Your mission on this adventure is to re-establish many bases of contact about different global fighting with spiral into numerous times and making stampy great patterns of changes into and from within different complex alfalfa mainframe and eventually to save the world.

I slipped away to Canada last weekend for my annual attendance to the 5th Furnal Equinox, and I must say, it was one of the best cons I've been to in some time. I decided this year to mix things up a tad; changing up my rooming party to a much smaller size, which I feel ultimately helped. Nothing personal to those I've roomed with before, but I feel the smaller group helped me branch out to some new things and new faces, which was very good for a reserved feline such as myself.

We arrived on Thursday evening; the calm before the storm. When the hotel is still fairly quiet, and parking is less of a myth. With a decent night's rest, we hit the ground running Friday morning. I was especially happy to be frill-floofing about in my much more complete blue/purple sweet lolita dress, even managing to drum up a few compliments here and there. Most were eagerly answered with "I'm just hoping senpai will notice me now,' because having fun is a part of life. In the corner of the dealer's den, there was this adorable giant lioness plush, which now looks just as cute in my room. Commissioned a badge, talked to a few artists I enjoy seeing, and generally had a great time. Sadly, I lost one of the purple bows to my dress, which I believe was predicted during my tarot card reading by The Great Refundo. (Which after reading his sign, there was just no way I was passing that up. Absolutely hilarious.) Following dinner, Cora and I attended the room of and for a little Cards Against Humanity with their friends, which was great fun. Got to meet Slush; a sweet guy, and fun to be around. Headed for the dance, and made it back to the room for some well-deserved rest.

Saturday rolled in nice and easy; just the way a vacation day should. Cora and I got dressed in time to make Nuka's furry psychology panel, with a little support from Port. (Port, specifically of the 'Tawny' variety is something I love to over-indulge in anytime I venture north. Presenting me one would make me a very happy cat.) I got to wear my green/black classic lolita dress, a total favorite of mine. Following wandering about the con, Cora and I struck up another game of Cards Against Humanity with some awesome people (some of which had never played before, and let me tell you, corrupting people is just as fun as Hollywood makes it out to be), followed by venturing out for dinner. Still feeling the effects of a bottle of wine, we searched for something within walking distance. (If I had to nitpick anything about the new hotel, I would first say the old hotel was much closer to a variety of restaurants, rather than surrounded by the more expensive ones. Also, I still have not mastered getting to Jack Astors without having to walk up that hill, which is even more treacherous in heel boots.) Following dinner, Cora and I found ourselves back in Term and Tybalt's room, though the theme of that night was quite a bit different. On a fun note, Cora and I ended up as the White Virgins of the Gear party.
It was at the party that I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and , whom we spent much of our time that evening. The trip to the dance that night was amazing; the set was awesome, and I got to dance with my new friends. Being that frilly and moving around really warms up quickly, so we wandered back to the party for a bit before heading to bed.

Sunday. Sunday was the typical end-of-con day. People start to filter out, car gets packed to the brim, and I have the worst hangover I've had in some time (I'm also far too lazy to get fabulous on this day). The pony panel was .... uh, I tried to sleep off my hangover through most of it, so I can't judge it fairly. I did win a prize this time, where I immediately grabbed the Rarity cosplay set, because fabulous. The fursuit dance competition was one of the new things I attended that weekend, and after watching some pretty great performances (including the sloth. Omg. Yes.), I think I'll attend more in the future. Checked out the charity auction, and it was time to roll.

It's always nice to see my local furs, too. Especially when I get to spend some time with them. If I wasn't so busy/antisocial, it wouldn't always have to be a once-a-year-at-cons deal.

I awoke on Monday to con crud. Yay! Due to my lack of an immune system, it immediately turned in to the flu. Super! I'm feeling better now, but I've got this annoying cough. o.<

This weekend was also riddled for silly mistakes that forced me to question why anyone would make me the leader, or give me any responsibility. If you were staying in room 343 (coincidentally, my badge number) , you're welcome for those extra towels I had ordered at the front desk. At dinner on Friday, I forgot to switch my card in to my clutch wallet. Luckily for me, Nuka was sweet enough to pick up my tab. I gave him all the Tim Hortons the following morning. I drunk-packed all my stuff Saturday night, which of course had to be all redone Sunday morning. On the way home, I missed one turn (due to too much Fall Out Boy) and ended up taking the scenic route through the Canadian wilderness, only to be confronted by an ETR, which I had to re-re-route away from, then continue to get lost in ... somewhere else... I dunno, I added a half hour on to my travel time. And I'm starting to ramble.

All in all, a great con for me. Got to meet some great new people I look forward to seeing again, got to see some familiar faces again, got to frill-floof around, got a cute new badge to rock, and picked up some cute new MLP stuff. Looking forward to the highly acclaimed FTM this weekend now.

Lions are sexy, and snow leopards are gorgeous. I aimed to create a blend of the two.

Xaviera is a culmination of many of my interests, beliefs, and desires; my ideal self, in fabulous purple feline forme.

Everyone wants to be a special snowflake, don't we? I know the hybrid species isn't, but I do believe I've been the only one to coin it as Snow Leopalion. The pattern isn't all that special, after all; snow leopard with lion markings.

Long, straight fur from ear tips to footpaws. Keeps most soft features of a snow leopard, including the fluffy tail, while having lion influence in the ears and overall body length. An overall slender, feminine body, with little muscle definition. Long, slightly wavy hair, flowing over the right eye. No lion beard effect, and no leopard spots. Digitigrade legs. Can easily be mistaken for a female.

- Personality -
Generally a bit quiet, and even a bit uneasy around new people, but chatty once he's warmed up to someone, especially around familiar faces. Tends to exhibit girly tendencies in the way he walks, talks, and expresses thoughts and emotions. He tries to hide his warm heart behind his cold, dry humor. Tries to avoid conflict and fighting whenever possible. Doesn't smile too often; a bit melancholy, but not overly so. Prefers to be treated more as a female than male.

- Wardrobe -
Almost never naked.
Frequently wearing various feminine outfits, including gothic and sweet lolita-styled dresses. Knee length skirts, stockings, and fingerless gloves are a favorite.
When dressing as male, black slacks, dark purple button down shirts for most situations.
More casual in at-home situations, and dresses as male when his cubs are involved.

~ Biography ~

Born to a lioness mother and snow leopard father in the Baikal Lake area of southern Russia, his family moved to America on promises of a better life and the opportunities that accompanied it. At the age of seven, Xaviera and his parents arrived in Anchorage, Alaska. After a normal childhood, a strained relationship with his father, and with encouragement from his mother, he left his new home at the age of nineteen and headed for Juneau, where he picked up a job at an auto repair shop. He resides just outside the city in a small apartment, and plays bass or guitar with local bands occasionally.
