Emergency gas/bills comms
My out of town doctor appt killed our finances this month and we're about $250 short for bills and have $12 in our bank for gas right now...and we have a bunch of appointments to go to this month...so probably need about $300-$350

It's been a hot minute since I had to do one of theses, I really do my best not to make waves as much as possible, but here we go.

I attempted to buy two characters from them today and their first message to me felt like a personal attack.

Now, that was a bit off putting to be accused of potentially being a zoofile in the very first message they ever sent me, but okay...
I told them I am not one and it's disgusting.
They then said they saw a character on my page with non human genitalia. I asked which one and they sent me a link to my character history of a character I no longer own, haven't for years, being intimate with another character that I have never owned, who was an anthro canine with a canine member.
I told them the art came with the character and I didn't draw it.
They agreed to sell me the character. Then I asked if I could add another character to the sale, they agreed.
I sent the money, they acknowledge receipt then they sent this:

Absolutely no context or build up, we had already established that neither of us are zoofiles, and then they claim that Cryptid-Artha has zoophilia content!

How is that okay that they just throw that out there?
I don't know Zoffu from Adam and they're telling me that this other person is a zoofiles?! What?

I asked who that was, and then told them I hadn't received the character transfers yet. Then they sent a refund, a yk, never mind I guess🖤 and blocked me.

Like what? Because I didn't immediately start bashing this person you claimed to be a zoophile, you won't sell me your characters? Okay, fine then.

And why are you so obsessed with other people having characters with non human genitalia? Why does it matter to you so much that you're willing to go look into a person's ownership history from 2+ years ago to see if you can find it?!

If you ask me, it sounds like you're the one obsessed with genitals and maybe your should seek some help about that issue.

Anyway, TL:DR - Zoffu on Toyhouse is randomly accusing people of being zoophiles for having sentient creatures with non human genitals.
They're out right slandering Cryptid-Artha and should be held accountable for their words and actions.

Furaffinity has been a huge part of my learning and growing experience as an artist and a human being, but I think I've out grown it.

Over the years I've done some pretty stupid things.
When I was accused of tracing years ago by someone I respected a great deal, I denied it.

But I did trace. It wasn't the exact picture they brought up, but it was the same pose by the same artist.

I screwed up and I got caught, and they were right to call me out on my bullshit.

I was wrong, I should not have done that.

Another thing I did was copy my ex gf's species and start passing out characters of my version to anyone and everyone. I did it out of sheer spite because she hurt me really bad and I wanted to make her hurt too.

That was also wrong of me.

I also accused her of stealing a bunch of my then toddler daughter's stuffed animals and a few other things, but recently realized that those things may have been accidentally thrown out with the trash by my ex-husband the night before she left.

That was also wrong of me.

I also messed up when I separated from my ex-husband. I did in fact have sex with my current husband the night before I told my ex I wanted a divorce. I should have at least waited until after I told him I wanted a divorce. But I didn't and that was wrong of me.

I've also pretty much ghosted everyone here for years. I went radio silent a few years ago because my antipsychotics we're playing Mary Hobb with my brain and I can barely remember what I was doing for those years.

I'm sorry to anyone I hurt with my silence...

I also ghosted on a couple of people I owed art to at that time, and that's totally inexcusable...I tried reaching out to one of them, but they never responded, and that's on me. I honestly can't remember who the other person was I still owe art to from like 2018... because I was stupid and didn't write it down.

To that person, I'm truly sorry for doing that to you.

More recently I backed out of some art stuff for Gacha Imps people because I took on too much and overwhelmed myself...that's my bad. I didn't mean to upset anyone.

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, these are just a few.

I'm doing my best to own my flaws and to fix them so I'm not the person who made those mistakes anymore.

This is not a call out journal for anyone but myself. I'm not reaching out to anyone mentioned or eluded to here, but I am truly remorseful for these things that I've done.

Believe me or not, forgive me or not. That's up to you, but I don't expect a response from anyone about any of this.

I just needed to get it off my chest.

So for the past couple weeks, our cat has been leaving a sticky residue when she licks her fur. I looked it up online, like you do, and we're looking at either a mouth infection or kidney failure, according to what I could find.
We're praying for mouth infection.

COPYRIGHT
1. I, the artist, retain ALL rights to the piece. By commissioning me, the customer releases ALL and ANY rights to the image(s) I create. (Even when characters contained within the work do not belong to me.)

2. NO ONE is EVER allowed to edit any of my work. This includes recolors, red-lines, minor re-works ect.

3. Resale, transfer, or "gifting" of my work is extremely prohibited. I will only allow "gifting" if it is stated before the commission is started.

4. Coloring is ONLY allowed by the commissioner of the work AND they must ask permission.

5. Never remove my signature from any piece.

6. I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files. Use "Download" on FA.

7. If you upload my piece to your gallery give credit. If you refuse to give credit, any/all of my artwork in your gallery will be reported as stolen and subsequently removed.

8. Any "Work in Progress" (art that is of a quality I would not consider my best work) I send you for approval is never to be uploaded anywhere or edited by anyone.

9. I am not obligated to keep any works in my account/gallery, or possession.

10. Private commissions are available for an additional fee.


PRICES
1. All prices are subjective and usually not negotiable.

2. I accept Paypal ONLY. Do not send "e-checks" it will only delay your commission. Send instant transfers.

3. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Any quote will be valid for 15 days. After 15 days your commission will be priced according to the most recently updated prices.

4. I will not draw: cub porn, scat, bestiality, hyper, morbid obesity or water sports. Anything else that is risque, ask and I will let you know.

5. All prices paid for any work are private information.

6. PRICES ARE BASED ON SIMPLE CHARACTERS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FOR COMPLEX OR DETAILED CHARACTERS.

7. Prices are also subject to change based on complex ideas such as clothing, accessories, small to major detail.

2. All communication will be done through notes. Unless otherwise specified.

3. You must either have an actual reference sheet, a very detailed description, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference may cost extra. Complex characters or concepts may cost extra.

4. Rush commissions are available for an additional fee.

5. Keep notes to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial email. The "form" will help you stay organized.

6. I will not put you on the list until I receive the full payment. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.

7. Once everything is ready I will send you payment instructions, follow them carefully.


PAYMENT PLAN
1. You may apply for a payment plan for an order over $50.00 USD.

2. I will place you on the "On Hold" list until your order is paid in full.

3. If you decide to cancel a commission with a payment plan, ALL of your payments will be retained as a deposit. I will not start on a commission until I have received the full amount due. (NO REFUNDS! BE SURE YOU WANT WHAT YOU'VE ORDERED!)


WORK IN PROGRESS
1. You may be eligible to make changes to your commission before I begin. Any large or excessive changes will cost extra at my sole discretion.

2. If no general pose is mentioned, I will assume you are giving me free range. If I present you with a W.I.P. and you are displeased due to it not being in the pose you wanted, I will not change your image for free. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to tell me what it is that you would like to have drawn.

3. Commissions can take from between four days to five weeks to complete (once paid in full) depending on how many people are on the list and the complexity of those works. Just keep an eye on the queue. If you have a deadline it is your responsibility to tell me in your initial email.

4. I will not send W.I.P notices or make edits for anyone other than the commissioner (buyer), even if the person is in the image. The commissioner must communicate with everyone on what they want then contact me when everyone is in agreement.

5. You will receive a sketch or a line art for approval. This is the only time I will make small free edits.

6. If you do not reply to your W.I.P notice within 2 days your commission will be placed "On Hold". After 5 days from the initial notice, your commission will be completed and you will not receive any free edits.

8. I will only do free edits on work that has already been submitted if: I, the artist, have made a mistake and only up to five days after it has been submitted. I am not responsible for changing things on a completed commission due to the customer's oversight on a detail (especially after approving the W.I.P.).


REFUNDS
1. There are no refunds. PERIOD.


PAY WHAT YOU WANT STREAM TOS

The regular commissions TOS applies to this as well.

1. Follow the payment directions I give you. If I don't know who the payment is from or what it is for it will be considered a tip.
2. Anything above the base/minimum price will be considered a tip.
3. There will be NO refunds.
4. Carry overs may happen at my sole discretion.
5. You can get as many slots as you want.
6. If you buy a slot(s) you do not have to be present at the stream. I will upload all the pictures to FA and you can get it at your convenience.
7. I will not edit anything after it has been submitted.
8. You must have visual references. (I may accept characters without refs at my sole discretion.)
9. Complex characters/orders may be simplified at my sole discretion. (Usually depending on the payment sent.)
10. You are welcome to commission me to upgrade these at a later time.
11. NO ONE is EVER allowed to edit any of my work.
12. Coloring is ONLY allowed by the commissioner of the work AND they must ask permission.
13. I will not conduct business in the chat, you must note me the "form".
14. I will not do ref sheets, or side panels. Very simple backgrounds may be done at my sole discretion.
15. These are discounted and quick works so managing will not be acceptable. These will be based on artistic freedom so the images will be my interpretation of your description. You may not get exactly what you imagined or described.
16. If you have a complicated idea, depending on what you send your idea WILL be simplified.
17. All slots must be paid in FULL otherwise the commission will not be done.
18. DO NOT SEND E-CHECKS IT WILL ONLY DELAY YOUR COMMISSION!
