Posted a year agoHey all!! Wow...a lot of things have happened since I took my hiatus. My husband and I are doing okay, though. In fact, we will soon be saving up for our first house! Hopefully I'll be back to posting art consistently in the next few months. Keep an eye open.
Pin-Up YCH Interest

I was wondering...would anyone be interested in Pin-UP YCHs? I've always really liked retro pin-up art. I'm currently working on a Halloween themed one for Brunwyggle, but I figured I'd ask if any of my watchers might also like me to make them available for purchase after the Halloween season ends. Maybe then I can start working on some Christmas themed YCH pin-ups.

Commissions Opening Soon!
Posted 2 years agoHey y'all!! Warning that this might get a tad TMI so if you aren't interested in that sort of personal stuff, you can skip to the last two underlined paragraphs.
My husband and I are going through a financial rut right now. My husband was working a few months ago, and while on duty he suffered a medical emergency. This was during his probationary period so he was promptly let go. We'd JUST come back from our honeymoon, and as newlywed couples typically do, we enjoyed ourselves and spent a bit more money than we expected.
Right now he's in college working toward an IT degree. Today he has an interview for another job (wish him luck please!!!), and while it pays sliiiiightly better than his last one, he isn't guaranteed the position nor is it enough for us to afford anything besides rent/utilities. I desperately need a hair cut (it's been over a YEAR) and might need to pay for new glasses if my insurance doesn't cover it all.
So here we are! I recently graduated from college with a Studio Art degree, so I think it's time I put that sucker to use and open up some commissions. This week I'll be preparing my Artistree site. I may also pump out some adoptables if anyone's interested. If that's the case, what kind of adoptables would y'all like to see? What kind of commissions would you pay for?
Consider this an interest check/announcement.
