Hi everyone.

I'm gonna be opening 20 new commission slots at 18:00 GMT on Saturday, when I'll put up a journal with a link to my commission form. They'll be taken on a first-come first-served basis.
I've adjusted my prices to reflect my current abilities, which have improved since I closed up 6 months ago.
However, since I have exams in 2 months I won't be putting a huge priority on completing commissions. I might do some work on them during my downtime but I won't be focusing on them until summer.

Hopefully there's no issue with these increases! I'm open to feedback if anyone has any.

Quick note: This won't affect any commissions that I currently have pending. Just ones I take after.

From what I can tell, the quality of my art has increased a good bit in the recent days/weeks, and I was wondering whether this would justify a raise in the prices I charge? I'm trying to take into account what I'm able to produce and also the time it takes me to do so and it's made me question whether I'm undervaluing myself. One of the problems I'm aware of however is the fact that there isn't huge demand for my art anyway so a price raise might be detrimental to me as well. I'm not sure what to think personally. Any of your thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Another thing - I'm also considering offering 2 more commission types if there's any interest. I'm pretty comfortable with painting portraits and I doubt they'd be much of a problem if people wanted them, and they'd likely be pretty cheap.
I'm also taking a reference sheet commission at the moment as an experiment and so far it's gone pretty well. I'll probably have it up later today so you'll be able to see what my capabilities are, so if anyone would like that as an option I could offer it as well.

Just a heads up!

Hi everyone.

I had a lot of fun with the requests recently and now I'm considering opening up commissions! But I'd like to see what other people have to say first, since I've never done something like this before and you guys might have some helpful info.

First off, would people be interested in purchasing commissions off me? There is a very real chance that I might be missing out on something and my art just isn't good enough to sell. I can't judge. Just be honest if this is the case. I'm not easily offended or anything so I'd appreciate it if you let me know.

Second, if somehow people do want to purchase commissions, how much would be reasonable to charge? And what kind of paintings would you guys be interested in? I'm thinking somewhere in the €15-€30 range, and I'd probably like to offer characters in some kind of setting (whatever you want!) like this or this, and/or simple character illustrations like this or this. (I'm fine with doing full-body illustrations too, these just happen to be more recent pictures.)

I'm super interested in what any of you guys have to say so if you've any feedback or anything please let me know! Any advice is appreciated!
