Okay so as you guys may have noticed I've been gone for.... well a VERY long time and haven't uploaded any art in months ... or anything for that matter in months.

There's a few reasons behind that and a lot of them are to do with my lack of motivation, severe depression and more... now before anyone starts saying that I'm preaching to the choir or they can relate, I get it. But the main reason I'm writing this is because a lot of people have been concerned as to where their commission is and other stuff so as opposed to writing out to everyone individually I decided to write up what has been going on in the few months that I have been gone for

Yes I have been fighting these mental health issues but on top of that I've been trying to start a career in other hobbies that I enjoy, that includes DJing, gaming and creating prints and t shirts, as much as I love designing commissions for people, I don't think it's good for me in terms of making a solid income, tried patreon too and with no people supporting me on there I thought it was time to take a break from it all and do things that I enjoy

I will eventually get round to finishing the commission list and getting them uploaded and sent out to people but for the time being I need to clear my head and focus on getting myself in a better place, including my own place away from
Parents which is another factor of why I haven't been able to do any art, no time and no privacy and especially no room since my room is pretty much a box next to the kitchen, like it's that small that I can't fit a bed in there and I have to sleep on the floor...

But once I'm back on track and I'm at a better place and everything starts to go smoothly I will be back to working on art full time and uploading a lot more
Just.... at the moment I need some more time to focus on myself

As the journal States I will be back to working on commissions on Monday! My new lightbox has arrived and ive been taking some time off from drawing as I hadn't been feeling too good, my mental health has been very bad over the past few days with everything that has been happening but I am keen to get back on the art grind this Monday!!!

Well not literally but.. I almost died after a plug socket nearest to the electrical/fuse box just started flickering and caught fire which turned off the electrics in the whole of the house ... I thought it was just a faulty fuse so I changed the sockets around and the fuses to be safe and then my lightbox that I use to draw with has just caught on fire, gave me a little electric shock and shut off all the sockets in the house ...

I dont know how long it will be before I even get a new lightbox since I havent been successful with commissions and im having to deal with a refund being issued through on paypal ... Im terribly sorry, to those that are STILL waiting on updates on their pieces but I cant really do anything about it right now ... again I apologise ...

Honestly ... what a fucking month im having... can I just quit life please aha

It turns out that said commissioner has been known to scam other artists and yet now Ive become a victim to it...
Apparently he has been banned from doing such things

I will be reporting the full thing onto AB and warning other artists out there before this happens to them

Well what a week im having ... Struggling wth commissions as it is and now I have someone cancel on me and ask for a refund because of "fasle hope" and losing confidence in me..
But wait it gets better
I have shown this person several WiP sketches to show him where I am with his piece... sent him my trello link in the early days of the commission to show what Im currently working on,
I told him that I would be working on his piece the following day but I have had so much going on and so much work to catch up on that I hadnt had the time .. but I made damn sure it was being worked on

He has now violated my Terms Of Service and gone through to paypal to issue a FULL refund... I cannot dispute, I cannot do anything about it .. I cant even afford rent ... how on earth am I going to get this sorted before it eats me alive?!?!

I constantly work the moment I wake up to the moment I sleep on these commissions for everyone, I cant even take a day off without feeling guilty for it .. infact it gets to the point where I even punish myself really badly for taking those days off ...
Im not feeling great right now
I havent slept properly in weeks
and Im having to deal with all this on top of everything else
not cool

Recently had someone back out from a commission and rent is due very shortly so Im taking on one slot for the time being .. sketch will be completed this week with the Background and inks done the following week
