So! I attended my first furmeet yesterday, to see what it was like to not just be around say...one or two furries at a time, and see what a whole get together was like.

The Furmeet at Kearny Mesa Park was AMAZING. Absolutely delightful, exhausting, and just so active that I felt I blended in perfectly! (Aside from me being loud without realizing it, haha!)
There was the one lonely hour before the meet, where I just drew a few sketches, which I'll line and color to put up today <3 It was a while before anyone else got there, but some great people arrived, including mah wolf buddy Kagusaki. C:
We had a jolly fun time getting together and greeting new people (Including a herm panther I forgot to get the FA of :c ) and just had a really energetic morning. We played a lot of frisbee right after (Sometimes with me getting pegged in the face), and a retarded running gag started when I fell into the bush, and...yeah. 8D; Rapist bush is a rapist...almost. Glad I had pants. xD
Also, throwing myself around was probably a bad idea; I was FILTHY. xD Pretending to fall convincingly and divetumbling for frisbees got me so much dirt on my clothes. But it was great. <3 Really great! C:

I met plenty of furs, some were hilarious, some were absolutely ADORABLE <3 And so much just...happened! Like water balloon shooting at other furs. Also, ANUNU Showed up 8D So I had a buddy I already knew well! That was the most fun I think I've ever had being a target. <3 Plus it was hot out, so even though we got pegged by water balloons, it was pleasant! Nice and refreshing! <3 Then I got a cooler of water poured on me (REFRESHED!) and we had a round two. Poor Tyler got pegged so much by water balloons, though he dodged most of the more painful ones (Operative word being MOST, especially with that welt on his arm! XD) After everyone left, though, Anunu, myself, Tyler, and Chance stayed for a few hours, up till almost midnight. xD It was awesome just chilling and hanging out! Comic Con was SO FUCKEN AMAZING this year. <3 I don't think any of my costumes were ever as successful as the ones I donned for this year!
The costumes were both the Junkyard Dog, and Ronnie Cordova (From SockBaby and SockB4by, AWESOME series, GO WATCH ON YOUTUBE.)
SO! In an attempt to recall the events with my delirium-afflicted mind, let's do the COMIC CON EVALUATION OF 2009! 8D

AWESOME DAY ONE, WEDNESDAY (Preview Night!~)
Pretty slow-paced, actually. <3 We got there pretty late after hanging out most of the day, but it proved to be awesome, as usual. I chose not to go in suit for the day so I could have SOME time in the con without anything weighing me down. It went well! Stoney, Rose and I ran into Andrew Dickman, who I quite frankly must say, was a rad dude. 8D

I GOT A HALO 3 ARBITER FIGURINE. LIFE IS FUCKING RAD. <3 THANK YOU ROSE. C:

Shortly after we went to THA TIKI BAR. Which was AWESOME. I love their food ;3; Namely quesadillas. ;D We had peeps stay, and the snoring kept me up for most of the night. xD NOTE TO SELF: CUMMERBUNDS DO NOT WORK ON SNORES. THE SNORES JUST GET LOUDER SO YOU HEAR THEM ANYWAY. ;3; (Disclaimer: Those of you who were snoring, ilu and I mean no offense <3)

AWESOME DAY TWO, THURSDAY (Opening Day!)
Woo! The official start of Comic Con! Kicked so much ass and stuff! Took the Junkyard Suit for a spin, and holy SHIT the feedback was tremendous. <3 Helped me cement the idea for him to become a legitimate comic book character of mine! We essentially just had a blast and went to some panels, terrorized the Exhibit Hall, and so on. I got interviewed by the WB, and some booths actually PULLED ME ASIDE so I could do whatever they do in their booths. Flash Forward was a riot. xD Though I quite frankly sucked with presentation.
After that, and some exploring (Being stopped WAY TOO MUCH to be photo'd, filmed, and such), I came across something that made me jizz my pants a little inside. <3
DEAD SPACE: EXTRACTION. Dead Space had its own spot in the Con! I was a kid in a candy store. While the game was EPIC DISAPPOINT (Though I will still buy it cuz of Co-op and by being a storylinefag). I DID get something for trying it out! <3 A FREE Dead Space poster! AND FUCK IS IT HUGE. <3 I squeal'd. From that day forward, Comic Con was already a huge success. Arbiter AND a Dead Space poster. HAPPYCLAM!


AWESOME DAY THREE, FRIDAY
SOCKBABBY. AWESOME SHIT AND SOUND EFFECT'D GESTURES. <3 Stoney and I did the Sockbaby cosplays (Me as Ronnie from SockB4by, and Stoney as a Gray from the first Sockbaby). We ran into John Soares (He who actually WAS Ronnie Cordova), and Doug TenNapel (Who MADE the Sockbaby series possible). ....they are fantastic. xD We gave poor John a little scare by having me call him out when he somehow walked RIGHT PAST US (In this con, that is NOT likely). Best facial expression I've ever seen. xD
Aside from that, Stoney and I kinda stuck together, had adventures and went to get some PIZZA. ....where I danced merrily while Stoney filmed. I've probably single-handedly destroyed the Sockbaby franchise.
Then we 'attempted' to go see the Rifftrax Panel, and failed. (:C), but then we ran into Andrew again, and he took us to the 'Worst Cartoons Ever' panel. ...yeah, thanks for THAT mindfuck and ear sodomy, Andy. xD Basically, we went home after, larfed and had fun, then went to bed. THE USUAL AFTERSCHEDULE OF A GOOD DAY. :"D

AWESOME DAY FOUR, SATURDAY
GEARS OF WAR GEARS OF WAR GEARS OF WAR GEARS OF WAR
Yeah. Gears of War panel. Also AWESOMELUNCH with the girlfriend Rosefaise <3 That aside, we actually stuck together this time for AWESOME ADVENTURES! It was a delight. <3 Also I got raided by a few for some pics in Seaport Village. c:
THEN WE WENT TO GEARS OF WAR PANEL YAAAAAAAY
I wanna meet Cliffy B. He's a rad dude. C: Also, THE COLE TRAIN WAS THERE. SO WAS DOM. And they BOTH look like their Gearsy characters! And when I heard Cole's VA do Cole's voice, I squealed so hard I impregnated myself with an air baby. I've only screamed so much for HIM. 8D HE'S THAT RAD. Can't wait to see the Gears movie! Also, seeing Cliff and the others subtley rip on a blatant Multiplayer Shotgun-Rusher in Gears via awesome sarcasm made me really happy on the inside. C: Way to go, Cliffy and the guys of Epic!

AWESOME DAY FIVE, SUNDAY (Closing Day :"[ )
The wind down from all the other days! DAY FIVE WAS AWESOME, THOUGH. We met up with another friend of ours that my girlfriend had made, and we had a jolly time! Mass of Caramell Dansen, adventures, I went and visited the Dr. Steel guys one last time (Along with John Soares?! How'd HE get here again?!), and we had a hostile takeover of the Califur booth! Well...not HOSTILE, but you get the idea. They left, we took it. xD Basically, we met a cluster of furries, and it was royally fun. I got depicted by one of them as a froth-at-mouth rabid geek. AWESOME! We basically re-iterated silly internet things and scared people off. <3 We rock.

END OF DAY TABBINGS

Basically, things were great. I met up with EVERYONE I intended to, save for a very select few, found all the proper booths (At least, that I could remember), I KNOW I fucking want me some Musha Gundam models. D:<
I recommend this convention to -ANYONE-. Also, I know I've left out shitloads of info, but I'm STILL exhausted, so cut me some slack! Those of you who I met at the con, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND I HEART YOU ALL. <3 Thanks for making the Convention Experience something to always look forward to. C:

Okay. So a little while ago, my mom called me out to take a gander at 'a strange red light in the sky', and give my conjecture.
So I go out, and indeed, there's this odd red light floating about in the sky, not moving or anything. Nothing I've ever seen before. :"|
Shortly after, two more come and join in, doing the same strange movements, but flickering, rather than staying constantly bright. Soon, they disappeared, and the original did as well, a few minutes after.
