Pansexuals however are more blind about the idea of binaries. They see the world and people in terms that don't always conform to binaries. They don't believe in just male/female, feminine/masculine, penis/vagina as the only options people can have. A pansexual person won't base their attraction on what is in your pants alone, and then place as assumption for your expected behavior based on your genitals. For example, a pansexual person may be attracted to someone who is masculine, has female genitals, but identifies their gender as genderqueer. Or a pansexual person may be attracted to a biological male that likes to wear panties, or a biological female that calls herself "William". They tend to be more apathetic about societal gender norms and conformity to them. They could be attracted to crossdressers, drag kings, drag queens, bi-gendered people, androgynes, transgenders, transsexuals, pre-op, post-op, etc. They don't limit themselves to just the binaries. They usually base their attraction to a person on their personality, intelligence, or other characteristics that are not gender/gender role/sex defined.

Posted 13 years agoIt's bisexuality. This is a small thing that went on between myself and someone I know. I seriously would like a legitimate reason as to why pan is different from bi and not just a "oh I'm different pay attention to me." It starts off with me.
Pan - Likes everything from male and female to intersex and herm. Now, seeing as all of them are classified as male or female by not only medical science but the person themselves, it's the same thing. The only exception I see would be herms AKA intersexed but in that sense they usually choose one and live life as that so still male or female. Therefore - Bi. (I realize I fucked up a bit in this description)
Pansexuality is more then that....pansexual: not limited or inhibited in sexual choice with regard to gender or activity. Pansexuality is different from bisexuality. Bisexual people are attracted to both men and women, but pansexual people can be attracted to any people. This includes people who are neither male nor female. Pansexuality is the opposite to asexuality, as pansexuality means a person may be sexually attracted to anyone, but asexuality means a person is sexually attracted to no one. However, pansexuals are not attracted to everyone they meet, nor do they necessarily have strong sex drives.
But they're attracted to both genders still. Therefore bisexual. M2F or F2M? Still bisexual as long as that bisexual has an open mind. Intersexed? Yup still bisexual because they're both, which the bi is ok with in the first place (provided he/she is open-minded). Or is pansexual just like an open-minded bisexual?

Two shitty birthdays in a row! WHOO!
Posted 13 years ago19th Birthday - Wife left me, suicidal, still had no friends at work.
20th Birthday - Ship, getting questioned about shit I didn't do or didn't have a part in, having to work with a guy everyone in the squadron hates, working TAD in the galley so longer and stupid hours (1900 to beyond 0830), people spreading lies about me that are causing severe questions to be asked by important dudes.
Can I just be shot in the chest for my 21st? Pretty sure that'd be less painful that either of these.

Judge: How do you plead to reckless driving?
Me: Guilty
Judge: 76 in a 55? So one mile an hour over.
Me: Yes ma'am
Judge: Lowered to 75 in a 55, not reckless driving. Fine $266. NEXT!
Me: 0 _0 thank you ma'am.
And it was the best day ever because it means I can get my gun.

Posted 13 years agoSithis is back to normal behavior (which the vet said was a huge tell-tale) and his symptoms (except the red spots) are gone! His edema was way way worse today, but the vet just drained all the fluid out so now he's back to regular size and his skin should start reconnecting if it separated at all. All I have to do now is just keep up his antibiotics which are indeed working very well and he should be absolutely fine.

Posted 13 years agoHe looks way worse today. I didn't get a good look at his side last time but it looks like his internal bleeding has almost doubled or tripled in size. I'm probably going to have to euthanize him tomorrow...
Quick update on Sithis
Posted 13 years agoHe seems to have less red spots today, and when I tried to pick hik up to see everything, he shook me off with some pretty angry and quick movements, so he's not really lethargic as far as as a non-lethargic ball python can be, and he's not breathing through his mouth. I think the antibiotics are helping. I'll just have to see how he's doing tomorrow.
Sithis has Septicemia and Internal Bleeding
Posted 13 years agoHis blood in itself is infected and he's leaking inside. Antibiotics once every three days for a week and his chances will be re-assessed to decide whether we should stay on the treatment or put him to sleep.
I hate losing pets. Especially this one because he's the first one who's been mine in his entirety. And I kill him in less than a year. I'm fuckin' awesome /wrists
