Notes about your character: Her bright neon markings actually glow, oh and she has a small-ish chest and large hips. And she's pansexual.

Personality (short): River is street-smart, cunning, and a bit over-confident. BUT when he's approached romantically he tends to get easily flustered and embarassed. He's pretty much a male Tsundere. At first he'll act like he despises you, but slowly warms up.
Notes about the character: He's totally bi-curious, don't tell him, though! He has a human face (so no muzzle or doggy nose). c: You can also totally draw him as a kemonomimi (just ears+tail), just give him a Caucasian skin color.

Ideas you can suggest: Standing under a mistletoe blushing and frowning (you could incorporate one of my other characters or one of yours with him if you wanted to have two people standing under the mistletoe, you could even have someone else kissing him and catching him off-guard!) , scarves, sweaters, wearing an antler headband, general christmas things. As I've stated for my girls, it doesn't HAVE to be Christmas-related if you don't want. c:

So I've been revamping a lot of stuff about my species the Lyspuri. They're basically sort of a mix between felines and dragons, they have spectral/gooey tentacles that [typically] come out from either side of their spine, and their insides and fluids glow a certain bright color. The tentacles are an extension of their magical ability. Their main color is a neutral or unsaturated tone, and they have small bits of bright glowing color on parts of their body as markings.

They are also a fully hermaphroditic species (with VERY rare cases of females and males. full females are treated like royalty, whereas males are often kept as pets of high-ranking Lyspuri). While the Lyspuri are mostly tribal in nature, they also have cities where many group together. As far as their technology level goes, think something like Native American-meets-Romans. Many things are powered by magic, so it's a very magical society as a whole.

So.. I think my issue with them is that I don't know where to start making a species sheet. I have ideas about their physical differences (a short-fur and long-fur variation), eyes, tails, tentacle location/amount, etc. But just have no idea where to begin! I've been working on this species for literally years and I think I finally have something concrete that I can make available to other people if they so wish.

ALSO ask me questions about them PLEASE, it'll give me more things to consider and let me know more information that I should provide.

Honestly, I don't see what's so redeeming about it.
It's a cheap gimmicky jump scare game that lasts about an hour for a playthrough.
I figured the craze would have been over after like a week.

BUT IT'S STILL GOING. AND THERE'S MORE ART COMING OUT OF IT EVERY DAY.
I'm going to pull my hair out I'm so tired of seeing it.

Honestly, nothing wrong with liking it I suppose, I just don't like that so many people like it and are giving it A LOT more credit than it's worth.
There are SO MANY more better games out there that aren't getting enough recognition.
I guess it's just something for the fandom to fetishize. smh. What can you do. -shrug-

RIP Robin Williams

That fuckin' hurt to hear, man. I'm literally still crying and it's been 10-15 minutes. I'm not sure what sort of state of mind he was in to make that sort of decision. And I'm worried that he had been planning it, that it had potentially been pre-meditated suicide because it seems like he didn't have any movies currently in production, and the three movies soon to come out are all post-production.

Another thing that hit me hard about it is that Robin Williams died at 63, he's 3 years younger than my father and just... shit. Fucking geezus, man. My face is still wet. He was such a good guy, great actor, great father. And he was a father figure to me, you know? Like he was always funny and relate able and the kind of guy you'd want to have as a father. He reminded me of my father a lot.

I don't know why you did it or what happened, but I love you man. May you find your peace.

It's my 21st!

I'm going to my Dad's later and I took some shots of Old Grand Dad earlier before I slept. Alright, long weekend is over so time to get back to work. -flex-

I currently am putting the finishing touches on one commission, and I have a couple more I'll be sketching up today and Wednesday, woo.

I really feel like I've been making improvements lately, it feels good. c:

It's been 6 days since I slept on a bad bed, and my back is STILL hurting like hell.

For those of you that don't know, that for some reason happen to be reading this because you care about my wellbeing or just want to live vicariously through me, I've been having back problems for the last few years, since a little before I was 18 (I'll be 21 this month). I was rear-ended in a car accident and went to the emergency room 3 days later with extreme back pain. They sent me home saying it was muscle pain.

A few weeks later, still in pain, I went to the doctor. Got MRIs done, showed a Bulging Disc, was sent to physical therapy for 5 months. Didn't help, still in pain. (I do want to mention that the pain has only grown worse over time, in the beginning it wasn't so impacting on my lifestyle, but lately it has grown to be that way.) ANYWAY, didn't go to doctors for a few months, then went to a spine specialist, who decided I needed spinal injections. Got an Epidural and a Sacroiliac injection. They didn't do anything, if anything they hurt me worse. The sacroiliac injection hurt so much I cried on the table.

A little after this I moved back to Indiana. Saw doctor's in Indiana, got new MRIs and X-Rays, did a lot of traveling between practices, most of them saying they can't do anything for my pain or wanting to just shove pills down my throat instead of figure out what's actually wrong with me. I got fed up with this treatment and stopped going to doctors for the last year and haven't been back since.

At this point in time my back pain is near debilitating, I'm considering attempting to apply for disability, but I want them to find out what actually is wrong with my back. They were all SO focused on my bulging disc, which isn't the source of my pain. My bulging disc is up in my lumbar, whereas the pain is down in my spinal/hip joint area. The MRIs did say that they saw signs of Arthritis and possible Arachnoiditis in my spine, and I want them to look more closely and well, give me more consideration than just pushing me away with pills. It pisses me off to be pushed to the side and it makes me feel like the doctors just want easy money and don't really want to deal with an actual problem.

My ACTUAL complaint, haha.

It's been 6 days since I slept on a bad bed at my mom's (it leaned to one side), and my back is STILL hurting like hell.

To put it in perspective: I can barely bend down to feed my cat or get clothes out of the laundry basket, or really bend down for anything; I have to squat like an old woman and it's embarrassing. It's torture to drive Kyle back and forth to work, and whenever I go to get out of bed or flip over I feel like a turtle wobbling back and forth.

I literally can't stand for more than 10-15 minutes (that one isn't really new), and it hurts every moment of every day for the last week. Imagine like.. the worst sprained ankle you've ever gotten, but in the base of your spine, where your spine meets your pelvis, on the right side. It hurts and honestly all I want to do is lay in bed and cry but I know that I can't do that because I have chores and artwork to do so that I can get a little bit of food money while things are tight this month. Next month will be better.

I would probably have already made a doctor's appointment, but we just don't have the funds for it currently.
I'll have to wait a few more weeks before we have extra money to go to the doctor.

I know I'm just complaining/whining/ranting/etc but it just hurts and I wanted someone to listen to me.

people that can use a lot of color and deep shading in their artwork without screwing it up and uuuggghh.
trying to learn to shade better and I'm learning to have SO MUCH more appreciation for artists who use the bright color and lighting effects and extreme shading and it's just so hard, I'm always afraid it's not going to look right and I never shade dark enough, haha.
