Posted 5 years agoBy commissioning me, it means you've read and accepted all of these terms.
Any serious offence caused by not agreeing or not reading my TOS will result in a warning and if ignored, in a block/blacklist.
General
-I have the right to decline your commission if I'm not comfortable with any concept, design or idea.
-Please include a ref sheet, or at least an example drawing of your character. I cannot work from descriptions only.
Payment/Pricing
-I take payments via Paypal or Ko-fi in USD. Payments are upfront.
-I won't work on a commission piece until payment can be verified.
-I cannot take responsibility if there was a mistake/error sending the payment, I can't refund you money that never reached my hands.
Edit policies
-I offer ONE free redraw/fix within 48 hours of sending the completed piece. This applies ONLY to errors I've done on the design or misinterpretation of your request.
Repost/Use policies
-I retain the right to post and use any and all final art/WIP/sketches.
-You can repost the commissioned piece as long as you credit me in the description with a link to my gallery/profile.
-Only repost the signed version of the piece.
-Commercial distribution of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited.
