Ok so I've had a LOT of free time this past week and I've been working on drawing some (not very anatomically correct) art ... so far I've just been observing and drawing other people's art and working on my own fursona n stuff...

So... I was wondering... what program do y'all use to color your stuff on the computer? I usually don't have access to a tablet (and when I do, I wouldn't want the people who use that tablet to see my art), so all I have is a computer mouse and a laptop to color my art...

oh and I need to find a scanner... that would help too >.>; since I've just been taking a picture of my art and uploading that... and the one pic of my art that I uploaded was a picture colored via MS Paint... it looked terrible lol

SO YEAH.

and I'm on the whole "no job/living with parents/paying off student loans budget, so anything that's free and/or really cheap is the best option...

So just a little update on the artsy part of my life..

I'm stuck in IL for the summer... I know, its sad :/

So.. staying here has given me a chance to really work on some artsy stuffs and to improve on my fursona

So my plans for this summer:
Make a bunch of those melted-crayon-wax things
finally put out a drawing (done by me) of my fursona - aka Chris Ralis (I hope y'all realize that Chris Ralis isn't my real name... I dont really like giving out my first and last name since I dont like a certain politician whom I share a last name with (and have no relation to since he's adopted... and a dumbass)

.... anyways...
I plan to commission at one point someone to do my fursuit head... I want to do some crazy ass stuff with it (make ears/jaw move and some parts glow)
well... since right now I cant decide if I want my fursona to be blue/black or red/black (I dont really like blue/red/black) So I thought it's be cool to incorporate some sort of glowy led system on my partial so that I could switch between red/black white/black and blue/black... but maybe im biting off more than I can chew >.> (Oh and if you know of the best way that I can achieve this plz tell me lol)

oh and I plan on getting my paint on.. not MS paint (although I plan on catching up on homestuck this summer so that next con I'll know wth homestuck is) but I mean acryllic

I dunno... I have a sort-of job this summer, and I really want to find new, non harmful ways to express myself!
