Hello! So, I wanna see if my productivity can last.

Therefore, I am opening commissions for the first time! Consider this mostly an experiment, and I'll see how many slots I can take. ^_^

I'll start with kind of a flat price of $7 USD per one-shot.

My one-shots tend to be roughly between 3000 and 5000 words - though I have been known to exceed 6000 - but I won't add on to the price if I go on longer, since chances are, I'm enjoying it if it's a long one. x3

I also will not accept payments up front, as I want to make sure the product is finished before I take any money.

So, I was at a party last night. I mean, it was at my house, so I was invited. I had a lot of fun, met a lot of people, had a... Decent chunk of alcohol. I couldn't have too much because I have work this morning. i still feel like minor amounts of crap, though.

Still, I met one of my cousin's friends at the party. We'd met once or twice before, but this year she came dressed as Wednesday Addams, and... Well, she was really cute, and the more buzzed I got, the more thoughts like, "Holy shit, she's really cute" and "God, she should wear her hair in pigtails more" came into my head. I don't even know if she's single, which was the main reason I didn't try to flirt all that much with her. Well, that and I'm a coward by default, anyway.

Still, those thoughts prevailed, and they didn't go away when I went to bed, even bleeding into my dreams. I dunno, I'm just... I feel like a creep, thinking about someone I barely know like that, though obviously that's nothing new in the history of mankind.

Maybe I'm worried about nothing, who knows.

I'm 25.

It's amazing how you start to think about things on a day when you're supposed to be happy about being a year older. And, I am, don't get me wrong. But it's easy to just sit and start to think about your own mortality. Hell, I think the only reason I wasn't in an accident today was sheer dumb luck.

I went to the store, and everything was fine, if really fucking hot. On the way back, I suddenly felt pressure in my stomach, and I'm talking the kind of pressure like a lead ball is being shoved into your bowels. I was nauseous and dizzy and I was speeding trying to get home as quick as possible. It was a wonder I wasn't pulled over. As soon as I get home, I ran to the bathroom and almost passed out. My vision started to go, I couldn't hear as well, and I almost threw up.

So, while the day started out fine, near the end it ended up sucking a little.

Still not the worst birthday I've ever had.

So I bought and downloaded Xenoblade Chronicles onto my Wii U virtual console after hearing, and seeing, some good things about it. However, I've noticed a bit of an issue.

If I'm holding straight up on my left control stick, to move my character, the character suddenly turns 180 degrees and runs backwards into the camera, instead of forwards as you might expect. Nothing else does this; Not on the menu, not in Twilight Princess HD, not in Mario Kart 8, just in Xenoblade.

So, while I doubt it, does anyone maybe have some insight on this?

For the record, I have nothing against what the artists have drawn for me. In fact, it's more my fault than anything else, since it's far more likely that I'm just being unclear with my requests.

However, I've noticed something about when people draw my characters: When people draw Fiona, even with different artists, her design is consistent across the board, for the most part; When artists draw Windthor, it's much more inconsistent.

Granted, it's not so inconsistent that it looks like he'd be a different character, but still.

Do people just not like drawing Windthor? If that's the case, why? And what would need to be changed about him in order to make him a bit more appealing?

I'm really a lot more curious than anything else.

God damn it all, I've spent so much money on art. What the hell. So, I've got less than five-hundred dollars in my account right now, and I have not started saving at all for the car I'm trying to buy. What the hell is wrong with me? I have to stop spending, start saving, start buying groceries for myself that I can hold onto for a couple weeks.

Yeah, this is probably really damn obvious for a lot of people already, but I've always been a "hindsight is 20/20" guy and this is severely biting me in the ass right now more than ever, and it sucks a lot. God, I have to stop doing this to myself, starting now.

NOW, I'm going to stop buying so much art, gonna start saving, taking money out of my account to stick into my sock drawer or something and hide it from myself if I have to, because I'm being fucking ridiculous.

Hey guys!

So, um. My car broke down a little while ago. Don't worry, I'm not asking for donations or anything, I just wanted to put that out there that I'm currently saving up to get my own car, which will probably take a while, which also means that I won't be buying commissions for a while.

I will be trying to write, though, so there's that. x3

In other news,  juindalo is having some trouble of their own, and they're open for commissions, so if anyone's still watching me for whatever, reason, head over there and see if you can help them out. ^_^

I woke up this morning and I found a piece of paper that I'd apparently tacked onto my door. On it were the words "LEAVE ME ALONE I AM ASLEEP" written in blue crayon.

I know I wrote it because I found the crayon on my desk, but I don't recall writing it. I guess I was just really tired. x3

Ugh... Here's a list on what happened, in this order:

Quit my job at the chicken plant.
Moved out of my parents' house.
Moved in with a good friend for a few days.
Got a new job.
Moved into a new place with a roommate.
Lost my new job, because my manager was a bitch who didn't like me.
Found out that the new place is a shithole because the previous tenants didn't take care of it and neither will the landlord.
Moved back in with my parents.

And now I'm trying to find a new job.

Fuck me, this has just been a shit month.

Basically, it's a rewrite of Wendell's Curiosity, in my opinion the weakest of the Random Rabbit Shorts so far. I mean, what was I thinking with that thing? In the Harry Potter universe? Why? Ugh. -_-;

Anyway, there have also been a lot of other things happen to me, but only just now had the opportunity to mention them. Quit my job that I had for the last two months, got a new one, moved out of my parents' house finally. Staying with a buddy at the moment until I get some financial stability and can live on my own, however long that shit's gonna take.

All in all, though, could certainly be worse.

Ohay, look how long it's been since I last posted anything. Ugh.

You know what, I've decided that I'm going to write. I don't care what. I know most people would probably tell me to let creativity flow, but fuck it, it's been too damn long and I'm tired of not writing anything.

At any rate, now I have a job, working at the local Dunkin Donuts, and also I have a PayPal. Only bad thing is, I can't yet add money to it myself, but I can give and receive, so I think I'll start taking commissions. Maybe that'll give me some motivation to do stuff. Send me a PM and we and try to work something out. ^_^

In the meantime, I want to try and make a bit of a slice-of-life story series, much like the Random Rabbit Shorts, which I might still do depending on my mood. I still have a lot of ideas for those, after all.

Well, for the last three months I've been suffering from a horrible block, unable to write. Needless to say, I've recently overcome the block, at least for now, as I submitted the first chapter of an experiment earlier today.

I still owe  korbin a story, and once I'm sure the block has been dealt with, I'll make an attempt on it.

In other news, I'm having issues with SoFurry. For those of you who also use it, are you getting problems with uploading content? For some reason, it won't let me upload anything when I try to. It's strange.
