SO! I hope you all enjoyed my weekly contests, because next year I'm thinking of a different theme. This time it will focus less on my artwork and more on my plush work! (yay! I know some of you only watch me for my plush... it must be annoying to see so much art coming from me ^ ^")
Anyways... Are y'all ready to hear it?
Wrabbit's Weekly Plush Challenge!!!
Every week starting January 1st to December 31st, I will be making one plush a week! Now, the way it works is this:
**During one week I will announce and begin to make the weekly plush. You'll be able to watch its progress every time I work on it! (if you're also active on DeviantArt, which is where I find myself more than FA ^ ^")
**Upon completion, I'll make it available for purchase via an auction lasting one week.
**During the week it's being auctioned, another plush will be announced and on the way!
How is the weekly plush chosen, you ask?
1. You may place a reserve order for a plush you are going to commission, and your commissioned plush will become the weekly plush (with no auction following). This option requires a down payment to reserve your week. Down payments for this option are $15 and go towards your plush payment.
2. You can put a claim on a week insisting I make a certain plush of your choice! This will guarantee your plush idea gets made, and you have the chance to buy it in the proceeding auction. Claims are $10 for a Poke-doll and $20 for anything else, and you select the plush and the week it's made. In addition, if you win the auction for the plush you claimed, you will get the discount equal to the amount you claimed it for! Sweet!
3. Suggestion! You can just comment here on this journal and I will consider it ^ ^
What will I make?
-6" Pokedolls
-12" DX Pokedolls
-Pillow Pets (rarely)
-Fleece plush

Posted 13 years agoOkay, so I've tried many things to try and sell some art commissions recently, I've adjusted my prices up and down and sideways, advertised, etc.
Right now literally you can get a digital sketch from me for $1
I'm stuck as to why people don't ever want one! And then I see people getting all sorts of commissions, turning them down and whatnot.
Hmm... do you guys not like my style? Is that it?
Or maybe you only watch me for my plush?
Im unsure!
I could use some advice from you more-popufur people!

When i sell them, they are mailed to the commissioner in a large envelope so there is no rolling/folding of the final product, and also because i have no scanner. This would be the only way for the commissioner to appreciate the full value of the image.
So, when i look at them IRL and on the computer with my crappy phone camera, there is such a great difference that people may be turned off to buy them!!
Here is the experiment.
I will send 3 of my art (colored traditional) to the first 3 volunteers, you will send me references and your address, and i will draw it and mail it to you so that you can also see it firsthand like I do.
But it isn't for free! I want, in exchange, for you to look at it and genuinely decide what it's worth. $1? $5? $10? Somewhere in between? More? Less? I want you to note me when you get it and decide, and also to make a pimp journal about my art afterwards u.u I think that's fair enough, right?

-Only shipping to US
-Not gonna draw mecha (light mecha like megaman/astro boy style stuff is ok)

She's an absolute awkward psycho though. I do try and be friends with her but every single time i try and be nice to her she turns it awkward and into a big pity party for herself. She's trying too hard i think... Last time we spoke she tried to get me to ask her to the dance. *n* and when i said i wasnt sure if i was going she said stuff like "oh i got my hopes up again and got my heart broken" and all the time she says "I need a BF/GF :( "
I'm trying to be nice to her but i see her all the time around the schoolhouses (hers is near mine)
What do i even do? Thank you everyone v.v

I have a magnemite and eevee doll to do! Good workload if you ask me, I go to school 30 hours a week.. But I have a 4-day coming up! And im hoping my momma comes up to visit me during that time. I'm looking upwards this week!

It really bothered me typing all those spelling mistakes and caps lock hurt my brain, but totally worth it. Hell didnt we even get summercat involved? Kawl and I were DYING. seriously.
