Wow, OK, it's been a long time since I posted a journal here, but I figured I probably should make an update on my life, so here we go...

With the future of FurAffinity being uncertain after the untimely passing of Dragoneer, I probably should be looking at getting myself more active on other sites, so I'll try and dust off my Weasyl account and try to remember that the site actually exists.

Not much has been happening in my life aside from having to take some time off work for stress leave. On the furry side of things, I have made myself a secondary fursona: a sergal/Tasmanian devil hybrid who also goes by the name of Xander Zzyzx. He is essentially the same as Tasmanian devil Xander, but now I feel it's safe to like sergals again so I figured I'd make him a hybrid of one.

Other than that, there really is nothing else to talk about, so I'll say to everybody: good day.

I had a pretty bad panic attack tonight, I just felt like I couldn't take anything anymore. It really sucks.

It's been a while since I've made a journal entry, so here's an update.

Christmas went really well this year, I think this is the first time ever I've gone through the holiday season without screwing up things or having any kind of family drama.

Other than that, I've been busy with work, where things could be a lot better in that regard. One positive is that I'm close to starting the search for a home to buy, but I'm not sure where to start with that.

FurAffinity is back online, that means it's time for all the furs to abandon the other art sites and flock back here again until the next big data breach

It's nice that summer is here finally. Been going out every weekend around Southern Alberta and trying to get some good pics with my camera. I guess I'm going to have to open up a photo account someplace and get my pics posted.

... Is so damn disturbing that it makes you want to clear your browser history, close the browser, reformat your hard disk, and then set your computer on fire all before thinking of a something you can use to bleach your eyeballs? I had that happen last night, though I stopped short of reformatting my hard drive.

I had such an awesome long weekend up in Calgary, now I don't feel like wanting to work tomorrow, but I know that I have to. Maybe by tomorrow after when I have to get ready to go, my mood will have changed and I'll perhaps want to go in order to make money. XD

So now that I got a fursuit, I have just risen on the heirarchy of furry popularity. :P

It's a really windy day here, and with my susceptibility for migraines, I know I'm in for a rough day. I'm already feeling a dull throbbing pain in my head, and it doesn't help that I'm trying to fight off a cold too.

Been having a great time on this New Year's Day with a friend of mine, I almost forgot to wish well all of you here on FA. So Happy New Year, while it's still January 1st where I live.

I made it back from Christmas, and for once, EVER, there was no fighting among family members; It's actually kind of creeping me out. I am sure the success of this family Christmas where the extended family got together and without any fighting, is a sure sign of the apocalypse, hence my subject line for this post.

I really want to get a fursuit made, but at the same time I don't want to part with my money. I'm always afraid that I'm going to put through a commission, then have some huge unexpected expense hit me afterwards.

Random post is random.

I've made it through my first year of being an apprenticing electrician, and now Starting on March 4th, I'm going start my classes for my first year apprenticeship. For the next 8 weeks, I'm off work, and in the classroom. It's nice to have a break from work, and I get to experience the college environment again. Most of all, however, is that I can finally get away from work and hopefully relieve some of the stress and anxiety that I've been suffering last month.

I'm sure everybody will be moved to some degree by this poem and the associated animations

To This Day Project - Shane Koyczan

Well, it's been a rough 6 months for me, where it seemed like every other week I was feeling ill, pain, both, or otherwise just not feeling healthy. A few weeks ago it turned out that I had muscle spasms along my spine which was causing nerves to be pinched and inflamed starting at my neck through to my hips. It got so severe that the first week of the new year, I could barely move without extreme pain, so I had no choice but to see a doctor about it. After getting some medication and massage therapy, I finally seem to be feeling good for once in my life...

I just hope that I can keep up the good feeling.

It is summer, I have been sick in the stomach for nearly two weeks. I can't even enjoy summer weather without feeling miserable, this sucks. Well, time to resume figuring out what the hell is setting off my stomach.

Soon it will be 2012, and yet I'm so sleepy tonight I might not even be able to stay awake long enough to actually ring in the new year. XD

I look at some users' pages here on FA, and I notice that they make several journal entries every day, and it makes me wonder how somebody could have that much to say that they make several entries daily.

As for myself, I am not a very interesting person, so I have to think of things to say or put into a journal. I hope I'm not tempting fate when I say that I would like to have a little more excitement in my existence. I want good excitement, not excitement such as me being robbed at gunpoint or something. XD
