Hey guys. Still on HSC EXAM HAITUS
But just to let somebody know officially, 
kirbs's Poster will resume work on 16 / 10 / 2013 !
The 14th and 15th are my english exams which are the worst of the worst.
Luckily i can get those out of the way first and do some PRODUCTIVE work. -hahaha HSC sucks- ...

we thought our dog got out the other night.
I freaked out like a tard and ran up and down the street screaming out a name of an alcohol like a drunk champion marathon runner.
It was intense. I was practically crying because our pup (who's name is Jäger btw) means so much to me.
He's like a baby. A cute, cuddly, warm pup.
The exams have been stressing me out which has been giving me these painful neck muscle spasms.
I just want it to be over so i can focus on art ALL THE TIME!!!!
I'm gonna go and sit now.

Hey guys.
I want to let you know short and sweet,
I have my final high school exams coming up.
This means I will be working a lot slower and won't be able to complete commissions as quickly as desired.
Between:
September 26th - November 7th
I will be much slower.
From the 8th of November and onwards, things will most definitely pick back up to normal pace, if not faster.
I will work on commissions when i have the time available between these dates.
Please respect that this time is crucial to my life and my future.
If you have any questions, feel free to note me.
ALSO: As you see the TO-DO list below, that is the order i will be working on each commission.
Some have more priority than others. I will NOT be excepting new commissions.
(except small sketches on weekends, but probably not even those)
I need to finnish this list before the end of the year so i can start taking commissions normally again.

Well guys! my HSC ART MAJOR HAITUS IS OVER!
I'M PRETTY HAPPY ABOUT THAT!
I won't be finding out my marks until later but thats not so bad.
Thins is though i still need to study for my HSC in october, but i won't be doing other arts.
I'm wanting to continue with weekend commissions and the larger ones durring the week.
It's been good process and has been working for me. You guys ARE AWESOME for taking these commissions!

Hey guys and gals.
So been getting down and... not so much "dirty" with my HSC projects.
I'm actually almost done all the pieces so the art hiatus should be ending soon.
BUT HERES THE BIG NEWS
From 06/08/2013 - 17/08/2013 is going to be pretty slow.
I have my trail exams and thats also when my art major is wrapping up.
my plan is to get the smaller commissions on my list out of the way such as flat colours and some badges.
While also still taking weekend badge / smaller commissions for income.
This way i'm still getting my list down to smaller numbers while working on my exams.
After the 17th however i'll be pretty set to work on larger artworks and projects.

UPDATES!
Alright so things have been moving along nicely as of late.
Been getting some things done and my HSC ART MAJOR is really starting to come together. Have 2 really nice pieces so far complete.
About 3 more to go i guess.
Im going to be working on and finishing Sykez the Husky's reff sheet VERY SOON! so expect that.
Then after that I'm hoping to continue with HSC work and ALSO do owed art like trades and that raffle piece.
Like I said before commissions are gonna be on a hiatus until after HSC because of time and such.
Weekend commissions are so i can make money for life and spending money. It's not much but it gets me by until this stupid high-school stuff is OVER

Hey guys and gals.
So this is an IMPORTANT UPDATE RIGHT HERE!
So here's whats happening in my world right now.
Im finishing up my high school education (FINALLY)
And From JULY - LATE AUGUST/EARLY SEPTEMBER
Im going to be VERY slow at finishing remaining commissions on the waiting list.
I need to work on my Art Major which is a VERY LARGE project (or portfolio of art / body of work)
that I need to work on and finnish before August 20th.
This art major is a HUGE deal to my life and my final high school marks / results.
I'm sure all you guys understand this.
So pretty much I've halted work on the large poster, finishing a remaining reff sheet commission,
and halted all other work until AFTER my major is complete.
THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHNAGE IF NEED BE!
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE:
Is that I will still be accepting some weekend commissions (badges, sketches, etc)
Because i still need an income to ya know... live.

So this journal is about planing my time and stuff
Since apparently my timing with commissions is a bit slower than it should be.

Anyway. Basically my plan for commissions is to actually start my list and get going.
I'm going to start working on my current list of commissions
As well as find time to finnish off the HUGE poster for kirbs
So basically I'm gonna make time for both things.
*I'm also taking smaller commission slots in between all this because i still need income.
So don't freak out if you see small commissions like badges or sketches that aren't on the list.*
This way i start getting the list done AND work on a large project at the same time!

hello again.
Ok so i want to be serious here. SOME SERIOUS BUSINESS GUYS.
I will truthfully say i AM behind with commissions.
I get it.
Though I promise you all I'm not just sitting here being a lazy ass.
Been trying to work on commissions while going through school and other life/medical stuff atm.
It's been tricky to complete commissions and dish them out as quick as i could before.
Basically now i'm kinda like "ohshitohshitohshitohshit..."

So I have some awesome news!
I will be continuing my commission list now!
Our home desktop is in progress of getting fixed,
But my amazing boyfriend Jayke (Aka Fen Panda) gave me Photoshop CS6 on my Macbook Pro!!!
So I'm now able to continue commissions as per normal.

I will be contacting each commissioner IN ORDER!
I've made a new commission e-mail so everyone can e-mail me their information about what they wanted for their commission.
Helps me sort out things easier too.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to make smooth shaded piece yet in photoshop CS6. I actually don't know how.
These commissioners have a choice to change their commission to get 2 cell shaded artworks instead of 1 smooth shaded piece
OR wait until our desktop is returned and fixed and only do their intended smooth shaded commission.
I made smooth shaded artworks in PaintTool SAI on our old computer so I'm not sure how to change it over yet.

So a lot of stuff is going to be happening, as well as probably a little bit of swamping in submissions.

Just gonna put an update out there
We called our computer company to get our computer fixed.
It's in the process of being fixed. But thats the good news.
Bad news is it might take a couple months for us to receive it back... (possibly less but I'm not too sure)
I'm sure people understand how computer companies can be with returns on fixes and such... (SLOW if you did'nt know)
And More commission updates;
When I receive the computer back and things are back to normal,
I'm going to be contacting everyone on my TO-DO list, in order, to restate what they wanted for their commission.
I'm just getting all the information again to make sure your getting exactly what you want.
This also gives you guys a chance to add anything or change anything since you've placed your order.
So that's pretty good.

I've just been taking very small traditional commissions to keep the business up and running for the time being.
Nothing much has been happening, but i guess it's a nice break from it all.
I needed it I suppose.
I miss being able to draw digitally though. :__:

So i have some questions regarding laptops.
Turns out we are looking into getting a NEW set up to complete commissions. (Also for school and such)
However I'm not exactly sure what laptop to get to have an impressive set up so i don't have to deal with this again.
It's also good to have some great computer specs so all programs i will ever need will run smoothly and QUICKLY!

So I had something very inconvenient happen to me this friday morning.
Our home desktop computer, which has all of my art programs and tools i use to provide art and commissions,
has decided not to respond with home monitors or screens. It doesn't connect with our monitor or any other monitors we have at home.
It ALSO doesn't respond with any mouses, keyboards, or tablets plugged into it.
It's not the monitor not working because we plugged our small PC laptop into it and that displayed properly, as well as our xbox and game systems.

We are going to get it looked at because we have a warranty on the computer,
however we might have to get a completely new computer if the problem is worse than we think.

Hey everyone. I bet you've all noticed I haven't really uploaded as often as i do.
WELL thats mostly because i have school half yearly exams coming up in the next 2 weeks.
These exams are a bit more important because I'm in my senior year of high school.
So this means they count for quite a bit.
STUDYING is going to be taking up most of my time from...
NOW -> APRIL 11th
Then April 12th is the art slave day 1.
Commissions will be halted until APRIL 14th then restarted and back to normal pace. (hopefully faster)
