So the Vampire the Masquerade 20th Anniversary Edition came out this summer, and is now ready for everyone who didn't get it at the Masquerade to get their hands on it. I am still waiting on my hardcopy to come in the mail, but the .pdf on DriveThruRPG is lovely.

The best World of Darkness community I've seen, also probably the only one I've seen. Here there are lots of conversations about elements of the game. Some things to check out: A fan-made Ajaba breedbook, and they're trying to rewrite the Children of Gaia tribebook. No matter what systems you enjoy you'll find something to chat about (or rage about) there.

How has everyone's holidays been? I hope everyone has gotten in some gaming during their time off (or lack thereof).

Today's journal is a two-parter:

First off, I was thinking it would be nice to get a few links to active WoD online RP communities that people might be part of. Would people like me to do that? And if you do, what sites would you like me to post up? Barring that, I might just put up a link for RPG-Soapbox so people can look around.

Secondly, could still use some submissions, so far, I'm attempting to keep things out of the pornographic, but there's no shying away from things dark, ie: violence, gore...etc. So please if you're interested in getting your stories, pictures, photographs...music, whatever WoD thing you have posted...send a note. I'll be sure to link everything back to you.

We are also actively looking for affiliates, so feel free to suggest those also.

While I've gotten a couple, I'm hoping to get more so I can stagger work of different artists and writers for a bit more variety. (Everyone loves variety!) So again, if you have any artwork, writing, textiles, heck, even plain old pictures of your RP group playing a good old fashioned game of any WoD system send it via note so I can start posting it up.

Currently, I'm thinking of getting together a combination Forum and Flashchat online WoD game. Of course, this will be difficult, since people have their preferences for either New or Old WoD. And that's okay.
