What sort of traits make you think of monsters?

Things like:
- tentacles
- extra eyes
- less eyes / no eyes
- extra mouths / large and/or oddly placed mouths
- big claws
- big things in general
- sharp/pointy body parts (claws, pincers, scorpion tails, like that)
- excess drool
- stitches and stitched-on body parts, or detachable body parts. Or missing body parts that are necessary to live.


I'm wanting to make a 'monster' version of Prism and all I can think of so far is giving her a tummy mouth and that's not exactly monster-ish on its own.
Then again I suppose the whole subject of 'monster' is extremely subjective depending on what different people find creepy/scary.

I'm thinking of getting a BJD, but I'm not sure what I should get, and I don't want to put in a huge investment for my first BJD.
So my limit at the moment is probably ~$50 (not including clothes/wigs/etc), although if you have a reason to recommend I spend more, please elaborate. <3

I also really like stuff like Daft Punk, Com Truise, etc. "chill" sorta electronic music.
ambient trance and psy trance can be pretty hot
dub/trip step can be pretty sexy too but it's really dependent on the song itself.

Simon Curtis - Flesh - I recommend giving some other songs by Simon Curtis a listen, his music is pretty hot, but this is my favorite. You HAVE to listen to it with headphones to get the full effect, though. Or a really strong sub.
Pendulum - Fasten Your Seatbelt - This one's a bit weird, but I find it strangely hot.
Tove Lo - Body
Nick Jonas - Chains - dat bass is hoottttt, and he sorta has that Justin Timberlake sex voice.

Silly things like I just referred to the type of guro I like as "candy guro"
I tend to put 'candy' in front of things that are typically assumed to be gruesome/creepy/dark/scary, but I like when they're cute

"candy goth" basically means about the same as pastel goth but with more vibrant colors intermixed.
"candy guro" refers to heavily stylized depictions of body horror / gore / etc that incorporate elements of "cuteness"
"candy vore" or "candy cannibalism" could totally be a thing too.

this is getting increasingly darker as I go along isn't it? lmao.

Okay so I have a question.
I'm absolutely comfortable being female, I don't really give a shit whether people think I'm a guy or a girl, but I usually correct them just because I'm used to being called by female terms. This isn't really related to that, but I thought I'd give a brief background on my feelings.

Onto my actual predicament/feelings.

I hate my tits.
I'm a 40C, so I'm a big girl with small-ish tits.
They're lopsided, one is probably an entire half a cup-size larger than the other, and they're UGLY.
I was not blessed with 'pretty' breasts, it's hard to find bras that will fit me (and that don't have underwire)
Not to mention it's hard to sleep on my side because they try to suffocate me in my sleep half the time!!
If I had the money I would not hesitate to get them chopped off.

I legitimately would rather just not have my tits at all.
Unfortunately I'd probably look really weird and like a man without them.

I don't really plan to have kids so that's not an issue, and even then
(barring some freaky hormonal-caused growth) I could just bottle-feed.

I do not consider myself Transgender. I do not care about gender whatsoever.
I just don't like my tits. It is not my intention to go FtM.

If anything I guess you could call me Genderless/Genderfluid, but I honestly just don't care.
I'm okay with having a pussy. I'd be okay if I had a dick. It doesn't matter to me.

I'm just confused right now, lmao.

I really feel like I'm getting better, and that things are getting better.
I'm starting to feel better about my art, and stress less about finishing / perfecting art before I post it.
My boyfriend compliments this and says that my art is finally starting to loosen up and have a bit more flair and style to it.
All of this positive reinforcement is really making me draw a lot more and work on art a lot more.
I have a couple commissions that I still need to do, but I'm feeling more confident in general.

I feel like I'm starting to slowly get over some of my anxiety problems, not without help, but I'm trying to work through them.
The fact that the weather is getting warmer and lightening up really helps my mood too!

I'm thinking of planning for a Raffle of sorts at 500 Watchers.
Maybe take a page out of iluvcookiess's book and do one with 5 slots along with Prism for each 100 watchers. ;w;

Get really sick and tired of people deleting/wiping their galleries?

I'm not talking about people that actually give warning, and/or only do it once in a blue moon.
I'm talking about people who seem to do it almost constantly, like every other week their gallery is empty.

I myself tend to move things to scraps after a while after I think my art has you know, improved a lot.
But I really hate deleting old art because at some point I was like "I really like this" and want to be able to look back on that.

It's surprisingly nicer than I initially thought.
I like how I can really organize things however I feel is best.
It really makes me feel like I should take on more stuff to do to see it fill up, but I don't need more on my plate right now.
I'm only taking on what I can handle, and that's around 3 commissions because they take me weeks to do due to my schedule.

The one thing that sort of irritated me is that the colors for the labels have an inherent hierarchy.
I wanted my Sketches to be the Red label, Lining to be Yellow, and Coloring to be Green, because visually that makes more sense to
me, to have it start from red and go to green as it becomes more complete. Then Blue when finished. Maybe that's just me though.

I really need more reasons to draw/paint traditionally.
I just need to do it more, plain and simple.

But it just happens to be so much more convenient to pull up my tablet on my desk rather than go dig for some
watercolor paper and watercolors, and then sit here for an hour just trying to think of -what- to sketch/paint. Gahhh!

However I am HEAVILY considering getting one or two of those watercolor brush pens
(it holds the water inside of the 'pen' instead of dipping it in water)

I'd also like to know what sort of brands you recommend as reliable. I tend to prefer ball-point pens that write smoothly.

I've been trying to improve on it.

the blob is actually a friend's character, and initially it was going to be one of my characters in the slot,
but he's pretty open so I just wanted to see if maybe anyone would be interested in filling the slot.
I know it looks sorta silly and that a lot of people aren't into that, so I'm not sure how this would sell.
