Looks like Cryo 2.0 is now on pause. The makers just informed me that they cannot make him due to their guy who was making him came down with Covid and will be retiring from the business. So now I am back at square one again. Sorry everyone who was waiting and anxious to see the new version but once again the Universe has shoved its middle finger in my direction once more. :(

So for those of you who have followed me for a pretty long time you know that my debut fursuit and the source of my moniker in the furry fandom came from my suit that I had worn for 9 long and wonderful years. Sadly, he had to be retired as he was starting to show his age and was getting a bit too raggedy to wear in public anymore. I know a lot of people were sad to see him go, as was I. He was a lot of fun to go around as and really put me on the map in the fandom. Some would say I am a popufur for that but I do not think I was ever really THAT popular. I had a nice suit and people seemed to like it and I was happy with that.

At any rate, wanting to try something new I went to my current fursuit of my shrike fursona, Kyle Skyrender. My bird boy was a lot of fun run around in and while he didnt see the popularity of Cryo he was still something I enjoyed and that's really all that matters. It was a constant chore though to find armor that I really liked with him and I may still put him on from time to time if the mood strikes me.

At any rate the reason for this journal. I have been in negotiations with a company about revamping Cryo and finally after years of waiting and trying to find the balance between economy and quality I think I finally hit on the outfit that I am going to go with. That's right, Cryo 2.0 is happening! The suit is being revamped and hopefully will be ready to debut at Anthrocon 2022...maybe even as early as F2! Molds are being cast and design teams are beginning to work on reviving some peoples favorite space cop.

Cryo will grace the convention scene again in 2022! Stay tuned of course for some sneak peek pics before he sets out into the big world once again...who knows...he might even bring along his brother, Blaze. ;)

As the title suggests im looking for something along the lines of a concept i want to nail down in my commissions. It would involve synthetic/robotic elements and be mildly NSFW due to placement.

Hey everyone who watches me...so as many of you know or have looked into my gallery I have had a lack of robot TF's that I used to put up. There are several reasons for this in case anyone missed out on the explanation.

1. The original artists no longer wished to do them (shame since he was AMAZING at it).
2. Price was a factor and no one could match what the original artist was offering. (admittedly the guy was selling himself short).
3. Level of detail wasn't up to my expectations when looking for other artists to do them.

Those were the three main reasons...but now I found an artist who not only is great at drawing but was also agreeable to doing this sort of thing AND at a fair cost in my opinion. So you know what that means???

Thats right, there will be more Robot TF's down the pipeline! (one is even progressing as I type this.) It will contain the same four pics in sequence as the originals and should be of great quality based on this ones other works.

That being said, they wish to remain anonymous so I will respect their wishes but will say they have drawn for me before and their work is in my gallery. I just wont name them and of course using the they/them/their pronouns. Their style though should make it a little easier to know who it is though. :)

So yep, more to come in the robot TF story sequence...next one in the works is a shark boy. :)

I wish I honestly knew how to do all this modding stuff. I am no good at it and all the tutorials confuse me. Asking for help with the modding community is a dead end as well as most wont give you the time of day it seems. :(

I have a mod I like, but I want to edit it a little bit (mostly just add some briefs to the model) but I cant figure out how. Can anyone help me?

To everyone that watches me I am looking to find an artist that will do more robot TF art for me. Mostly to expand upon the story I have for them by adding a few more into the mix.

Idealy the artist would have to be good at both organic and mechanical, be comfortable with my TF "process", and not break my bank account.

To all those who would suggest  kiryu that is not one I am looking at. His art is perfectly fine but not the style I am looking for. He's an awesome artist but again not the style I want.

Yep, I am turning 40 next Thursday (11th of April). No I don't have anything planned. Though I suppose MCFC will be sort of a birthday con for me.

I guess I should take stock in a few things really. I am in pretty decent health I think, at least nothing debilitating is affecting me...yet. I have a wonderful boyfriend and I love him LOVE YOU  foxwolf9-tails !!!

Being the Logistics guy for Anthrocon has been one of the best things that has ever happened to me and I look forward to many long years with the con.

I have created many characters, some good. Some not so good. Others who have taken a life of their own. Others who I would love to do more with and turn into something more. It has been a long road for a lot of them. Thank you  human for doing what you could with a whole bunch of them and putting up with my boring and seemingly endless procession of briefs and leotards lol.

I have been trying to make an armor for Fallout 4 using a modified version of someone else;s Skyrim mod. I got all the "armor" to appear and have textures and what not but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it in-game even with the creation kit. Something just keeps making it not appear.

So I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to make mods for Fallout 4. I would provide the files for the textures, graphics and all that the only thing I would need to have done would be to put it onto a male body, fitted for that body and placed into a mod I can load in game. If anyone has any experience doing such a thing please let me know. Of course I would reimburse you for your time so please don't think I am asking something for nothing.

Well another year gone and another year older. Not much to say really other then I officially retired Cryo this year until he is refurbished which is not in the foreseeable future. Got to wear my Kyle Skyrender fursuit which I modeled after a Great Grey Shrike and loved it!

Almost 40 years on this world and honestly I am kinda feeling bummed out since I technically have nothing to show for it. I know I have some friends and all but in the grand scheme of things I figured I would have some sort of greater impact on this earth. Alright, as many of you might know  human who is a very close friend of mine has been doing the Cryo series of comics off and on now for a good while. While we both have worked on some of the aspects of this HE has probably poured more of his heart into the creation and implementation of the comics, not to mention the storyline of the project. I can only say I might have given him some ideas and been a person to bounce ideas off of. At any rate, he really wants to begin making this series of comics a reality, not only with Cryo and the Cybersquad-6 but others as well. However, to do that he needs to devout himself completely to it and with his job as it is right now...that is impossible.

Hi everyone who reads these things! Probably not a lot of you but hey I will still put it out there. My b-day is tomorrow, April 11th and I will have been on this rock for 36 years now.

Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there to the FA community. Some b-day art would be nice but I am not expecting it. I will be at Anthrocon of course doing my Logistics thing and running around this time with a NEW suit. Going to try my hand/paw/talon at being a bird now. As far as I know I will be going as a bird no one else in the fandom has done to my knowledge. I've gotten art done of Kyle and would love some more!

Well that is pretty much it. I am looking forward to AC this year with the new shrike suit.

Well, the training has been done, the company I am going to be taking over in regards to their supply chain will be notified this Monday and my moving date is scheduled to be the 10th of October no matter if the current landlord likes it or not! The new landlord for this apartment I am moving into seems to be an awesome person, maintenance guy was nice as hell and the apartment...well that can be summed up in one word. HUGE!!!

I cant believe I am getting a 2500 sq ft. apartment for only $850 bucks! This place is massive and if I wanted to have a fur party it would be killer as this building is separate from any other building! It is in Dixon, IL and only about 20 minutes from where I am going to be working in Sterling to boot.

Is there anyfur who lives in Dixon or anywhere close by? I am going to need some help unloading the U-haul when I arrive and would gladly provide noms for anyone who showed up. The good thing is that its all at street level so no walking up stairs.

So I just got word that the first position I was looking at in Peoria, IL was a bust. The hiring manager obviously either was not impressed with my skill set or I said something during the phone interview that made them leery of offering me employment there. However, I got a call from someone else within the company that was practically BEGGING me to come to their site. So I accepted but the place is pretty small and it seems it will only be me and three other people at the site. Even my boss will only be on site for maybe 4 days out of the month tops.

Sadly though it seems its in a pretty rural area of the state called Sterling, IL. Now I am about 2 hours away from Peoria or Chicago so MFF looks to be in the cards. But now I am wondering if there is anybody close by to where I will be now. From all my research this place is going to be BORING!

Also, I am pretty heavy into tabletop RPG's like Pathfinder. Is there anyone close by there that might be running a game or something? I do not consider an hour trip to be that long of a commute so if your at least that close we should talk.

Due to my work basically telling me to either move or be laid off I might have to make the trip to Peoria (or close by) and settle there for some time. So basically I am wondering if there is any significant furry community nearby?

Chicago does not count as nearby I'm afraid though getting to MFF in the future seems possible and me and my mate have always loved going to that con.

As I mentioned in a journal a while ago I was going to retire the suit of Cryo I have due to the fact he was starting to show his age and was a bit worn in places. This might be a bit premature but there might be a chance that I can get the original suit touched up the way I WANTED HIM FROM THE VERY START!

It's still not 100% a go but it looks promising that I might be able to keep Cryo active. There are a few people I need to talk to and he might have a slight redesign still. Hopefully this will be a cheaper option and can keep the original look close to what it is now and be a hell of a lot more durable. Stay tuned.
