Well my job made a new policy where our department only has to come in 15 minutes early and our 10 minute window is removed.....and well 76 is a cruel beast....on my 2nd write up for coming in 14 to 10 minutes early instead of 15.

Apparently Zoo traffic, construction, and auto accidents are unacceptable reasons for being not early enough. I've devoted 10 years to this company....been through thick and thin and now I'm the worst employee solely because I'm 14 to 10 minutes early as apposed to 15.

Every day I'm reminded that I must be 15 minutes early and after catching the stomach virus going around work....was told I can't even call out or I'm terminated.

Seriously feel like just being late on purpose so they sack me. Been so stressed out during all this (3 weeks and counting). Sadly I'm not the only one suffering from this....most of us feel like they can't afford another layoff so we'll just fire them.

What happened to this company.....it went from our employees are great to f@$# our employees.

Welp just moved into my new place...now loads of unpacking LoL but now watching Ab Fab and relaxing from a long day of moving.

I'm now officially a homeowner.... I can't believe I'm now in a place of my own.

So I attended furpocalypse and it was epic.

Had an awesome time with my friends....and got a great partial from Icy Paw Productions. This con was epic in my books.

Can't wait to debut Zukyo the flying Fox Bat at Delaware's Furbowl this weekend and yes pics to come.

So on April 7th (The anniversary of my moms death) my company sacks a lot of people...including me. My last day there is May 16th. I'm glad I was the minority who got a later date then the majority who were sacked that day...because honestly there would be property damage and police involved if I saw "End date 04/07/2014", but it's always darkest before dawn...at least that's what they say and it is pretty dark right about now.

I worked for that company since 2005 designing their print ads and helping out in the art department for their web sites. Honestly loved working there...but the new CEO wants more of the overseas locations to handle all that. I kinda sucks when you've fought so long to help the company and they just let you go faster than a rabid dog with 3 broken legs.

It's always tough when the one you felt was it...says goodbye.

He told me not to freeze my heart....but the minute he said it was over it did. I want to cry but can not.

So today my sister called me to say "Happy Valentines day" and to run by me an idea her and her husband were talking about.

Since they can't build the house they want on our estate, why not instead of buying the house I'm currently in...just build one for me on the lot. which I can do if ranch style.

Honestly thinking about it, mainly because I can actually go home, which is something that has been on my mind the past couple months. Yeah been having dreams I'm home in my old house and the more I go through it the more I remember and one by one the rooms revert back to the way they were after the fire and been feeling like I wish I could go back. Another reason is I'll have a newly built home vs an old home that clearly needs a lot of work at the same price or less since we already have ownership of the lot, my sis would just let go of her ownership and give it me.

Honestly been thinking of styling it to the upper level of my old house with some modifications.... the more I think of it, the more I want to do it.

I can actually go home.....that thought makes me feel great. I have never felt this good in a long time.

It is sad to say that my Anthrocon days will be No More....

I have had many years of great memories, from being my First Con in 2003, to the great Dalek find, and all the great times I was just being my crazy self and not being told to leave LoL.

Anthrocon is a great con and that is why it is sad to say No More, but I have to for many reason's 1) getting to pricey for me, 2) within 15 minutes of opening of the room reservations, I'm stuck blocks away from the center, 3) getting too big for it's own good which leads to 4) The last couple years I honestly hate going into the convention center...too many people...always get pushed and shoved all over the place, when trying to get something at a dealers table get pushed out of the way by "Browsers"....it's honestly like a battle field.

Sadly AC has gotten too big for it's own good....I love it to death but also getting more and more pissed as the years go on that it is outweighing my good times. I mean last year if it wasn't for my friend actually getting in the first overflow hotel...I would of said "F it".

For at least 6 to 8 years I also always did the Super Sponsor level badges as well...I love this con to death and so very sorry for no longer attending....but honestly it isn't worth the the pain and frustration I have to go through each year in February to get a bloody room little lone dealing with the mass hoard come the con days. I normally don't prereg early because just in case something comes up I only loose out 1 night's pay, so I can't take advantage of early bookings with the sponsor level prereg.

AC is a great con but sadly it is just too big now, I hate to say goodbye...but it's getting to the point one can't even function at that con little lone hang with their friends there.

I'm not bad mouthing AC, not calling the Con Chairmen/staff jerkwads or DBs....they are all awesome just like the con, especially the con staff and security, I love them all...but sadly it is getting way too big and pricey for me to attend...even if I just do regular reg it is still too pricey for me and still too big. I had great 10 years of that con and they were all good....but sadly in those days that was the stress...Non-Con Drama.

Now a days this is what I deal with for AC:
Trying to get a room without pulling all my teeth out for extra leverage...either giving up or hearing a friend got lucky....planning the stay....most people can't afford and drop out of going, find new roommates I can trust and know won't make me go something something...getting there...happy to arrive in Pittsburgh, rest up for tomorrow, happy that I did prereg and stand in the "short" line to get my badge...rest...fight the hoards to get into dealers room....fight to the dealer to talk and purchase item I like....still fight while trying to pay...drama...feel relieved about the normal drama that I used to hate happening at a con and laugh quietly to myself because I am relieved to see it pop it's ugly head...go to the Fish Market and drink...go outside and go "F it...AC is Bar/Outside smoking con again".

And This is what it used to be/other cons I attended:
Get up early on the opening day for room reservations and get the room I wanted or at least main hotel, prereg after making sure I'm set, planning the stay, getting there, rest up for tomorrow, happy I did prereg and go into the prereg line, get my badge, attend panels if any are interesting, go to the dealers room (when opened), rest, find bar, hang with friends, Drama hits, and finally wash and repeat for the next day of the con.

So I'll miss the con, The great Staff they have, the wonderful Bartenders at Fish Market and sadly most of all the normal Con Drama....those are the things I loved...but sadly with the con's ever growing size It isn't worth going to anymore.

So with Furfright closing their doors and Anthrocon being too big...I need to plan out either closer cons or a really good one for the the following years.

So long Antrhocon, you will be missed and maybe someday I'll return but currently I have to say No More.

Part of me was about to collapse and cry another was hopeful. Really don't know how to feel right now.

So just back from AC.....honestly it was the best outta the 10 years I've been to. Me mate is awesome and really added to my con experience.

Some drama hit me friends which I hoped I helped them through but this year was grand....and hope to have many more cons with him.

well got the news my sister had Eliana this Thursday March 28th. I'm officially an uncle. very happy.... honestly was not feeling so up this Easter...since my mom died before Easter...but this news makes me so happy.

Looked online for tutorials and decided on a fox tail. So got the fur and everything and so far so good made a few flubs on the fur cutting and apparently inherited my mom's sewing which is "looks like hell, holds like heaven"

So on Sunday I decided to go out...I left my recorder on in the basement, since it creeps me out from time to time I'm down there, when last I used the recorder I got a response down there, the creepy door that opens, and when my Boyfriend was over Saturday I found the recorder so thought...use it.

Granted Zorg (my dog) was there. But so far I listened close to half of the recording...and got some interesting things.... First someone saying hello followed by a faint voice I can't make out...then whistling from time to time....the creepiest is it sounds like a door creaking followed by someone running upstairs stops sounds like they back a bit and start whistling again.

Now listening I determined how Zorg sounds walking around and the stairs part....didn't sound like how Zorg sounds walking around. Sounds very close to when I walked up the basement stairs in the beginning....which a lot of times I come home and the door is unlocked and when I leave I make sure the back door is locked, the basement (for some unknown reason) then lock the front.

The downside when I got to that point, I took my headphones off and said shit that sounded like someone walking up the stairs....as soon as I said that Knock Knock knock at my door I screamed like a little girl....it was UPS...bloody bastards.

I'm kinda afraid to listen to the rest...what if something goes "Did Rob leave" LoL

Well me brother in law came and told me about closing the estate....I'm hopeful that in the end I'll get to keep the place. The way it looks I'll be fine no matter what. My brother-in-law is more concerned about my future investments which we are working on ='Þ I.E. my retirement and the likes.

I got some money from the estate and told that after everything I should afford buying the place I'm at, so very hopeful but won't know till all is done with my mom's debt. As it looks it should be a breeze getting the the place....the only issue is finding a third roomie to help me out.

And before anyone tells me about me mums debt....my Brother-In-Law has worked in insurance companies, debt collectors and the such, and he has informed me the best avenue to go. So he knows what to do on legal technicalities in NJ and such. So please no "I know what is needed" posts.

All is looking up right now....let's hope it stays that way...hell I got a great mate so it's all good in my book LoL

My brother in Law is telling me they are working on closing the Estate Account so in a couple months we are going over my spending and setting up accounts to help me not spend it. The house buying is looking great for 2014 just need to budget budget budget LoL

I'm hopeful that with the budget I can at least attend AC and FF but might have to choose one only or none for a bit.

Of course might not do a con or two so I can save to replace Wolf-Max suit that I lost in the fire with his new design as Max 3.0 =}

So much planning and work ahead....let's hope it runs smoothly for me...after all this is my year.....I swear it is LoL

Love all you guys and honestly this community has been there for me and I appreciate it. You guys have kept me strong as well as my friends and family. I honestly have never been bombarded with so much support in my life.

So new year, great mate and new house....lets hope it keeps getting better, I need it after the year I went through.

Well got to secure my current place for 1 more year, it is looking good in buying it too.

Gonna have an awesome roommate to boot.

So before the ball drops I'm gonna say fair well like GLaDOS to Chell...."Goodbye 2012, it's been fun...don't come back" and when 2013 happens I hope my plan goes well and makes 2013 a grand start for me :)

But as River Song always says "Spoilers" so y'all have to wait till 2013 to see if I'm successful :)

Well finished all my furniture purchases for the place, get home let my dog out and no lie in the 15 minutes she was out we got a good snow fall.

Kinda cried a bit but joyfully my #1 wish is snowfall on Christmas Eve and well my mom always gave me a gift on Christmas Eve, so it made me feel it was her wishing me a Merry Christmas.

This was her favorite holiday and lately been not in the mood at all so I thank her for giving me this moment today .

So this is my first Christmas without my Mom.....it is weird but know the feeling...lost my father when I was like 5 in December which reminds me still have to get the yearly Dad Christmas ornament.....

Every Christmas we got an ornament for my dad because the day he died I bought an ornament for him for Christmas at school and it started the tradition of every year we bought him an ornament.

Guess I need to carry that torch and get one for my Mom and Dad.

On a plus side the insurance settled the personal property loss and I'm able to secure the place I'm at for a year so things are looking up...especially since a certain fox has showed up in my life.....guess hell frozen over....since my iced heart has melted :)

I can not wait till New Years Furry Ball in DE. I am hoping all goes well.

On the bright side the insurance has settled with the Personal Property Loss, we are getting a bit more than expected so that's a plus. Still it's going to be tied up in the estate for a bit as we settle everything, but I'm able to secure the place for a year now and that's a plus. Looks like I might need a third roommate to fully secure it in the later future, but that is something I dun have to worry till like 2 years. So me and a friend is grand right now.

I just hope things keep going up...I had enough downs to last me a lifetime this year.

So this New Years...I plan on doing something that I have never done in my life,,,something I've been planning this for a bit and feel that New Years is the best to do it....I hope it ends well and not blow up in my face.
