I am looking for inspiration. My art only seems to be really good when I am into what I am drawing, and right now I am at an inspirational low, probably because I've just done 3 really good, well inspired pieces (from my point of view) in three days and have run my inspiration well dry.

I'm hoping that right now it's just kind of... blocked, and perhaps someone reading this can leave some much needed ideas. Please PLEASE help me out here!

By the by, Carmike Cinemas' local theater called me in for an interview today after I applied about a week ago. The interview is tomorrow. Wish me luck!

My computer is deciding to begin crapping out on me. My really good Video Card is beginning to go bad, and I know what happens when they finally die... the computer becomes unusable until I get another one :C... So, hopefully, I will get a new V.Card before that happens.

Spirit Studios has just gotten its second member,  BlackWolfChronicles. As a member he will have access to the account and may leave a comment or two, so I will begin posting ~Spirit every time I post so as not to confuse anyone.

Black Wolf is a beginning artist and I am going to be helping him out when I am at school, and giving him positive feedback on his commissions, whether he submits them through his own account or through Spirit Studios.

Today! Today! Today! Today I am 17! And to top it off I'M A MOON BABY, BABY! My first blue moon, and it's on my Birth Day, that, in itself, is all the gifts I need. Well, the blue moon and the fact that I'm going to see Avatar later today. I suppose we could call it a gift from the Gods.

EDIT: I have seen Avatar. If you have not, go as soon as possible. It is a very long movie, so be ready to hold it, and TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONES! It won't kill you to not be able to text for est. 3.5 hrs. However, you just might be killed by the other people watching the movie if your text message ring-tone goes off. If you can, see the movie in 3-D, and if it is available, I would suggest seeing it in IMAX for an even greater experience. I swear to you all, once the movie got started, there was absolutely NO click-click-clicking of cell phones going on. SEE THE DAMN MOVIE BEFORE IT IS NO LONGER IN THEATERS!!!

Still, today is not just about me. Today is the end of 2009, and the beginning of 2010. A time for people to make their Resolutions to better themselves and others. Mine, personally, is to act more like myself around others, and not how others would want me to act.

Onto the update from last nights Holiday Bowl! In the end, the Wildcats put up a fight, but ultimately lost 33-0 to the Nebraska Corn Huskers. The Huskers defense gave little leeway to the Wildcat's offense, except for one instance where AZ's #2 (couldn't catch his name) caught a decent pass, ran a ways, and got tackled like a guy wearing bacon underpants being chased by a pack of very hungry wolves. The wolves were going for the bacon by the way, not the guy. In the end, AZ #2 ended up creating an entirely new thing. Many of us have seen them in anime and web comics, and we know these to be head-desk and face-palm/paw. This guy created the head-turf. Yes, after #2 was tackled, he was left sitting with his ass up in the air and his helmet face-down on the ground.
On a side note, thanks to the Huskers, I now know the history of, and how to use, the term "do a barrel roll". This was when one of NE's defensive players tried to intercept a bad pass. The guy jumped, cleared the ball in perfect cartoon style (his body flat, arms stretched forward like Super Man), and landed, executing a perfect barrel roll. I laughed and, wanting to know the source of the popular term, Google "do a barrel roll". So thank you Star Fox. Thank you very much.

Yes. I just couldn't wait.

Mostly I just want to brag about how Nebraska is pwning Arizona at the Holiday Bowl right now. At this moment, the score is 23-0 in favor of Big Red. Suh is being his usual kick ass self, and number 11's cleats need to be changed. He's slipped up four times, literally slipped, and it has cost the Husker's four complete passes.

I hope everyone had a good ChristmaHaunnaKwanzika. I had a decent one.

I started out by helping bring Arbor Day around early by planting Pine trees out at my Grandparents farm today, and ended up getting a few good gifts in the end, namely a bunch of stuff for my Wii, a T-Shirt from the brand new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa (rock on), a Route 66 shot glass for my collection (yes, I have a shot glass collection and yes, I have used them without my parents' permission), and got topped off with a large amount of assorted Ferrero Rochet chocolates obtained during the gift exchange/gag gift/secret Santa/white elephant thing, and finished the evening with a biography of my great great grandfather Nainas (Nine-us), who went to school with, and worked with, Gerald Ford.

On a side note, I also discovered that I have about ten different Kaisers in my genealogy. Those of you with a basic knowledge of the German language may know what 'Kaiser' translates into, but no, they weren't that kind of Kaiser, they're last name was Kaiser.

What did make this evening a little crappy was one of my friend's bragging. During the gift exchange/gag gift/secret Santa/white elephant thing he texts me saying that he got a PS3 and went to see both Avatar AND Sherlock Holmes back-to-back, closing with the line "Best. Christmas. Ever." I promptly texted him back "... Go to Hell."

Again, I hope everyone had a good ChristmaHaunnaKwanzika and will try to work on Kenpachi Ookami as soon as possible.

PM stands for Psycho Mother btw.

Basically she's getting on my case about how I don't live up to her standards. We have family coming over and she's going ballistic over the fact that I don't view "clean" the same way she does.

It's pretty much my room she cares about, and I can't get her to understand that for us ALL to be happy, she needs to let me do my thing. I don't know if it's the teenage angst right now, but she's pretty much gotten me into a fairly pissy mood now.

She claims that the fact that I don't have the same standards she does is due to a lack of respect, which I must admit that my respect-tank for her is hovering just above empty at this moment. I've tried explaining to her that she cannot control my life the way she is, but she doesn't listen (if she does she doesn't make it very apparent).

I believe that I've figured out what the problem is. She hates to be wrong.

The evidence is that, whenever I start to win an argument she either...
a) gets the last word and storms off, getting my dad mad at me because she's pissed.
b) comes up with a way to make the argument go in her favor, gets the last word, storms off, and my dad gets mad at me because she's pissed.
or c) comes up with some sort of off-the-wall logic that make no sense, gets the last word, and yadda-yadda-yadda, blah-blah-blah.

So as far as I'm concerned right now, she's borderline insane. Maybe this is how all mothers act, I don't know. But I am tired of having to listen to it and wish oh so much that I could literally maker her STICK. A. SOCK. IN. IT.

Yeah, I missed a few days... AGAIN! And I can't really blame it on anyone else, considering that I've been uploading and posting.

Anywho, my break from school has started, and by the time I go back, I'll be 17. WHOO!!! Yes, my b-day is literally at the end of the month, and it's going to be a Blue Moon. So now the phrase "once in a Blue Moon" has a whole new meaning for me.

I'm possibly going to do a special upload, just for that day, because it is so rare. Just like seeing comet Hale-Bopp (next time it passes will be the year 4390 o,0).

Grr... again I missed a day. I need to prioritize more. Well nothing new to add except that I think I've been shanghaied into a group of anime freshmen at my school. They already expect me to have a character and a back story ready for them by Monday. Fortunately for me, that's not all that hard. I like to write.

Besides that, nothing exciting is happening for another 20 minutes, when American Ninja Warrior comes on G4 at 6.

Well, the first (and part of the second) stage of American Ninja Warrior is over. Only 30 out of over 300 were allowed through stage one, and only 15 will be allowed past stage two, and 11 of them made it today. Next Saturday, those who weren't aired will continue to see if they can make it onto stage three. Only ten will be allowed past stage three and will go to Japan to face the actual Ninja Warrior obstacle course on Mount Midoriyama. My favorite, Makoto Nagano, who is the second person out of two to complete all four Ninja Warrior stages, did not cameo here in America, but will surely make an appearance in the Ninja Warrior competition the ten Americans are going to compete in. Tune in next Saturday at 6 PM (EST) to catch the end of American Ninja Warrior!

Eheh... I didn't mean to skip Day 4, but oh well. It happens. Finals are coming up soon and all I know is that I don't want to have to stay for any of them if I can help it. Unfortunately, I currently have a C in my 5th period Pre Calc class and have no chance of pulling it up unless I finally finish and turn in an old (and tedious) project that is way past due. Alas, math is my worst subject anyways, and taking the final will help me.

Onto something more important. I am bored, and very much need something to do. I am also studying the wolves skeletal structure (hint, hint). I wonder what I could use that for, along with all of the other skeletal figures in my AP Biology book. Maybe I could use them to draw something, perhaps combining one skeletal structure with another.

Just a heads up. I am an amateur!! Anything commissions I draw will not be the greatest. I also will not charge for them like some people do. All you have to do is drop me a shout or a leave a comment on my journal (which would be much more likely to be read).

Also, a disclaimer:
Since I will not charge for commissions, they may be subject to being canceled if I cannot get it right. I try to make my drawings look as accurate as possible. Basically, if you send me a commission that I just cannot do (or if I just get lazy or overwhelmed with school garbage/crap/junk), I'll send you a message or leave a comment apologizing and will try and find you another user who can do so instead. They will also most likely NOT be in color.

I am open for THREE commissions TOTAL right now. Christmas break is coming up soon as well so now would be a good time to foist your laziness upon me!

Well, that unintended break was interesting. After a long hiatus due to some technical difficulties, FA is back up and running. Boy is it good to have it back too. I was kind of pissed that it went down only two days after I started my account, mostly because I thought my internet was just being crappy.

I finally posted a comment on another website to find out if anyone else had similar problems and got a link to FA's Live Journal. I am glad everything is back to normal now.

Anyways, I am tired and going to bed. See ya'll tomorrow if FA doesn't crash again.

Well, Day one was pretty decent. I got two people watching me (thank you :min19: and :Inalia:) and found 16 favs, a few of them instafavs.

Not only did I get that, but I also submitted three of my own. One photo taken with my LG Chocolate and two hand drawn fan arts for the web comic Two Kinds (http://www.2kinds.com/).
