**NEW ACCOUNT**
Posted 10 years agoSo i have been contemplating for a while on if i should make a new account. I have drifted away from this name and where i have been with this name and the connection to my old character. So i have decided to make a new account to step forward.
The new account is going to be a "rebirth" in a sense. I am taking this as a chance to re-vitalize my art and aspects about my art and myself. This is my chance to throw aspects of my anxiety about art and other things and move forward.
On my new account it will have more adult art and exploration into that subject as a means to discover more of myself and the process of making art.
Ive been getting back into drawing things so im going to keep pushing it and sketch and make art every day or as much as i can so i can get back into the groove of creation.
Thank you to everyone who has been understanding and patient with commissions. Its been very difficult for me to get started making art because i have to start from ground zero. But i feel confident that if i keep working and staying inspired i will get to where i want to be

Posted 10 years ago Soooooo...ive been pretty ghost from here for a while and i wanted to update.
Last year around the time from the end of July-December i had a job that pretty much destroyed my will to do anything. There were other things at hand that made it very difficult to become inspired and do anything. But that job was the nail in the coffin. Currently I'm at a new job that i really love but it keeps me really busy. Work everyday except Thursday and Sunday "full time". And i love it, it has really helped me over the past year to sort of get back to center. But unfortunately with working so much it has become difficult to allocate a time to make art. And on top of that, where we live there is no real space to make art. Which is unfortunate because im one of those fartsy types that needs a "feng shui" to my space.
It leads into my issue of me not being able to make art anymore. I'm hoping that soon i will be able to get back to making art but the past couple years have really hurt my ability to create anything. I feel it starting to come back but as soon as i try to act its gone. its really bothering me on almost a spiritual level because that was my dream and everything i wanted to do with my life and now all of that passion is almost gone.
My goal is to be back into it and making art on a regular basis, and i sincerely hope im able to do that. If i owe you art or anything please let me know. i want to make sure everyone who got something from me get what they paid for.

art update
Posted 11 years agoso i have been in an artist slum lately. after failing the past semester i lost all real will to make art. ive done a couple stupid drawings and a couple of the badges that are due from FtM but it has been hard for me to do anything. but i started drawing again and im going to try and post more and get to those commissions from FtM. but i have a job now and stuff like that.
im probably going to work on some more art tonight and do some more before i work on commissions because i want to make sure that what i do for my commissioners is up to my standards and theirs.

Posted 11 years agoSo ive been absent for a long time, been trying to keep people updated but ive been bad about it. SO HERE IS WHATS GOING ON.
So i think i mentioned that this was my senior year of school somewhere. well....i didnt graduate. I failed my senior portfolio review and didn't pass my art show. and got two F's and two D's for this semester. So pretty much my mind just fell apart this year.
After failing my portfolio review i became super depressed. And i mean SUPER depressed. To the point where I have started going to therapy.
Ive been going to college straight since the fall of 2008 (right after high school graduation) and i have not had a break. been doing spring, summer, and fall classes and i think the constant stress of that has taken its toll on my brain. Like i havent been able to make art because of all this shit. but im slowly getting back into it. So im going to start finishing the commissions from Furthemore.
And to those who have been waiting. 1) i am so very sorry that it has taken this long to do your art, it really shouldnt have taken this long. 2) thank you to those who are waiting, i really appreciate your patience...like REALLY appreciate it.
So the plan now is im going to try and get a job and work on art until next spring which is when i go back to finish up since now i am on academic probation. I'm going to try to do my own thing and not what the school wants me to do. I just need to find my style and what art i want to make, not what they want me to do.

Posted 11 years agoso ive been pretty not active here and i have commissioners waiting on badges, so i felt like i need to let people know what is up.
so this year i started my senior year of college, which is: 2 studio classes, african art history, and capstone (which is a class that is all about the senior review). even before the semester started i was pretty sure i wasnt coming back to school due to my gpa, but to my surprise i had to go. all i wanted to do was get a job and travel to do commission work so i could do my own thing and have a break from college which i have been doing for 6 years non stop. i needed a break cause i reached a point where i just couldnt care any more. so hoping i could make it through this semester i started it, with a fucked up schedule (2 of my classes overlapped by a couple hours) and a one hour commute.
to sum everything that is going on up: i had to go into an art show group which has nothing in common with my art and almost got kicked out of it because i "wasnt helping" which was bullshit, my car broke and the part to fix it is $800-1500 which is money neither myself or my parents have (and apparently that part NEVER goes out on my model of car) so ive been car hopping between my moms car and Vods car, did my senior review and got good feed back but failed it, and now ive got some sort of stomach issue that i dont know what it is.
so there is a great chance that im going to fail my senior year at college and im already on academic probation. which means i wont be able to come back for a year or something because Shepherd has a fucking retarded way of doing their gpa scores. and they changed their "catalog" and im on the old one. and if i fail this year and have to come back later i will be on the new catalog, and since i had Ds in some classes i would have to take them again since Ds are not passing in the new catalog. so that is 1 or 2 more semesters of bullshit i would have to do again.
so im pretty much fucked in everything and im terrible at everying. i dont even want to do art anymore cause it makes me anxious because of all this fucking shit. "oh you should be doing work for school" "oh you only have one semester left just work through it" i dont give a fuck anymore. i hate this place and i want to move on with my fucking life and actually learn shit i want to learn. i havent learned anything for the past 3 years and im sick of it. i hate what im doing for class, ive lost interest in my paintings and art in general which terrifies me because that is what i want to do. because art is the only thing im good at.

SOOOO I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GOOD HOLIDAY AND NEW YEAR! sorry i've been super quiet as of late. school and life has been busy.
I got caught up in my finals for school, had to finish up 5 paintings and so some photo collage shit. went ok lol. It was just a LOT OF WORK i had to do in a short amount of time and i didnt have time for much personal art. that and trying to do personal art is hard for some reason right now, i think its because school is draining my artistic soul out of me. BUT IVE GOT ONLY ONE SEMESTER LEFT....yehhhhhhhhh. now i have to do some studio classes and and i have to get an art show ready by the end of the semester. AND FINISH ALL MY PAINTINGS ALL 8 OF THEM. AND START A COUPLE NEW ONES.
NOW FOR LIFE STUFF:
so me and smoot were living in an apartment close to my school, which is nice but it becomes less nice when there is water damage, a leak in the ceiling, and the floors are paper thin. and when your upstairs neighbors have sex and it shakes the walls. yeah it got bad at some points. so we moved out (which is something i was planning on doing soon due to school). But where we moved to is a house that my parents own, its a super nice house. 3 bedroom and full basement WHICH IS BALLER CAUSE NOW WE HAVE STUDIO SPAAAAACE AND I LOVE IT. it is a pretty bangin house tho. but it sucks moving stuff, and cleaning that damn apartment. but we are getting the safety deposit back so it is k.
tldr: i got busy with school and distracted by moving and stuff.

Posted 12 years agoNow that im not in a coma....MFF WAS GREAT!! Holy shit. Got to meet soooooo many awesome people! Got to art jam and chat it up with

stigmata which is always fun. And on monday went on an epic adventure with 
rokemi and 
share and that was amazing.
Through this convention i discovered my true calling, which is drawing the stupidest faces ever...which are also badges. which actually is great cause i havent drawn that much in a VERY long time. Thank you to everyone who wanted one/wants one, its because of you guys that i was able to get back into doing art on the norm and that means a lot....seriously.
My experience was great *removing the bellmen* my roomies were awesome, i met sooooooooo many people, and made some awesome new friends!

Traditional paintings are done with acrylic paints with mixed media on panels that i craft. For smaller ones I have canvas. The scale i work with is anywhere between 12"x 12" to 4 x 4 ft. The ones in the examples are 4 x 4 ft. and 2 x 4 ft. The price for something around the 14"x 14" would be $75, around 18"x 20" would be $150, 24" x 32" + would be $200+. If you are looking for something of a large scale please send me a message so that we may talk about it!
