yeah hello everyone!!! Ive kinda disappeared for a while (mainly due to hiding out on tumblr drawing tons of sonic fanart) and i've only popped my head onto here to upload some occasional art every blue moon but i do plan on being on here more often!!

I am thinking of something though; moving accounts. This account is cluttered with old art, old drama and some rather... unpleasant memories of now sour friendships. Im a different person now than i was before, and this 'Xifox' name doesnt really fit me anymore, not in my opinion anyway.
Literally every other site im on; I'm known as Chilli. my personal tumblr and my dA are both chillidog-hedgehog now, my twitter is Chii_lli and my tumblr art blog is chillisart. It just feels so much more like... Me? Im not sure how to say it but im much more attached to the name Chilli than i am to Xifox.

If I do move, all of my art will be kept up as a means of being a personal archive, as well as keeping up all the commissions ive done.

speaking of commissions, I'm happy to say I will be opening some very soon!!! Ive been improving my style and making it more unique for the past few inactive months on here, so I will be able to remake my commissions sheet with some updated pricing and examples.

my cintiq is busted

the screen has gone all yellow tinted cause the wires all bent and stuff so its pretty much unusable but oh well

I can use my mums intuos 4 which is literally great so im not even that bothered ahaha

also im suffering from some form of an art block right now, so I'm gonna try and get commissions done but whenever i actually attempt it they look really bad ;_;

Well I have some brilliant news in regards to my laptop etc...

it keeps bluescreening and it made me lose a bunch of work earlier and it is getting intolerable now, so Im ordering a 21.5 inch iMac with the highest spec possible! Ah im so happy omg<3 It should be here by next week at the most, so im really looking forward to that.

And about my cintiq, a few of you know it does give me constant issues with colours, wiring, drivers etc... so im also going to be getting an intuos 5 I believe.

Gosh all this new technology, Im so happy!~~

This image was not traced. I have been told that people are calling me a thief and a tracer for using a highly generic pose at the request of the buyer.

And as we all know, you cannot own a pose. I did not trace the artwork given to me, I was only trying to get the commission how they wanted it. It was not an ideal reference but it was what I had to work with so I did and I really do not appreciate people calling me a thief for this when its completely unnecessary and false, especially when all Im being accused of is using a generic pose?

Wow i have never been so happy ugh, i missed having a mac so much jdfhlgskj ♥♥♥♥ Im hoping i'll have it in the coming weeks, and its gonna be super fast with loads of memory so I can fire out a load of commissions without dealing with technical issues!
Also Im thinking of retiring my cintiq and buying an intuos. Since my cintiq has a bit of cosmetic wear it wouldnt sell for much so i would be keeping it as a backup~

Believe me, if you want a buy a cintiq, be prepared for a ton of issues. I spent about £800 on mine and it could have gone on something much more worthwhile u_u Hey at least I got a decent year out of it.
