Things are still hectic but starting to cool down just a little bit. Since the end of last month, it has just been a lot of things either going wrong or becoming issues one after the other. I then like to use what free time I have to just zone out and relax over writing.

I am writing a bit here and there again. I'm going to try to get back into it but might not be super consistent yet. Going off of the idea that something is better than nothing, I might just make more small, quick, one-shot stories while I work on bigger ones.

Hopefully it will lead to getting back on track, and I'm trying to take things one step at a time.

Just a small update. I'm most likely not going to be putting out a story tomorrow. Life is currently a bit stressful, so I have been focusing on that. I will hopefully get something out some time soon when this rough patch is over. It is important to take a step back and not try to pile on more than I can handle. I hope everyone can understand, and I appreciate everyone's support of my work so far.

So now that FA is back, it is time to start uploading Micro May. I also cleaned up the older stories a little bit, not adding new content, just fixing typos and other errors. I also got a new thumbnail I will use for stories now. Adding a thumbnail to an old story seems to be broken, but at least you can see it on the main page. I also added a Google Drive and uploaded to Sofurry to mirror my content. You can find the link to the drive on my Twitter or Bluesky. So you have places to find me in case something happens again.

I've kind of settled into a flow of around one story a week. It feels like a pretty good pace for me to get a new idea, write, and rest after it. So I'm going to try to get a story out roughly once a week, a little more or less depending on how it all goes. I'm feeling good about my return over all, and I hope to keep up the momentum.

That being said, I might do a little less this month because I'm planning to do something big for Micro May. I want to try to have a story a day ready for it with some themes somewhat randomly chosen. I haven't decided how I'm going to do it yet, but that is the plan. I might start in April, so the stories will be ready to upload instead of waiting till the days of May. Since what matters more is getting everything done in time over getting everything done in May itself. The stories might be on the shorter end, but it's a self-imposed writing challenge, so I'm not going to worry too much about hard structure or word count. Just trying to let things flow on their own.
