Opening for Writing Commissions
Posted 2 years agoGoing to start opening myself to do writing commissions.
I won't lie, I write like an epileptic, so sometimes I'll seizure out 10 pages in a day, and other times I might write a paragraph over the course of a week. I take this into account, which is why I will only be taking one or two commissions at a time. I will however save all ideas, and respond to let you know if I can get back with you in the future (if the idea fits with something I'd be keen to work on)
How to contact me
FA notes. I check these more or less everyday, because I'm old.
- Note me whatever details you have already fleshed out for your idea, and if/when I contact you, I'll get whatever extra details I may need to start it
What Am I Willing to Write
- If you've been following me awhile, you probably know I don't really have many limits.
- If a story is macro/micro related I have virtually no limit.
- If you have an idea for characters in one of my universe, I'll be a bit more discerning about what I'll let slide there, but I am happy to hear any ideas.
What Will I Absolutely NOT Write
- Sex with kids, not to be confused with just kids being in stories. Kids can be cute, but nobody will be sticking anything inside of them, and vice-versa.
My Pricing Model
- In general I will need to know how large of a story you're looking for. The general rate will be $0.04 USD per word. (1 page is usually about 500 words or $20).
- I'll ask for half of the money once I have a rough draft to give you, and the other half at the end. I'll keep this system until enough people exploit it to ruin it.
- I may charge a bit more (1 to 2 cents per word) if I'm going to be forced to create an entire character's backstory and personality. This will be on a case by case basis, and I'll make it perfectly apparent before I ever start writing.
- I try to make your idea fit into that word count, but if I overshoot by a bit then I'm not going to charge you more. I will, however, let you know if there's no way I can do a certain idea in a word length that's too stringent.
What Is My Expected Turnaround Time?
I'd say 3 months at the most, depending on the desired length of the commission. It will likely be way shorter than that, but 3 months gives me a solid cushion for burnout and unexpected happenings.
I guess that's all for now while I gauge interest.

Any Writers/Readers Ever Think
Posted 4 years agoAny of you who've written, or just casually read, stories for.. 'various reasons' on this site ever pondered having audiobooks made of them? Take macro fics for instance, from the epic, to the smutty... would it be of interest to anyone to have them converted into audio, via a female narrator who doesn't give a damn about talkin' sexy about everything from vanilla sex, to molesting 747s? Not saying I have an interested party, but maybe I have an interested party, and we're gauging a little interest.

Posted 5 years agoAt the artists behest, I'll be removing the art to Tyler/Akira's story. There's no bad blood between us; they just don't want to be associated with the subject matter any longer.
I'll likely delete these submissions as well, as their pace and wording suggests that they simply have an illustration for reference. Without them, they do seem a bit strange.

Posted 7 years agoFor anyone paying attention to the fact that that story was missing a chapter between 4-5 (even when I moved them to scraps), that has been resolved through an unnecessary amount of labour, and a tiny bit of OCD.

I was thinking maybe a 20-50 word outing, and I don't think I could fit this in less than 200 pages, sheesh.

RaddaRaem BLATANTLY challenging me with his last journal about productivity, and feeling bad about not being productive in writing, I decided to do what it is that he did to prove that you can be more productive than you give yourself credit for. He tallied up his stories and posted the word counts, so I just had to go do that or myself... interesting; he had more stories, I had more STUFF in mine apparently.

Posted 12 years agoJust saw it last night. I think I only jizzed like 3 times.
The macrophile in me couldn't deny just loving seeing cars and shit get stepped on and smashed (if rarely shown) by giant biological things.
The itty bitty anime lover in me more or less squealed like a little bitch because we had giant robots... that really felt like GIANT robots.
Then there's the MAN inside of me.. which just fucking jizzed because HOT DAMN these mother fuckers know how to make an epic ass robot vs. monster fight! After the first punch was thrown I fuckin' FELT that shit. Damn movie had me duckin' weavin'. I really came away from the movie wanting to draw Penny getting uppercut by a mech XP
Yep, those three things made me pretty much jizz in my pants like horny teenager, and the premise was also good. Some of the acting was a little bit 'eh', but some of it was actually pretty good. I feel like black dude's speech was a little lacking... but it probably just needed better background music... and speaking of music., HOW BOUT DAT THEME SONG !! GOD, I got a boner every time they played that shit!
I was psyched fro this movie ever since I heard of it like 4 months ago, and I've never been THIS psyched for a movie. I NEVER have gone out of my way to get people to go watch a movie with me... but this shit just filled a hole in my heart that I didn't even know existed till I saw the trailer.
Honestly, I'm looking for an excuse to go see it again... it was THAT fuckin' good to me... If I could have made love to the disc I would have X.x

UK Jet Lags
Posted 12 years agoTitle says it all. I'm now pretty much done settling into the UK here. JET LAG IS REAL. I thought I was fine, just peachy keen.... then I slept till 5 in the afternoon the 1st day I was here and was like WtF? So yeah, I've gradually gotten over it, though I still have issues forcing myself to sleep, being 6 hours ahead of Mississippi. Anywho, I have no real internet in my room so I have to use my dorm's sort of 'public' but private-at-the-same-time internet. It's no bad when no one's on it, I can even game on it if I'm the only one on.
Well, I haven't gotten to really explore, just been doing military things (like sleeping). I HAVE HOWEVER..... WRITTEN. Yes, as of last night I started writing again, and added a page to what I had just sitting back when I was state-side. The lack of internet also means it will probably be more likely that I'll write at night, not to mention I really don't feel the need to game anymore.

Posted 13 years agoYep, that's right, Chair-force Basic training didn't kill me. Of course, it had it hard parts, but they were few and far between. And by that, I mean I can't fold and roll a T-shirt for shit. Any who, I'm good well and fine, except for a certain someone on this website referring to me as 'their guy'; yea that was mildly disturbing.
Well, now I'm in Tech School, studying to pretty much work on computers. Classes are easy from what I hear, but I may be here for awhile. Of course I'm not too concerned though, this is pretty much a stricter version of college; hell I have time to write this, don't I? So, I come back to 800 something submissions, most of which reminds me that this place is...... full of porn. Granted I'm on my own laptop, I'd rather not have that open with my roommate waltzing about. So I'll be running FA on SFW mode a lot, but will occasionally take it off, and on that note I probably won't be checking FA that often. Okay I probably will, but now I'm just rambling. The bottom line is, I AM BACK.

I'm opening but ONE request slot, and it will be open for about 3-5 days. Post in the journal/note me if you're interested. At the end of those few days, I'll pick the person that I either A) like best, or B) genuinelly want to write what they suggested.
Simply post/note me your idea (it can be vague initiallly), then I'll get back to you. If I pick you, then I'll definitelly further develop the idea with you, then discuss how long you'd like it to be, etc.
Now, as to what I WILL NOT do: ... cub porn... and well that's all I can think of. Other than that, I'm open to write just about anything, and I'm not a one trick pony; I can write non-macro material just as well as macro/micro based assignments.
So if you've been itching to enslave somebody to write a particular idea for you, or you know somebody who wants an idea fleshed out into words, send them my way. Who knows, I may even open up more slots if there are quite a lot of good ideas.

Posted 14 years agoReally.. I was forced to buy a PS3 after playing Ult. Marvel vs. Capcom 3... I signed up for a tournament with some friends, even though I'd never played the game in my life. First time playing the game was the night before the tournament.. I like to think I did okay... got about 3 wins in, came out like 7th out of 16 people. Granted several of those people were kids, but damn they knew a LITTLE bit.

Well, affter like a week, I get an 'answer' which pretty much tells me to do everything that I already said I tried. Seriously.. I LIST what I tried already.. and they tell me to do it again.. wtf -_-

Yep, went out to the park to do some parkour practice with friends.. but as I'm the only one in college I had papers to write and such.. so I got out there late. Needless to say they left like half an hour after I got there. So rather than just going back home I decided WHAT THE HELL, Let's practice some Websters (one footed front-flip).

Your character may be a bit on the boring side. Of course, this does depend, but generally if they are scoring that low, it wouldn't hurt to 'spice them up' a bit ^^
6-15 -Balanced Character
If your OC scored around here, then they are probably quite a well-balanced and interesting character. Those scoring in the higher end of this category may be a bit too much though.
16-25 -Borderline Mary-Sue
We have a problem. You need to tone your character down. They are most likely a bit annoying to others, too.

Posted 14 years agoI'm bored, I'm pretty done with gaming and now. Parkour/tricking is my outside thing.. so I figure I should also work on an inside thing... okay so I have writing, but ya' know, I generally need to be at a computer for that.
So, I'm just asking for random things to draw. I could use the practice, so yea.. just throw it out if you want it. No telling when it'll happen, but yea I just feel like sketching BS.

Posted 14 years agoNo.. seriously you have no choice. She's gonna' cost less than MineCraft! And be 10000x more epic.
For anyone who never heard of Section 8, you're missing out on the only FPS in the past like 7 years that ever had any real depth imo. It's only downfall was that it came out when a bunch of larger titles were released, and therefore the population was sub-par... until the game finally died.
So why would they make a another one !? BECAUSE THE GAME WAS FUCKIN' AMAZING; it even got an award.. that slips my mind at the moment.
Even so, the game is only going to be $15, and that trailer is actually like 80-90% game play footage, as I have played the 1st Section 8 and a lot of what you see with the mechs and the knife kills was in the 1st one.
