Yeah, I've moved into a new house!! So there's been a tiny bit of inactivity from me, so that I could get things organized/packed. Right now I just have a few other minor, (but important,) things to take care of like getting renters insurance and all that sweet grown up junk.

This is mainly to let current commissioners... or commissioner, since I have one left to finish... know what's up. I've already noted you about it too, but just to be double sure!

Also anyone interested in getting a painted icon like the ones I've been uploading- I do plan on doing more! Maybe just flat-price ones this time around, but I'll make an announcement when they're opening up again. I might start offering full-body stuff and sketches too.

this is a really tentative interest-check about me doing some pay-what-you-want commissions for you guys!

these would admittedly be mostly experimental, you wouldn't be guaranteed work exactly like the two above... I'm constantly in the process of learning to paint/color/shade, so as i progress different icons may come out with different painting styles and techniques as I try them!

The one thing that would be guaranteed is how much time i spend on the work depending on how much you pay. So something like 6$ (the minimum) would get you an hour's worth of work, so probably a colored sketch with some minor painterly details and shading. Whereas 12$ would be two hours, and therefor be more detailed and rendered.

Does that all make sense? I'm still not super confident at doing this kind of thing, let me know if you have any questions/comments/advice. :,)

regarding what's been happening with FA this past week, I've considered starting up my DA account again... I definitely don't rely heavily on commissions or anything for a living, so it doesn't affect me too much either way, and I will still be hanging around here. But I think it's good to have a back up place to go to. I always kind of end up giving up on DA shortly after I make an account, (its a huge community and is sometimes a little overwhelming/intimidating,) but I also kind of miss things like roleplay groups and whatever, so maybe ill make an effort to stick around this time

anyway, it's wintrkid dot deviantart dot com, same as it is here... its been inactive for almost like 2 years, ahaha, but I'll take some time to try and make it look nice

im alive!! still not drawing much (except for class work which takes like a lot of my time)

i still check up on here pretty often though, i just don't do much ahahaha

but I guess I'll be back whenever i settle into the work load nd manage some free time!

all moved in and trying to get back into school life!! I probably won't be drawing often, and commissions would probably add on to the stress so theyre closed until I feel confident in doing them again

I realized the designs are pretty simple but I'll probably make more today. I'll work on making them look more unique and like actual characters instead of just random cats ahaha

for now I'll keep trying to sell this first batch off, and if they don't sell I'll keep them and redesign them a bit to sell later!

anyway heres a few things going on:

im headed back to school in a little over two weeks!! i wasnt able to get a dorm room so instead i'll be staying with family until i find an apartment (or at least start looking for one now)

my birthdays in exactly a month >:^)

also ive made a decision to save up money to make my first fursuit: i researched and listed all the parts I'm going to need to order online for it, so I'm going to try to raise up 400$ to buy+ship all that stuff to get started!! for that I'm also probably going to open up some other commission types (like full body stuff and maybe even painting if I can practice at it!

So basically if you commission me for an icon, you get both the full sized and resized version, cell shaded and with or without a background! tbh i really wish i could do animated ones at some point, but for now thats too much of a convoluted process ahaha ;_;
