I spent my birthday(the 6th) weekend with  snowspirit who shares her brthday the day after mine(the 7th). We also had the wonderful company of 2 other raver furs(star foxx/scarlett and a zebrapuss(galactic) ) and a bunch of ravers. We went to the OC Fair Raver Day and I went in fursuit and had a blast!! i got ADD separated from the main group but lead some new friends on an adventure and I even got them onto the main stage to dance around all in UBER rave gear. then we went back to Snow's pad, had nomy pizza (thx snow) and went to Glowbal Unity 2011, a rave. at the rave who should see me but  codine!!! omgz >.<! as the clock hit 12 ravers and furries sang me happy birthday as the bass from the other room vibrated us still (epic way to start a bday). after a few hours of sleep, it was time to go off to a rave in the dessert. that epic night of dancign out in the hardbaked sand was epic, met sweet new friends and rang in Snowspirit's bday. finaly we headed back home, and sleeplessly heading into a party which i fursuited for, taking shots and whatnot, for snow after we veggied in the sun for a bit and got donuts. I missed gettign my ticket for the bus so i got to spend an extra day and go to cal poly Pomona with snow and galactic and see a Caimen eat a fish and play awesome epic Asian video games in the arcades.

moral of the lesson: 2 Redines, 1 five hour energy and two redbull and misc energy sips = no tired wildchild after ~3raves and a party! WOOT! someday i will get tired hehe.

hey there, im gonna do a kandie tutorial tonight on watchtail i think. ill probably be watching dr who and making kandie but i can show people how to do the two main types of cuffs at least and answer questions. itll probably be past 7, pacific time (im gonna geek out ata card shop hehe)

I got a fucking job today!!!!!!! FUCK YES FUCK YES! so my parents can go suck it! if this works out ill have 400$ and like 2/3 tuition from them, plus what i make at my job, which will be at least 12$ an hour! fuck yeah!!!! Im gonna be a handyman/gardener for a nearby apartment complex. so all the years my dad told me that working construction during high school and college wasnt a rea job and wouldn't pay off..... well he can go suck it! YES YES YES!!!!!!!! i didnt think I would get it since I don't have a car, and the dude wasn't happy, but i have a ton of experience and i tried my best to be polite and respectful =^.^= I dont "officially" have the job in that Friday is a "tryout" where I just have to kick ass, and if i do good on friday my pay might even theoretically be as much as 15$ an hour. YES!!!!!!!!!!! things be looking up for theis lion <3

Also: me being cute, I got to fursuit at a tiny local anime convention (just a few blocks from my house) for the surrounding five cities. it was really fun and i got to be all bouncy <3 during a lull as the judges were deciding who one the cosplay contest thingy (ill join it next year) i went up to one of the local furs who also happpend to be running audio. RIGHT as I was asking him to find the Caramelldansen song, so i could pull up this group of chill cosplay kids and have them dance with me, he turns it on, I guess he had the same idea hehe. soo.. just talked on the phone with my parents. they have been holding my entire life career hostage by after not helping me pay for college or ANYTHING for three years(where i had to use money i saved up in highschool, made in stock, and some left by my awesome grandpa), they paid for my housing this year(that does not include FOOD, gas, electricity, medication, tuition, and all the other expenses one has in life). so finally my money ran out and my dad and stepmom(who make so much money they could have paid for 4 years of my tuition and rent in 3 weeks of work(i know cause i know their actual wages)) said they would pay for my tuition and 400$ a month(not even enough for housing alone) for A year. if I obey a big list of demands they made, and made it very clear they would drop me at a seconds notice....

anyways.. this journal is not about that(just had to vent it)

the phone call i was with them on was where they:

1 equivilated "wearing a tail to masturbating in public." (like word for word),

2 Told(yes TOLD me) me that my professors did not judge me by my character or intellect but the fact that im a fury and would therefore not write me letters of recommendation(though Ive been told the letters my professors wrote for me were AMAZING)

3 they also TOLD me that I WOULD wear a tail to an interview, even after I told them multiple times I would never do something like that.

4 and secondly worst of all... my dad who at least isnt a bitch to me finally Freudian slipped that he thought I was fucking dogs because I am a furry.... AWESOME!
(and he is highly educated and liberal in california and has known im furry for many years)

5 and WORST of all, my stepmom also slipped secrets I told my dad to SPECIFICALLY keep a secret(primarly from her) that are probably the most important private information ive ever reviled to my father in my life...

on the good side, they think its totally within their ideas of moral (thats right I cant do "imoral things" while on their support, which is complete dependent on whos point of view) for me to be completely wasted and puking drunk... but wearing a tail isnt.


they are highly jewish and super liberal but ye they give me shit for a life choice that they think could impact my life, saying I shouldnt do it. but hey... wasnt the life of a few people impacted by their choice of being jewish? like say... 6 million murdered jews in the holocaust? its a good thing wearing my tail is a worse crime in modern times.

Yeah, im decidedly going. even if its just for a friday and until saturday afternoon (sry im gonna miss the second dance :( ) I just moved a final to tuesday instead of monday morning at 7 so who knows. but yeah.. expect a hyper lion raver there. i will have o so many hugs. plus ill have to be SUPER hyper to make up for the short amount of time i have there :3
