Life and progress update

Hope you are doing well.
Life has been crazy these past few weeks but got some good news to share.
- My grandmother is doing much better, she no longer needs to be in palliative care; but we are looking for a more suitable aged care facility for her to be moved too there she can have proper care; without certain family members making her condition worse.
- The family friend I mentioned in my previous journals is also back home in Australia and will likely get the care he needs.
I've been making progress on my commission and lore writing on the side as well; working on multiple stories at once does help with preventing burnout despite the slower process. I'll also be dropping some art uploads within the next couple of days; mainly stuff I haven't posted yet or new character reworks.
In addition to that, I now co-own a wrestling federation on second life; Unrivaled Wrestling Universe! We run shows every Wednesday at 4pm pacific standard time in world. We don't currently have it streamed; but you can catch us in world; we are a developmental fed both wishing to train new wrestlers and entertain our fans!

Not the greatest start to the new year...

Hope you all been doing good.
Just abit of a life update, haven't had the greatest start to the new year. My only living grandmother was just recently moved to palliative care, and I'll be likely saying my goodbye to her this coming weekend.
On top of that, just learnt that a family friend of ours had a medical episode over in Mauritius, and has lost his memory to the point that he can't remember his family, spaces out from time to time and can't access any of his accounts or medical records due to not being able to remember how to access them.
At the moment while I'm offering support however I can, I'm gonna keep myself busy so not to spiral.
I'll still be working on story commissions but please understand the process will be slower for the moment.
I appreciate everyone's understanding on this.
Please spend time with your loved ones and treasure those moments with them.

On a side know, anyone know of any good monster creation artists that are open for commissions at the moment; primarily those that might specialize in Tokusatsu style monsters?
I'm looking to get some designed up for future projects, plus need more monsters of the week for Lionheart, Starlancer Dragon and their friends to fight.

P.S: There has been a way of scam artists who are trying to pass on other people's work for their own on FA, so I'll only be considering artists who have been posting consistently for the past 6 months or so. Dad's Home!
Posted 11 months agoHeya mates, some good news.
Dad got discharged from Hospital and his now home and resting on meds.
Everything looks all good with him now, we are lucky in a way that he did end up in hospital after it was discovered that his blood pressure was dangerously high; putting him at risk of a stroke.
With everything caught early his getting the treatment he needs and we now have him home for Christmas; however our travel plans are now limited until his off his meds.
He should be all well before New Years Eve so we should be able to spend time with our extended family by then tho.
Thank you so much for everyone's thoughts and positive energy <3 I really appreciate it, and I'll be working on those emergency commissions as well as my current commission queue during the holidays, will provide updates as I go.

Posted 11 months agoSo got some sad news ahead of Christmas, my dad is in hospital due to acute abdominal pain caused by a bowel obstruction and infection.
It's looking likely he will be missing Christmas with us so I'm pretty stressed out and needing to get thing sorted out ahead of the upcoming holidays.
As a result I'm going to be taking on emergency commissions to help with finances incase dad has a prolonged stay over the holidays.
Because of this I'll need to take payment upfront, shorter stories between 2-3k in length will be easier for me to work on; but I can do longer stories.
Please note that they will take time to write but will be looking to work on them over the holidays. (Since it's likely I won't be going anywhere anyway).

Anyone play any superhero TTRPGs?

Got a few TTRPG worldbuilding guides for secret santa this year, which got me thinking.
What are some superhero Tabletop roleplaying games do all of you play?
I'm aware of mutants and masterminds, which I've played abit. Love the character building mechanics and the conflict resolution; but the lack of a health system and it's complex nature does make it hard to get others into playing a superhero campaign.
I'm curious to know any recommendations, or even ways to put together a superhero campaign that would be more freely accessible to those that are more accustom to D&D 5th edition.
Also if anyone runs any superhero themed games, I would be interested in joining and learning new systems ^^

I recently got back from a cruise that I took to lovely and green Tasmania.
Had a blast eating a curried scallop pie for the first time and checking out the historic Port Arthur site.
Now that I'm back home in Sydney, I'm wanting to get back in a writing mood, and my commissions are very much open.
That being side I'll be offering discounts on the following:
- 15% discount on stories that include one or more of my own characters.
- 10% discount on stories that take place either in the Colmaton Universe or my own Libertyverse setting (These are both settings I'm familiar with)
Conditions for the discounts:
- To qualify for the discounts you must commission a story that is at least 4000 words or more in length
Ideal Requirements
- Please make sure to have a clear, straight forward and detailed outline for what you are wanting to be written for your commission pieces, as well as any material that requires me to do research. (This will make things easier for me in the long run).
Hoping to get some traction on this, so looking forward to hearing from ya'll ^^

Having one of my late night thoughts before bed, and after being taunted/threatened with it playfully of course; I've wanted to get some brainstorming on the concept below.
Supervillain Concept
- Can be an actual supervillain or monster
- Mainly a rogue for Strikira
- Can turn or bake Strikira and others into banana bread
- Inspired by actual weakness to bananas (My body doesn't get along very well with them XD)

Yup that's right! I had some old writing commission info on my page and I've gotten back into the swing of crafting stories again. So I'm taking on some very limited writing commissions to help get earn some cash on the side.
I'm only opening up Three Slots at the moment so I don't get burnt out and you can see my polices below.
Expected Turnaround time
Minimum of two weeks depending on provided outline, length of story and if real life circumstances get in the way.
Payment method
I accept payment only via paypal at the moment due to being in Australia. Payment is taken in USD.
Payment Policy
I will not take payment upfront, payment will be requested once story is 60-70% completed.
However there are two exceptions that I make to this, in which I will ask for half upfront.
- If a story length is greater than 5000 words
- If the quote presented requires alot of topic researching or is heavily complexed. (Case by Case basis)
Do you do private commissions?
I can do private writing commissions and I have done a number of them. However as compensation for not posting them online, I will charge a fee of 15% the total quoted story.
Do you use AI assistance for your writing?
No I have a strict policy of not using any AI assistance for writing, as I prefer storytelling to be crafted by my own mind and hands.

Ideal methods of superhero peril
Posted a year agoHeya mates! Been a long time since I last posted up a Journal.
A lot has been going on with my life and I've recently been able to start posting up content on FA again.
Don't worry I won't be going anywhere, this place is home and always will be.
Now I had a curious thought before I tuck myself to sleep and and get some rest before seeing Deadpool and Wolverine later today.
I wanna know what's your favorite method/methods of putting superheroes in peril!
Can be SFW or NSFW, non creative or very creative, the reasons why you are doing so; whatever method you wish to employ let's here it out.
Bonus points if you have a favorite hero/heroes you wanna do it too; and even more if you can do so without killing them (Not all perils have to be death traps!)

Can be SFW or NSFW, non creative or very creative, the reasons why you are doing so; whatever method you wish to employ let's here it out.
Bonus points if you have a favorite hero/heroes you wanna do it too; and even more if you can do so without killing them (Not all perils have to be death traps!)

Alot happened over the last two years, New friendships forged, toxic individuals tossed aside; and the past left where it belongs.
Got a bunch of projects that I have planned this year but one of them I wanted to gauge interest for.
I'm thinking of streaming on twitch both to game with friends but also work as a character creation and worldbuilding.
Part or why I'm wanting to do it is to create new characters and put them out for public domain use, and foster a community for old and new fans of our beloved furry superhero community.

2: Within the furry fandom, who were the first superheroes and villains that you discovered; that got you into the superhero fandom?
3: What is it that drives you into the superhero fandom the most? Is it the more super heroic aspect or the more adult fetish aspect?
4: When it comes to superheroes in perilous situations, what types of perils do you like seeing or happening to heroic characters and why?

Been slowly getting over some nasty mental health and physical health issues that cropped up this year; especially with my Dad currently fighting cancer; so things have been up and down. As a result I've been going through cleaning up unused content that I've gathered up over the years and would like to sell some of my character concepts that I've gotten; but never had a chance to use.

Been slowly getting over some nasty mental health and physical health issues that cropped up this year; especially with my Dad currently fighting cancer; so things have been up and down. As a result I've been going through cleaning up unused content that I've gathered up over the years and would like to sell some of my character concepts that I've gotten; but never had a chance to use.
The prices will be listed per character with the price itself based on the amount of existing art you will get along with the character (If an old character profile exists, you will get that from me for free; and will be allowed to modify it as you see fit)
