the real world is being way to boring right now

I really could use some legal advice ( I know they typically dont give free advice, but as a med student who comes from a family and heritage of docters, we can at least give our free "medical opinion" so hopign for somethign like that).

I got screwed over in a court case a year and a half ago and just now(after paying tons of fines, fees, doing my community service, and even calling to make sure I was done with everything I needed to do), I got letter in the mail today saying I owe 6000$ in restitution. They put "NA" on the date that I can contest the fines, so I really dont know what to do. I dont have anywhere near 6000$ and I have student loans that require me to be a full time student or I have to repay them, so even IF I drop out of school by SOMEHOW gettign a job and SOMEHOW finding a place to live as I work it off (my parents wont let me stay at their houses Im pretty dam sure), id still have to pay off my student loans AND the restitution. I really dont know what to do right now, and seriously if any of you are Lawyers, I could really use some advice. My court appointed Lawyer SCREWED me over, sayign Id only have to do some community service, and convinced me to plead guilty to a lesser charge, even though there was no actual evidence that could have shown I had broke the law(especially considering we are innocent until proven guilty within reasonable doubt, right?). I was soooooo stupid stupid stupid, to belive him and clearly any advice other than what this guy is giving would sorly be appreciated!!!!

I mean part of accepting furrydom is the give and take of people letting me do furry thing and accepting most oddities that can come from other furs (there are limits of course, but it probably isnt my place to judg3e unless its hurting animals or people), but a poser is still a poser. so, asking all raver furs out there, whats yoru opinion on the "dances" at cons? how do you feel about furries with an absurd amount of rave art work( is it posing or is it benign admiration)? what do you feel about the cross ovr between the cultures? should "raver furs" who have never been to a rave or dont like them in reality be recommended to change their names/ self declarations?


and I am not askign about can you dance well? do you have a butt load of kandie, do you go every weekend. cause not all ravers do those things and just cause you dont dose not make you a raver. Im asking about furs that have never been to one or have but bailed an hour in complaining about the music being to loud (lol) yet still want the "respect(?)" and social opinion of being a raver. about claiming to be a dj when all you do is play YMCA.

I know i nearly shat my pants when i saw my first fursuiter raver  vitani, and i love my furry rave fam (scooby, dez kitty, catalyst, legendary and cryptic. kandiefurs like sera monster, kurse, and the Arizona furraver group and furs like wonderlandwulfie who actually work for rave companies are an amazing connection to both cultures. along with all the FRESH furs who took a brave step and put themselves out there to go to LA raves in fursuits and i think they ended up haveing an amazing time, and all of whom id LOVE to see again and rave with

PPS: if you legitimately wanna go to one but cant find them, note e and i might be able to help, but one thing that makes a true raver (in my opinion) is kinda the initial digging and asking around trying to find them and then bribing your stepdad to drive you to them and back buhahahah

though it should be called global climate change so the dumb ignorant half of this country can claim that the snow storm thats covered 90% of the US is proof glowbal warming isnt true.

but seriously, we can all do shit to loweer our impact. i still flaw, i LOVE long showers but i try to make up for it by only having the light on in the room im in. seriously just go one day and turn off the light when you leave one room.
i pay FIVE dollars in gas and electricity, FIVE FUCKING DOLLARS. being green can save ya money. soo.. yeah we might already have doen irreversible damage and are gonna have a less than 1 degree increase in the average global temperature, seems liek its not alot right? well how about in 50 years when its 30 degrees hotter? i can pretty much assure ya that that is gonna suck fat donkey. and pretty much mean places liek las vegas and palm springs are sure as hell not gonna be inhabitable.

the sad thing is...... i used to rant on this all the time. i used to want to go to college so i could make houses that use trash to grow biolumenescent fungi so we dont need as many lights. to work on more fuel efficient cars....
...... but...... i gave up.... its sad to think about it but probably half way through my freshman year of college after not being listened to i just stopped.... i stopped rantign and raving and focused on other areas of science... but *shrugs* its hard to keep going when no one listens.


so for me i guess i can try to redeem myself just a abit,
if i ask you to just for one day, just for march 10th, you turn off the lights when you leave a room, if its yellow keep it mellow (and you know what i mean), and think about what you want in your fridge before you open it
also if you wanna be really brave.... pick up that soda can thats lying on the ground 10 feet from a recycable trash can. yeah i know, your gonna think people are lookign at you like "what the hell is that weirdo doing" but you know what, that weirdo wears a tail everyday so hes obviously got mental problems so the whole can thing isnt that big of a deal. so yeah that and if you have a peice of trash in your hand... wait until you find the right trash can. your arm isnt gonna fall off from carrying that empty coffee cup another 20 feet. so will you do one or two of these things tomorrow? will you please at least think of me when your about to leave the room and the lights is still on? for me? plz? (just remember to put all the beer bottles in a trash bafg tonight and then after your hangover subsides throw that beer bottle bag in the recyclable dumpster, or... bring it in to your local can depository and get like 5$)

so got my blood work back today and I dont have diabetes! apparently on this test i got 4.8-5.9 and the level for diabetes is 6+ and definite at 6.5. So i was advised to decrease my diet of top ramen... i dont know how im gonna do that but its a world of relief to not have diabetes. he wants to check me again in a year or if i have disconcerting symptoms but i guess even having 5.9 isnt significant enough if it doenst break that 6.0 level.

while i might have experienced some symptoms from a slightly elevated blood glucose level, but not enough to stop me from having energy drinks at raves hehe, it seems that the majority of symptoms came from high levels of lymphocytes due to being sick and a slight decrease in liver and kidney functions that can be attributed to the combination of stoping working out, only eating ramen (200% daily sodium intake at least), and finals.

so end result: i need to keep an eye on it but im not diabetic, just sick, stress induced symptoms, and not workign out.

thx everyone for all the support you showed me, i love you all and sorry to scare you but i gotta say the support you showed me would have made finding out i did have it a lot softer blow, knowing there were people who loved me.

one bummer news is that i cant meet the prerequisites for the master program i have been applying to due to my academic adviser neglecting to tell me i missed someof the prerequisites even after i consulted her multiple times about the program and with her scheduled to take the prerequisites next quarter, a month ago.... (has anyone seen Orange County? yeah exactly liek that). BUT i WONT give up, im gonna bust my ass for finals and work hard and apply next year!!!!!! =^.^=
