– COMMISSIONS and YCHs –
RULES
1. All commissions that you order from me are digital goods that can’t be delivered by mail service.
2. I always send WIPs to my customers, so you can ask me to make some corrections during I work with your commission.
3. I reserve the right to post finished commissions and YCHs to my galleries.
ᅠ 3.1 If you want to commission a private art, you should make an extra payment in the amount of 50% of the initial amount.
4. You are free to repost the artwork you commissioned from me and use it for non-commercial purposes.
5. You can’t edit the artwork by yourself or ask another artist to edit it.
6. If you want to commission me, you must have a reference of the character you want me to draw. I won’t accept only text description.

ABOUT PAYMENT
1. You pay me for the time that I spend to draw the commission, but not for the finished art. That means I won’t refund you if you’ll no longer like the artwork I did.
2. I DON’T MAKE REFUNDS, so you can’t request a refund from me or from Boosty after you’ve made the payment.
ᅠ 2.1 If I can't continue drawing for personal reasons I can offer you to wait for some time or return you the payment you made.
3. Payment via Boosty in RUB.
4. Full pre-payment after the sketch.
ᅠ 4.1 If u claimed one of my YCHs you must pay immediately after you’ve claimed it. After that I will redraw the initial sketch to make it similar to your character.


– ADOPTABLES –
RULES
1. Adoptables you pay for are also digital goods that can’t be delivered by mail service.
2. After you’ve made the payment you receive the right to resell, redesign purchased adoptable, to give it any name, any bio, any story and etc.
ᅠ 2.1 You can’t edit the original artwork by yourself or ask another artist to edit it.
ᅠ 2.2 You can’t resell purchased adoptable for a higher price, if you don’t have any new artworks or stuff with it that you paid for. If you’ll break this rule, I reserve the right to confiscate the adoptable without refund.

ABOUT PAYMENT
1. I DON’T MAKE REFUNDS, so you can’t request a refund from me or from PayPal after you’ve made the payment.
2. Payment via Boosty in RUB.
3. You must pay within 24 hours after invoice was sent. If you aren’t able to make payment within this time you must notify me. Then I can offer you to make a hold of this adoptable for some time or I can sell it to another person (I’ll warn you about it).
4. You have no rights to create new species based on purchased adoptables design!
