I have an idea for building out a platform, but wanted to get a feel for what y'all are already using to see if it's at all feasible or worth making.

Been a while since I've updated this.

Hmmm thinking about starting Eve Online... well maybe my time seems to be mostly taken up with work.
That said, if any local furs wanna catch up for a drink or lunch, I think I could squeeze them in xP
I feel like I just don't go out and do anything anymore. Which saddens me.

I think it's time to blaze a new trail forward.

Here's a lil overview of a project I've been working on this year. I haven't done much on it because i find it hard to write at home at the moment. But it does sound epic, enjoy. Please remember that some of the details may change over time as I am still working on it.

In our universe there is a distinct divide between what is real, the existant, and the make believe, the non-existant. Over time the divide between existance and non-existance has been slowly eroding away and the two plains began merging together. Secret organizations were set up to deal with any non-existants that have emerged into our plain. However, not all these organizaitions work in the name of what is right, but work for their own agenda.
Since the appearance of the space station Heaven, many incidents have began occuring on Earth, involving the non-existants. One being, a non-existant in the form of an anthropomorphic red panda, named Xeno has the power, with help from one organization, to restore the divide. But alsa, this power also has the ability to convert anything or anyone into energy so pure, it cannot be found in either existance or non-existance.

I'm kinda just throwing this out there as a lil brain storming exercise.
I was wonder if people had an ideas for some interesting superpowers or abilities.

I'm currently putting together some ideas for a new story that has some everyday furs gaining a superpower/ability. Here's a couple I have now.

Ability to emit electrical signals through skin.
Think of it as the ultimate way to communicate with technology.
Imagine just putting the VGA plug of your computer screen up to the palm of your hand and have it able to display anything you're thinking about.

Ability to negate gravity on oneself.
This is not flying but similar. Basically having gravity not affect you. So if you jump, you'd just keep going upwards until something stopped you, or you turned off your ability. ^^

Ability to alter the density of a small mass of air.
This one kinda has two parts to it. One would be the ability to "thin out" air. One use would be to decrease the air density around an enemy, making them feel light headed from lack of oxygen.
The second use would be to increase the air density in a particular area, making like a solid piece of air. Could be used as a shield, blocking projectiles maybe?

Like I said, I'm just brainstorming. Feel free to add anything or let you're imaginations go crazy.

So what's up with people nowadays. Does anyone walk anywhere anymore? It's all go go go, rush rush rush. "Hey, I need something from the store. It's only a few streets over. Let's jump in the car and drive."

Is that what we're becoming. I love walking to places. Remember the stories your grandparents use to tell you. About how they had to walk many miles to school in the cold, after getting up to milk the cows. Hell, I'm only 21 and I'm already telling similar stories. I use to walk to and from college everyday. It took an hour to get there and another to get home again. That's provided I didn't have to pick up groceries on the way home. Then that was another hour on top of that (while carrying the bags).

And hell. I live in Melbourne Australia. So it's bloody hot in the summer and ball chillingly cold in the winter. On top of that the weather changes faster than a fat's kids mind in a candy shop. In the morning it bright and sunny, you're wearing a t-shirt and cap. Then in the afternoon, it's bucketing down with rain.

It surprises me how so many people in the world don;t just slow down and take in this experience. Even today. I walked down to the shops to get a hair cut. It was lightly raining, nothing too extreme. I walk via the park with my umbrella, watching the rain make ripples in the still water of the creek. And then, a song came on my iPod. It really felt like something from a movie or TV show.

Well there's my little rant for today. I'm gonna try and write more of these journal thingies.
