By purchasing you are agreeing that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them.
I can turn down any request/commission.
I may post/use your commission as I see fit.(advertising or just uploading to other sites)
Payment is only through PayPal via USD.
I will not accept partial payments unless it's agreed upon beforehand.
I send invoices via PayPal for all purchases.
You have 12 hours to note me with your email after winning/purchasing and another 12 to pay the invoice before the adopt goes to the next highest bidder or back up for sale. (If there will be a delay in payment, please message me and let me know. There are times that it may take me sometime to get back in contact with you. So please, don't be rude and be patient.)
I do not accept trades unless stated otherwise.
You MUST be 18+ to get NSFW art!!! (If I chose to do any NSFW)
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Unless mentioned or discussed and depending on situation.
You may resell the file you purchase but never for more than you bought it for. UNLESS it includes additional art.
You may use the adopt for your own personal use.
You are not allowed to remove my watermark or the watermark from the base creator if using the watermarked file.
You can upload the adopt anywhere but give me and the base creator credit.
You can make edits to adopts that you purchase from me.
You can edit as much as you like as long as you still give credit to me for the original design.
You can upload your commission or adopt anywhere but you must give credit to me.(and the base owner if a base is used)
I will make edits on certain adopts, read the information on that adopt to see if it's offered.
If you did not commission me and do not own any of the characters that are drawn you MAY NOT upload or claim the art or characters.
Auctions:
By bidding on any of my adopts, you are acknowledging that you read my Terms of Service and agree to them.
Only bid if you can afford the amount you bid for.
Respond to the previous bidder so that they know they have been outbid.
Bids in the last 30 minutes will extend the bid end time by 30 min.
Do not hide bids.
If you must hide a bid, please note me first with your reason. Changing your mind is not an acceptable reason.
Hiding or removing bids without a reasonable explanation will result in a ban from future adopts.

A life Update
General | Posted 6 years agoI've been busy this past year and so haven't had much time for really anything beyond work and attempted sleep.
For those who may care I have been able to buy my own home. Which is honestly not a thing I ever thought I would possibly be able to do in my lifetime.
I also tried to start hormone therapy but was told that because of my families history of cancer that I should do genetic testing first.
I'm glad I did.
I found out that I have an almost 50% chance of getting breast cancer in my lifetime. While I do my best to not think of how badly that could've gone had I not done the testing, it did work in my favour.
In the beginning of December I will be having a double mastectomy done and will be basically bound to my room (mostly bc of animals, don't wanna risk infections obvs)this works in my favour because I was gonna get rid of my breasts one way or another, this one happens to be covered by insurance and doesn't require a therapist. So! I will be trying to use that time and maybe work on some of my wips or new projects.
I have had some time to figure out quite a bit about myself and where i wanna end up in life. Nothing so lofty as having any certain life goals beyond survival, but sometimes that's all that is needed.
My short term future has several tattoos and new piercings in it and I am looking forward to it.
This journal has been all over the place, probably because I should have been asleep hours ago. It is what it is.

Wips
General | Posted 7 years agoI have several WIPs sitting around in my files but I have no idea when I will have the time nor the motivation to finish them. Though I would love to post them when I can. It is difficult when I have to switch the files from laptop to flash drive to phone for uploading as well. My internet situation is iffy at best most of the time.
I work 40hrs a week and have been trying to get through therapy to be able to start HRT. That stress on top of regular day to day "this needs done" leaves me with very little time and energy to work on the art I want to finish.
I am hoping to have more free time soon but it is honestly doubtful.
It is also doubtful that this jumble of a journal has made any sense as I am making it at 6am and have not really slept yet.

Computer/art
General | Posted 8 years agoSo as soon as I get my refund I am gonna be getting a new laptop! Which means I will finally be able to start working on digital art again and I am definitely looking forward to having something more than my phone to draw on because tiny screen is murder.
It will be a while b4 I am comfortable doing any com's but I may do some cheap ychs at first when I get used to my tablet again. This is all if my tablet even still works, it's been moved around and bumped and dropped over the years so I have no idea. But if it doesn't, I guess I'll have to use part of my return on a new one and it will be even longer b4 I can do art again x.x
On a side note, I have been working on more tails and will probably set up a secondary account to post my fursuit items to. I'll probably just add the link to my profile page.

Vlad-
Species- monster/kangaroo
Special traits- pouch(even though male, bc hey, storage!) , spots along both sides of his spine which change color according to mood/music/at random, pocket dimension inside of his pouch which means that yes, his pouch works like Mary Poppins magic bag. Also right eye purple, left eye blue and 7 silver hoop earrings in both ears.
Likes- harmless pranks/jokes, loves puns/making puns, making people laugh, his paddle ball toy, relaxing and listening to music with a good bass line (which always ends up having his spots pulsing with the beat)
Dislikes- rude people, accidentally hurting people's feelings because of a joke, sad stories and losing things in his pouch (if it gets lost, it most likely won't be found for a VERY long time.
Fave food- junk foods mostly, always down for pizza definitely!
Fave music- dubstep/pop anything with a good beat to dance to
