroid Prime 4 content and it's better than the last! It's going to be released on the Switch 1 and Switch 2 so I'm looking forward to it! You can use the Joycon's mouse mode to aim and shoot if your using the Switch 2 version.
Pokemon Legenda Z-A looks amazing and I get it will get better when it gets released.
A new game called DragXDrive is like wheelchair basketball and it looks cool. The mouse function to move and shoot is amazing!
Oh no freaking way! Elden Ring is going to be ported to the Switch 2! It came out on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2022 and now it's finally being released on the Switch 2! It's going to come out later this year so we'll find out next direct or something.
Hades 2 is coming out soon on the Switch 2! I never played the 1st Hades game so I may play that while I wait for the Switch 2 version to come out.
Street Fighter 6 is coming out soon but it begs the question. Monster Hunter Wilds on Switch 2 when Nintendo and Capcom?
Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion is coming out soon! I played Daemon X Machina on the Switch 1 so it'll be awesome to get this! It's going to be released on May 9th so I'm looking forward to playing it!

They started out with the HD remake of the 1st 2 Dragon Quest. They announced that and 3 last year in tribute to Akira Toriyama. I might get this game as I never played the original Dragon Quest AKA Dragon Warrior back on the NES.
Shadow Labyrinth looks cool and that yellow orb reminds me of Pac-Man.
It came out on the Playstation Portable. Now It's going to be on the Nintendo Switch! That's right! Patapon and Patapon 2 is coming out! If your like rhythm and army games then this is for you.
Story Of Seasons Grand Bazaar is coming out! I played Story Of Seasons A Wonderful Life before so this is interesting.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Gradius, they're releasing the collection called Gradius Origins! I doubt you can use the Konami code because it's the arcade version. The collection contains Gradius, Salamander, Life Force, Gradius 2, Gradius 3, and Salamander 2. You can change the region versions if you want to. Salamander 3 is the newest one being added! It's slated to be released on August 7th so I may rent it to try it out.
Rift Of The Necrodancer is a rhythm spin-off of Crypt Of The Necrodancer. Do I see Dark Madeline or Badeline from Celeste? Pizza Tower as well? It's being released later today so I may try it out.
If you remember Tamagotchi then they're gonna release Tamagotchi Plaza! I never had a Tamagotchi when I was a kid but I can give this a try. It's going to be released on June 27, so I may have to rent it first before I decide if I want to get it for my birthday or not.
More content of Pokemon Legends Z-A is shown! The 3 starter Pokemon are Chikorita, Tepig and Totodile. Chikorita and Totodile are Johto starter Pokemon while Tepig is a Unova starter Pokemon. Looks like the game is taking place in Lumiose City in the Kalos Region. The Wild Zones look awesome and like the last Legends game, you can toss Pokeball into them. Looks like when night falls, you get to battle in Z-A Royale. It looks like in battle zones, the NPC go back to battling you if they see you like the old Pokemon games. You can sneak attack other trainers to get the advantage in battle. Looks like the more you win in battles the higher your rank and I bet the higher the rank the more powerful the opponents will be. The game is slated to be released later this year but they haven't given us a exact release date. Guess we'll find out next direct or a official release video later this year.
Rhythm Heaven is back! I never played the Rhythm Heaven games before so this will be so good! The game is called Rhythm Heaven Groove and it's going to be released next year! I can't wait!
They're trying to tell us that digital games are better than physical games. That's not gonna work because less storage space for physical games and we'll still have them even if Nintendo delists certain games. However if you do get games that are digital but have a physical game version you'll see that it looks like the physical games. You can transfer games that have virtual game cards onto another Nintendo Switch. You can even lend them a game and it will return it to you after 2 weeks.
Talk about a blast from the past. Marvel Cosmic Invasion is a homage to classic beat-em up arcades. You play as different Marvel heroes and even the Anti-Hero Venom! It's says going to be released on Holiday this year so I might get it as a Christmas gift.

Nintendo Switch 2 Teaser Trailer HYPE!
Posted 9 months agoI just saw the first look teaser trailer for the new Nintendo console officially called the Nintendo Switch 2 and I'm extremely hyped about this!

Posted 9 months agoWith FA now allowing wet/messy diapers I can re-upload the wet/messy diaper artwork that I deleted 2 years ago. I have to mark them as mature though but it's no problem. Now that regression is allowed back I can upload the regression pic again without worry. In addition all future uploads will have keywords so if they find something that they don't like they can add that keyword to the blocklist.
