sorry to everyone that I've been MIA for the past like like 6 months. =__= school kinda does that to me.
for those waiting for art, I'll be getting to it after the holidays since I'll have TIME now to get to it and not fighting homework and that shit.
Sorry for the incredibly long wait... thank you for being patient with me for this long... you're like saints... or something.
Will be looking for a job for this semester and the summer so... wooo good luck to me on that. we'll see how that goes mmhmmm. =__=;

PRINTMAKING:
Need to work on final printing plates for Printmaking class [two at once woop woop] they're related so it's going to be pretty easy to get them all the way i want them. though i need to proof them, and then reground then make more marks, take a bath in acid, then be proofed again. @___@ so time consuming.
but it's kinda relaxing in a way... and not as scary as i thought it was going to be.
SEQUENTIAL ARTS:
I want to shoot myself....
3 comics of varying lengths + scripts + prints outs of them all need to be made ... which is approximately ... 15-20 pages of comics i have to get done before next Thursday.
In addition i have to go to a printer and have several prints made to make books for the class as well as cover, divider pages, inside things.. and whatever extra I want... which is money which is something I don't readily have. Ugh... I'm pretty much drowning in quicksand at this point.
IN STORE COMIC BOOK SIGNING
There is going to be an in store comic book signing down in Ann Arbor, MI at the Vault of Midnight comic shop December 16th from 5pm - 7pm for anyone interested that lives in the area and likes comic books.
This is a promo thing for my class and the U of M Class and whatever other class there is as well, come if you'd like to see some talented artists work and support by purchasing comics. Prices range from around $2 - $20.00.

Seriously I'm ready to go and drop a class.... ugh. horrible.
Anyway... that is my life, three studio classes = No life or really any time to do anything else whatsoever.
mainly just the Sequential Art class and the Publication Design For Print class... those are the two that take up the most time Outside of class. (since my teacher lectures most of the class in Sequential, not bad but I wish he gave us more time to work on things. =__= mendokusaiyo.)
anywho...
I WILL NOT BE GOING TO MFF OR PROBABLY ANY OTHER CONS IN THE NEXT YEAR or so.
I need to finish my damn degree and do something with my life.... like finish commissions.
WHICH! when not doing homework, I will try to get back to. So, keep a look out for new updates and finished works. TRY is the key word there.

Life, it happens, we all know this.
Nothing aweful in case any of you are worried.
I've made some good friends over the years a a fur, and i'd jsut like to say thank you for that.
I've been rolling this in my head for a while no and it seems that Furry isn't quite the thing for me or a major factor in my life. It was fun while it lasted and maybe it will return, but for now It's taking a backseat to life and what I really would like to do.
Commissioners: I will finish your projects when i have time. Classes come first Apologies for this, you have all been very patient with me, I wish i could be as on the ball as other artists, but unfortunately i work when i have the inspiration and drive. I hope you understand this.
So, with that said, updates will be sporadic at most for the time being.

Its that point in the summer where all inspiration I have or had just goes out the window, leaving me in quite the horrid rut.
Yeah, trying to draw stuff is rather pointless as well since it will look like shit in the end. So, it's not worth trying to draw anything during this period in time. =__=
But on the bright side, the oppressive cloud of art block seems to be lifting its skirts some so, perhaps i can squeeze some things out, or maybe it will just take a giant shit upon me until i start school. =__= who knows. *sigh*

The Post FCN 2011 Hangover Report.

Had a complete blast at this con! Met a bunch of new friends and met up with a lot of old ones who i hadn't see in a Loooong time and continually shocked and awed people with both my age and cuteness [not trying to be conceded fyi] which is fucking fun! lol
Overall fond memory of con: Wang Jets. [awww yeah lol]
anyway here's how things broke down.
Thursday: around 9pm or so made it to the hotel and brought stuff up to the room, lots of hugs and stuff with Mojo and Blux, my awesomely amazing and silly roomies. [ilu guys and thank you so much for letting me stay with you! <33]
honestly i'm not really sure what all happened after that but thats okay. ^^;;
Friday: Got into the Artist's Alley and was in there for pretty much open till close, got a bunch of commissions. [sorry for being a bad commissionee[?] and partying too hard! >_<;;] and will be working on those after finals [appx. 2weeks from now], uuum met up with Las, the owner of Otterly Amazing who i hadnt seen since in forever and chatted him up, then went swimming with Nubis and Las's son, chit chatted in the hot tub with some other furs and had a good time.
Saturday: Suited as Mini Slayer later in the day, and was amused by the "awwwwws" and "Its so cute"s that came from the game of werewolf that was being played on the second floor, totally have a legion of fanbois now XDD [j/k but its an amusing thought] then went to the dance for a whole five minutes, started to overheat and went to the headless lounge.
After that i had some drank and was absolutely silly while playing drunk Uno in the headless lounge with kiska, shiro, konner, nubis, Lan, Nuka, Afi, gen and someone else who's name escapes me [sorry!] Malibu and peach schnapps [or just malibu rum] makes the kuroi a very giggily and silly drunk. ^^;;; anyway did that until like five am then wandered back with a new snuggle buddy and conked out sometime around six I think... was a good night. ^__^
Sunday: CHAOS! so Learned that if you mix the xxx vitamin water with vodka it tastes like Robitussin which is absolutely disgusting. [grape flavored Robitussin too. blegh!]
Hung out with the pink husky butt alot of the night, met up with Stitch and suited as Mini-stitch which was awesome and super fun. [that suit is so cute no lie] Still didn't get to suit as mini Skroy. -snaps fingers- damn next time for sure. =/
Anyway, so went and participated in Crafty Andy's video thing with alot of other suits [*EDIT* It was a Geddan video. keep an eye out for it on teh youtubes!] and then ran around the lobby and stuff in suit, just being generally cute and stuff. ^___^
Monday: UUuugggh! Sore as fuck and apparently very tense in my back according to mojo who gave me an awesome back rub [which would have sounded like something else entirely if you were out in the hallway. lol] and felt rather blegh and tired all day. Checked out at noon or 11:30 and chilled in the lobby saying good bye to friends new and old, bummed that the con was over.
Then followed mojo to his place and proceeded to eat some real food [Chunky meat(steak) and potato soup with bread.] and took a much needed nap from 3-5 then chilled with Blux, Zero, Mojo, Sister, Dodger and Mari until 8 when I reluctantly left to head home.
All and all, con was awesome and there are some great memories to be had. =D met lots of new people and made new friends/acquaintances and finally got the balls to talk to peeps like Firestorm Six, Furball and Flux. [i had talked/formally met Firestorm at this past MFF but was really shy and super blaaah from stress prior to con.]

Then followed mojo to his place and proceeded to eat some real food [Chunky meat(steak) and potato soup with bread.] and took a much needed nap from 3-5 then chilled with Blux, Zero, Mojo, Sister, Dodger and Mari until 8 when I reluctantly left to head home.
All and all, con was awesome and there are some great memories to be had. =D met lots of new people and made new friends/acquaintances and finally got the balls to talk to peeps like Firestorm Six, Furball and Flux. [i had talked/formally met Firestorm at this past MFF but was really shy and super blaaah from stress prior to con.]

major has been switched (from Graphic design to Fine arts Yay!)
and classes are going well so far.

by "it" I mean this semester. wooo~ followed by a short break and back to the grindstone again... =__=
next semester contains:
web (graphic design)
supervised illustration class (yay)
portfolio (graphic design)
sitting in on design x cultures (to improve grade)
math... (I'm not sure if its sections d e or what ... i'll have to look into that before I pay for classes >___< damn effing math class >_<!!)
looking forward to illustration... I GET TO DRAW!!! =DDDDD huzzzzaaaahhhh! and its going to be figure dominant since it is taking place of the figure drawing credit that I've been continually screwed out of year after year. >_<]9))
so happy thoughts for the time being, I'm sure I'll want to kill myself about halfway through. -nods-
commissions have not been worked on due to the current work load i have, though during the break i'm going to try my hardest to finish the ones that i am 95% finished with and get those all sent out to their owners!! =D (seriously this semester has been hell!!)

also if you see little doodles or sketches get posted, those are more than likely stress relief so i don't go crazy and completely have a meltdown. =__='

I've had to reinstall all of my graphics programs such as Adobe master collection cs4, corel painter 11...etc... this a pain in the ass when they decide to be assholes and not work properly >_<

Posted 15 years ago No i do not have a hangover... but i do have a pretty good caffeine buzz/adrenaline rush going on from a combo of Mountain dew and reaching speeds of 90mph on the highway (in the rain, winds and old brokeness that is my car... i love it!)....
anyway, MFF was a real blast! Aside from napping and sleeping a lot for some reason and being not as social as i Usually am... that was odd... =/ But aside from that things were fun, hung out with old friends i have not seen in over a year (seriously its been that long.)
Waya, Vivi, Razzle Dazzle (lol), Gixxer I love you guys and hope ya'll got home safely and thank you so very very very very very much for the great time (and the Slow Berries lol).
To my homies (rofl wtf?), I fucking love you guys!! I'm sorry for a few things which you know, but otherwise it was great to hang with everyone again ... i need to stop being such a damn recluse all the time... fff >_< Thank you for letting me borrow your suits and romping around in them!!!

As for commissions at this con, i did none what-so-ever... why? A] Reclusiveness, B] sleepage + late nights = late starts, C] (and most importanly) Just relaxing and having a good fucking time! That was my second main goal and it has been achieved. Though not taking commissions was probably a good idea... but... cash is very nice to have too... =/ ah well.
Cons about the con:
The layout was really weird and seemed almost too spread out for my tastes... just my opinion is all... and it was hard to go around and mingle... =/ thats what bothered me the most i think... ah well. it was fun the hotel was amazing! the live plants was something different... and the design itself.
anyway... i'll probably add to this tomorrow... this Lynxune needs to sleep for the 9am class in 5 hours [;__;]
I miss everyone and hope hat everyone got home safely!! (and didnt have fucking crazy tornado/monsoon weather on the way home as well.)
