My thinking habits are starting to feel it's about to kick in after roughly 8 months of gratitude journaling. I read some stuff and research on certain topics that are relevant to the matter and with the combined knowledge and practice, it's going well so far.
The second would be that my depression has finally been rid of for good. No shrink nor meds required. Crazy as it sounds, even I still can't believe it is possible to had it myself. Who would have thought.
Oh, got me that new xbox series x and BOY the graphics and runtime for games are night and day compared to xbox one. It's nutty! I got play some of my other games that can be upgraded to the series x just to see the graphical difference and performance. MK1 and the upcoming Tekken 8 game is/will be a blast to play with this thing. (I preordered T8 not long ago and waiting for the demo to drop)
MFF has been alright so far. Mostly, I've just been walking around solo a majority of the time (which is nothing new to me. I'm practically a ronin anyways) but I have met up with some friends and met some strangers and have a friendly chat and played some games at the arcade room.
I also been thinking getting a reference sheet for a oc idea I've been having in my head for a bit. And, yeah, it is the same species as my twitter and bluesky icon. If you got any artists in mind to suggest to check out for such a thing, let me know. I might some in mind I liked, but still. Feel free.
That's all for now.
One last thing: remember to keep on truckin and push through that tunnel no matter how hard it gets. You can through it, and I believe you truly can 100%.

Even though we hardly talk a lot, he's always been a good dude at the end of the day. So sad that he was overtaken by inner difficulties he seems to be dealing with. And in this case, they have won. I can imagine how painful it is to his brothers about the news.
And I'm not sure who would look out for his daughter he left behind. Mother isn't really involved last time I heard.
And, to be honest, it also acts as a reflection of myself a bit. Mainly about what if I actually did the deed to myself all the way from years ago. Luckily, somehow, I didn't.
May he rest nice and easy now, big homie.

Heard there are some people I heard around Twitter got their Discord accounts hacked, so be careful out there. Trust your gut and avoid suspicious messages from anybody, even from anybody on your friends list that might've gotten hacked themselves.
Make sure to set up that Two-Factor Authentication thing just in case something happens.

Blade Runner has a game coming out?

But the Blade Runner: 2033 teaser has caught my eye at the moment.
Also, in lil short update: Got started in the martial arts road again, it's been alright so far. Boxing for now. (Planning on learning other styles.)
I went to a pride parade in Chicago on Sunday and meet up with a friend. Kinda question if we are just friends since well... we ended up making out a few times and holding each other for a bit too. There's been some talk about how he feels about me, but so far, things aren't quite certain for now. But, I am certain this is a hint of where they're feeling are at.
Let's see where things will lead when we get to know each other a lot more.
*Sighs* Got a few close deals on employment, but in the end, just not far enough... I'll keep trying, though...

Caught under a spell
General | Posted 2 years agoSo, I ended up meeting with someone I've been keeping in touch for a while for coffee on Saturday. (We had a little of a dating history btw)
And... it went great. It was nice. Especially since we hardly met once before this.
Surprisingly, I did not expect to feel such a deep emotional connection with them at all.
Like, legit this is the first time i actually feel very connected to somebody, let alone dropping all of my guard down and feel heard and such.
Never thought I ever gotten so deep in conversation with someone in deep way before. Not even with other potential partners or crushes.
And, basically... Under Your Spell by Desire is playing in my head 24/7. And I even had trouble falling asleep and waking up randomly at night.
Sounds crazy, but I wonder if this might lead anywhere. I wonder if he's thinking the same as well.
Only time will tell... At least I hope so.

Also, I think that post-covid depression has waned down a bit since my recovery. Was not feeling like my best self these view weeks.
