My hand is fully healed and i am back on the art grind! >:D

Fall is absolutely my favorite season. The crunchy leaves, the brisk air, and of course, Halloween! Stay tuned for some fall/halloween themed YCH's, new and old, coming to my page! Of course, my custom commissions are open as well!
I would like to quickly thank everyone for being patient with me while my hand healed. I am now back to normal and ready to make artwork for all of you! Thank you so much for your support!

Hey friends!

Just a quick update for y'all. My silly dog hurt my hand and i have a pretty nasty sprain on my pinkie, and its on my dominant hand >:c

So there will be a slight delay on working on commissions until i can properly hold my drawing stylus haha! Hopefully just a couple days. I am so terribly sorry for the inconvenience to my commissioners, if you have any questions regarding your commission status, please feel free to reach out and ask!

Hello friends! This is Willow!

I wanted to make a journal to let everyone know that i am working on changing my commission queue system, due to the influx of commissions i have received. This could be a switch over to trello, or a different commission website.

This is by no means a bad thing! I have been so overwhelmed with love and support from this community. It may seem small to some, but for me, being able to work with all of you is the best thing to ever happen to me. I have met so many friends through my commissions, and so many returning customers. I truly cannot thank you all enough!

Don't worry, nothing will be changing in terms of my current commissions queue! As i am making these changes, you might get some additional questions about your commission(s) just to make sure i didnt make any mistakes while transitioning!
I will be leaving the current commission queue here on my FA bio while i make changes. If at any point you have any questions or concerns about the queue, please reach out to me! I will be happy to let you know where i am at in the process.
I also highly encourage you to leave any suggestions you may have to make the commissioning process easier!

I also wanted to personally thank everyone for being so patient with me! Sadly, making silly art for all of you is not my main source of income. I do have a full-time job, and 2 other jobs along side doing art commissions, so life has been pretty busy! My commission completion time is still within 2 to 3 weeks, but again, do reach out to me if the commission is taking longer than expected if i don't reach out to you first! ^-^

Hello Everybody! I haven't made a journal in quite a while :P

I wanted to make a quick journal to let all of you lovelies know that i have updated my commissions list on my FA page! If you are interested in commissioning me or would like to browse my YCH's, all of the open ones are under the commissions tab. As always, all of my YCH's have unlimited slots! Of course my custom commissions and banner comms are open, as well.

If any of you have any critiques or advice on how to make my page easier to browse, please let me know!

I also wanted to give y'all some updates on me and my world, if anybody was interested.
It has been over a year now since my mother has passed away from stage 4 glioblastoma brain cancer, and what a crazy year it has been. There have been many lows, countless stressful situations like trying to go through probate, and there is still a lot of unanswered questions about our future. Despite all that, Things are looking brighter each and every day. My job has been great and has consistent hours, both my brother and my partner all work at the same place so its really awesome! Other than that, not much else is new surprisingly. I have finally learned to take life one step at a time, and i am working towards bettering myself and my anxiety/stress levels. Despite my mom being gone, life goes on.

This community has been the main thing that has been driving me to better myself, and for that I thank all of you, new and old! Thank you all for sticking with me for these past years, here's to many more years to come! <3

Hello everyone! It has been quite a while since I have made a journal post, so here we are!

I just got back from Anthro Weekend Utah, which was me and my friends' first EVER furry convention! So how did it go?

long story short- IT WAS AMAZING!! I went with my non-furry boyfriend, my online friend who I actually met here on Furaffinity MentallyConfusedDuck, and my 3 other non-furry friends. How i got 4 non-furry friends to attend a furry con, i have no idea. XD There were about 1,500 con attendees, and AWU has raised over 10k towards charity!! Truly something to be proud of.
As someone who is pretty anti social in public, it was definitely a lot of people for me, even though AWU is a smaller con compared to many. Despite this, I felt so welcomed and comfortable once i got settled in! Everyone attending was so kind, i got several compliments and everybody was very polite.
I really enjoyed all the panels and shows I went to! I got to see Foxes & Peppers in person and they are so funny! I went to a couple D&D panels too which were interesting, my friends loved them! The dealers den was super cool, everyone was extremely talented and had a strong sense of professionalism. I definitely drained my wallet XD but it was so worth supporting these small businesses!
I think my favorite thing I did (besides going fursuiting with my friend) was surprisingly the dance! Anybody who knows me knows I can't dance, but I thought I would check it out anyway. Me and my friend put on my fursuits, me in Willow and him in Twix, and we had a blast! My friend partied too hard and almost overheated so we had to stop early XD he is not used to fursuiting, in fact he is one of my friends who didn't even think of himself as a furry. Needless to say, he ended up admitting he wanted to be a furry after the con. >:P
Overall, it was such a needed vacation away from my hometown, and it was so worth it! AWU will definitely see us again next year! <3

Now that I am back from vacation, i am going to get back into a drawing routine. Expect some new artworks in the near future!

Hello my friends! Long time no see! ^-^

I thought i would give you all some updates from me as well as some important info for my commissioners :D
first of all, i want to give you all a HUGE thank you for sticking around despite my several month long hiatus. Art block hit me like a freight train and my life was so busy i sadly lost motivation to create art for quite a while, and for that i apologize.
Thank you to all of my followers, new and old, who have been so kind and welcomed me back after such a long time. you guys really are the best <3

So, now that i have come back onto FA and started drawing again, I have received such a huge amount of support, and my queue has gotten so long. so long that i don't know what to do with myself! you guys are amazing!
I would be lying if i said i wasn't somewhat emotional while getting so many new friends, as well as old friends, who are willing to support my tiny business. All i can say is a huge, huge THANK YOU to everyone for all of your continued support! <3

that being said, it pains me to say that because i have gotten such an unexpected amount of commissions, it might take me a bit longer than usual to complete them all. I would like to ask my commissioners to be patient with me, as i am working hard every day to get you artwork to you! Please do not be afraid to message me and ask me for an update on where you stand in the queue. I want to make sure you all know exactly where i am in the process so there is no confusion or frustration. Thank you for being here and for being so patient. <3

One last little update for those who are interested...
July is right around the corner, and in July me and my friends are going to our FIRST EVER furry convention in Salt lake City Utah!!
I would be very interested to see if anyone else on my page has plans on going to Anthro weekend Utah, so let me know! It would be so fun to see you guys in person (and in fursuit) :D

Hello friends!

After an extremely long wait, I have finally finished the 3rd and final giveaway artwork! A big congrats to bobcann, HammerofDusk, and Foxaris! Thank you all!

I thought I would write this journal to not only apologize for my long absence, but to also give you all updates on my life in case you all were interested as well as some exciting news!
Ever since my mom passed away on the first day of Fall, September 22nd, I have lost almost all motivation to keep creating artwork and give my watchers fun content. For that i am very sorry, and I promise I will continue to create more art not only for myself but for all of you!
The road to recovery from the grief of my mom has definitely been a long one, and I am unsure what the future will bring, but I am positive that I will never give up on drawing and creating content. Making art makes me so happy and I am so thankful that I have such lovely supporters who seem to like it as well. Thank you for being here!

All of these changes in my life has actually made me want to start going outside of my comfort zone, and do something that I have always wanted to do but have been too scared to until now:
In July 2022, I will be going to my first ever furry convention at Anthro Weekend Utah in SLC!!! I would like to know if anyone else is going to this con, I would love to meet fellow furries in person!!

Hello everyone

I wanted to make this journal to let everyone know that i have not forgotten about the 100 watcher giveaway winners! I still have two more winners to go!

There will be a bit longer delay than expected because, yesterday evening my mom had passed away from her 4 year long fight with Glioblastoma brain cancer.

I was hoping to have her around for at least a couple more days, but sadly i got the news while i was at work yesterday. Although my heart is torn into a thousand pieces, i am also happy. I am so happy that my mom is finally free from that awful broken body, the body that has prevented her from moving, talking, or even smiling on her last couple weeks with us. I am somewhat lost as to what needs to be done, since i am 21 with no parents to guide me. Despite this, i still have my brother, my boyfriend, and all my friends and their families to help me through this process. It will definitely be a tough journey, trying to figure out how to go from having little financial responsibility, to being the owner of a whole house, multiple cars, the property we sit on, all the bills, as well as finances that go with the funerary process. Because of this, i might take a bit longer to get back on FA to bring you guys your very well-deserved giveaway prizes. It breaks my heart that i am making you wait so long, but i promise i will try to get them done as soon as i can. I just don't want to rush it and not give you the best quality i can provide!

I am doing a FREE art giveaway as a thank you to all of my watchers and supporters for being here with me through it all, the good, the bad, and the crazy!
I will be giving away not 1, but 3 simple artworks to three of my watchers! Here are the details:

-I wish i could make a free artwork for all 100 of you, but sadly i must keep it to 3 because, well, that would be a lot of work!
-They will all be simple, full body lined and colored artworks of a character of your choosing!
-These artworks will be mostly artistic freedom, but you may choose a theme if you wish! (halloween, pastel, chibi, etc)
-The time to pick will be over a couple days after this journal is posted, not a specific time, probably within 5 days.

THANK YOU FOR 100 WATCHERS!

I am so very grateful to have been given 100 watchers on my FA page! This is a huge milestone for me and i cannot thank all of my friends, watchers, and overall supporters enough for being a part of my little world.
I will be creating something special for the occasion, but sadly it will have to wait because i am going on a trip to Oregon this weekend for a mini vacation!

Hey there friends!
Just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for 80+ WATCHERS!
I know it's a small milestone, but i am greatly thankful for every little accomplishment my watchers and supporters have been able to give me. If i were to tell my 12 year old self in the past that i would start my own little art business in the furry community and have this many supporters, she wouldn't believe me!

After many months of hard work, i am finally completed with all my commissions on the queue!

I was honestly not at all expecting the amount of commissions i have received, i have never gotten so much love and support for my artworks before! Don't worry, more YCH's and other artworks are coming soon! I just wanted to quickly thank all of my supporters and commissioners for your patience as I am juggling a job, my new art hobby, and taking care of my 61 year old mother who has been battling stage 4 Glimoblastoma brain cancer for the past 3 years. I can't thank you all enough for commissioning me, and being so patient despite the less than ideal wait.

For those who reached out or were otherwise curious, my mom is doing well! Right now it is just a matter of keeping her happy while she goes through her infusions and her daily struggles of communication and comprehension. We are aware that we may be nearing the end of moms life seeing as her last MRI showed possible tumor growth despite all previous efforts and being on these experimental infusions, so we are putting her life and happiness above everything else. I never like to talk about personal problems, especially on a public platform, but i realize my moms situation could be used to begin discussion and to help others here on FA who might be going through a similar situation. If Anyone would like me to give our full story, let me know and I will create a journal dedicated to supporting cancer patients or the friends and family of cancer patients.

These past two years have been rough for everyone, so i hope I can continue to bring joyful art to all of you! Thank you all so much for reading, and staying here with me. <3 <3

Due to some medical issues regarding my mom lately, i have been awfully busy lately taking care of her on top of my new job, so sadly i haven't been cranking out commissions like id want to.

Hello my friends! I have been getting quite a few commissions lately, and I thank each and every one of my commissioners and watchers for the support!!
Due to this increase in commissions, I have added a queue to my profile! If you are ever curious about how far along your project is, check the queue! Some projects will be labeled as "big projects" which will take longer to complete, and I may finish other smaller commissions before the bigger ones, so check back on the queue to see your progress! Of course, I will keep updating individuals on their commission progress like i always have. <3
