Commission TOS

In terms of will or will not:
In general, I would consider myself open to anything, really. Most of my works will stay SFW, however
I will refrain from drawing exposed genitalia/blatant nudity. I have under-aged relatives and my room does not cater to privacy, unfortunately.. orz;;

Exceptions to this would be pin-ups, (must be clothed, however). Sorry. : )

Please be sure to watch my front page/journal posts concerning any available slots for commissions!
I post them for a reason.

Payments
Will be exclusively through PayPal. USD only.
I've been commissioned recently and have not received payment as of yet so I will be limiting commissions only until I have received payment.

If you know you will be unable to afford any of the listings I have up, please, do not request a commission.
You will be give exactly one full day to place full payment. Afterwords, if I have yet to receive anything, your slot will be given to someone else .

I do allow partial payments if you know you'll be able to deliver on time and as promised!
But be leery. I will not start it until I've received it in full so do not ask whether or not I've finished if you have not completed payment.

Placing a commission
All orders will be taken via PM only. I will disregard any shouts/comments on commissioned illustrations or journals.
If you have a question of any kind, please PM me!
Please provide a reference! Written or visual are accepted.
Any ambiguity of any reference you, the commissioner, provide will result in a mistake or two. I can't simply eyeball something that is just too hard to make out.
And if you want something specific please be specific. I do not and cannot read minds, so I would love to receive some sort of inkling as to what you may want. It helps both you and I, trust me.

Refunds/Reimbursements
I am no stranger to refunding if I feel I am unable to go through with what you want, however:
Please provide a reason why you've decided to cancel the commission.
If I've already started and am close to finishing the piece, expect amount equivalent to what I have not completed. Say I've just needed to readjust colors or needed to do some rendering. You would receive a little less than half of what you paid approx. simply because I have practically finished it.

I invest a lot of time toward these commissions, and the time I've lost when I could have started someone else's should be reimbursed as well. Please keep this in mind.



Repost Policy (For commissions or otherwise)
I am pretty lax when it comes down to this type of thing, so long as you take the time to credit me AND come to me with whatever it is you are doing.
My only request of you, dear commissioner or viewer, is that you credit me with a credible link back to this page.
What exactly do I mean by credible?
A clickable, direct, link back to my user page.

I do not condone reposts to sites such as the following:
Zerochan
Photobucket (Unless it is under a private account. I do not want my works public for the pocketing of thieves of any sort.)
Tinypic (The exception runs true, from the aforementioned parenthesized statement, here as well.)
Facebook, Instagram, Google +, and any other social networking programs are no exception.

(If you want my permission to use an image for Youtube or a video hosting site of any kind, please be sure to PM me. I will investigate and appropriate an answer so long as you bring it to my attention. I would also like to ask that you [b]include credit, but still, come to me first!)

Or any other image hosting/board sites without my consent

The onlyexception to this rule would be Weebly, or a site at which you keep detailed profiling of your characters, their art, and proper credibility to the artists that have drawn them for you! Commission or other wise!

If you are to repost ANYTHING do so with the watermarked version of my illustration INCLUDING a proper link back to this account.
If you are reposting to dA, be sure to include my user name(s) in the artist comments: aicchi and/or xiorn!

There should be no excuse as to why you couldn't take a few minutes of your time to provide a link as I've taken the time to provide them for you on my profile page. : )

DO NOT USE MY WORKS FOR ANY FORM OF COMMERCIAL USE!
If you are printing an image for your own enjoyment, say hanging it up on a wall or something, that is APPROPRIATE/OKAY!

Do not redistribute any works of mine, however!
If you fail to recognize any of the above, I will not hesitate reporting/taking whatever action needed. All of my illustrations should be regarded with respect.
Do not disrespect them or me by committing any of the above.
