So I've been at my mother's since Sunday evening. She had neck surgery on Monday and if now recovering. She is doing better, just sore. The surgery went perfect, but I'm going to be staying here until this Sunday/Monday. So commissions might be slow this week, I have one sketched and another inked so they are getting done, just slowly.

Thank you guys for your patience. I know that whenever I seem to open, something in my life decides to happen and they get gently pushed to the side. Again, thank you guys.

I'll be moving into my new apartment with my boyfriend and kitty <3

It's going to be a process, so I'm going to finish up commissions before I leave, which will be around the 1st. I might have internet, I'm not too sure yet. It's a condo, so there is central wifi I think, but it's pretty crappy most likely.

But yes! Once I get settled, I'll most likely open up commissions and be doing them regularly. I have a great computer now and I am able to produce artwork at a faster pace. As well as my heart condition being somewhat managed, I should be able to have a proper routine.

Also, thank you for the new watchers and for the watchers who have been here for me throughout all of this. You guys are amazing and I couldn't ask for a better community. I haven't had any issues with commissioners/customers, and I hope to not have any in the future. I love you guys!


TL;DR I'm moving around the 1st so I will be on and off. ;3

Okay so, last night I had a dream that the world was in the middle of this zombie-esque outbreak, but the only way to get infected was the aroma of the dead flesh/corpses. So whenever there were corpses or body parts around, you had to hold your breath and be about 10 or so feet away from it.

So long story short, I inhaled the stench by accident and was then slowly transformed into this zombie like creature, but I still had some features of who I used to be and was still conscious/aware of what I was doing. Half of my face was a huge gaping hole, that had millions of layers of rotating, sharp teeth. Pretty much when you ate, it was like a garbage disposal and it would just get torn to shreds. When you were transformed into this thing, you had to feed on human or some type of animal flesh to keep your consciousness/wits about you. I knew this because I would be with my friends, in this zombie transformation, and they were worried about keeping me with them because I was practically something they were killing. So they had to feed me flesh, not all the time, but I could feel the cravings and would tell them, I need something or I'm going to feed on you guys.

And when I talked, it was my voice, but all gargled up and slightly deeper. Just an overall monster sounding voice, but with my voice sort of seeping through.


SO I'M SKETCHING THIS OUT NOW. I might post it, but I wanted to give you guys some back story to why this came to be. I found it pretty creepy but cool that my brain can come up with these things unconsciously. :D

I have agoraphobia. Its a fear of wide open spaces/crowded spaces. When I first got into middle school, I wasn't able to go into school without having panic attacks and wanting to be outside. I have been dealing with it since then.

It has been getting better. I've been going to conventions and travelling to big cities. Every once in a while I have mini panic attacks if I'm in a crowded area and it's very dense with people. SO if I'm with you in a very crowded place and I grab for your hand or arm, just know its going to be okay, I just need someone to face it with me <3

So I purchased myself a new laptop. My older laptop was 4 years old and becoming slow and unusable. So I got this:

Omg does it feel good to have SAI and finally use it. My other laptop didnt run it for some reason and I used Photoshop instead. Not that I mind PS, but I wanted to try SAI out for a long time and now that I have, omg <3

I can also play HD GAMES. I used to play Minecraft on the lowest settings and now I can play them on the highest WHILE watching Youtube vids in the background. Its amazing.

So yes, now that I have a compute that is able to do what I would like, art will be here more frequently. I did my newest submission, Tattered Road, on my new computer. <3

Okay so Saturday comes along, still feeling like shit but I try to eat something. 2, yes only 2, mozzarella sticks. Few hours later, I throw it up. I try to fall asleep at around 2-3am and I end up tossing and turning in pain until 5-6am with the help of pain medicine.

Sunday, I wake up at 1pm, and I actually start to feel better. I have the achy pain every once in a while, but overall pretty good, until I had to take my medication again. Right as I popped it in my mouth, I ran to the bathroom to throw up again. Came back and decided not to take the antibiotics OR pain medicine. Passed out at around 1am.

TODAY, this morning, I woke up at 5am with excruciating stomach pain and nausea. After an hour of trying to fall asleep, I went to my mom, telling her that I was worried that I havent been able to take any of my medicine, including the heart meds that I NEED to take everyday. I was also worried that I was vomiting so much and couldn't keep any liquids/food down. I was practically staving myself. After I told her that, almost on cue, I ran to the bathroom and threw up again, this time with just stomach acid and what little water I had drank from this morning/the night before.

Mom was fed up with it and called the ER once again, but told us that they wouldnt be able to do anything such as lab work (blood tests) until 9am. So she gave me some Mylanta (a stomach coating medicine, like Pepto) and I tried to get some sleep. Slept for an hour, got up, and felt like I was about to pass out. I felt so weak and dehydrated that I could barely stand. I had to crawl to the bathroom just to brush my teeth.

At about 10am, Mom took me to the ER, where they took a urine test and blood test. The urine analysis showed that I in fact DIDN'T have a UTI. It came back clean. But what really shocked the doctor was how low my potassium level in my blood was. It was a 2.8. A normal potassium level is 3.5-5.1. He quickly put me on an IV with a saline drip with added potassium. I also had to take a potassium tablet, as well as TRY to eat and drink as much as I could.

Now as you can imagine, I'm exhausted at this point. I haven't slept correctly in about 3 days and I haven't had a single bite to eat either. I was feeling pretty shitty. The nurse added some liquid pain meds to my IV and told me it should work in about 20 mins. I laid back in the bed and passed right out. I was so tired. She brought back some cut up apples and ginger ale for me to eat and drink when I got up, but I pretty much slept through my entire bag of fluids.

I woke up an hour or so later feeling SO much better. I had moisture in my mouth again, my stomach wasnt aching as bad. I felt somewhat normal. What really made me happy was that I ate the ENTIRE apple and drank ALL of my ginger ale. WITHOUT VOMITING. I had no problem eating and drinking at the same pace as I have before. I didnt feel dizzy anymore and I could finally walk upright.

So in conclusion, they think I had hypokalemia, which is a fancy word for "low blood potassium". Apparently, if you have low potassium, you can experience muscle cramps, explaining why my back and stomach hurt so bad. You can also get sweating/chills, which I also had. Without low potassium levels being treated, it can lead to serious heart rhythm problems that can be fatal. WHICH IS YA KNOW, ESPECIALLY BAD FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE A HEART CONDITION.

So I'm really glad that they have figured SOMETHING out. There might be more to it, but they still aren't sure. But until then, I am to take potassium supplements and pains meds, as well as nausea pills. SO HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS?


Sorry for the long post, just letting you all know what's going on. :'3

Just so happened I had a kidney infection. I didnt have signs of a generic urinary tract infection or bladder infection. Just went straight for the kidneys.

At first I thought it was gas, so I ate some yogurt and laid out on the floor to try and push the gas out. My lower back and abdomen were aching and cramping so bad that I was starting to get hot and cold flashes as well as uncontrollable shaking.

So then, I took a hot bath, hoping the pain would go away. But no, it got worse. My mom, who is an LNA, took my pulse and blood pressure. It was 108/64 and my pulse was 109. My blood pressure and heart rate are supposed to be way lower than that so that meant I was in actual pain. It ached and hurt so bad that I had to go to the ER. They took a urine sample and found out it was a urinary tract infection that had slipped by and went to the kidneys. I was also experiencing sharp pain in my lower left side, where the pancreas is. So I was worried that something was going on there.

They gave me a shot of morphine like medicine to stop the pain, as well as antibiotics. I threw up the antibiotics, so I hate to retake them. They went down the second time, but I threw up again. Thankfully the pill didnt come out a second time. The pain was finally gone and I could go home. This all happened from 12am to about 3am. The pain meds knocked me out and I've been feeling shitty ever since.

TL;DR I have a kidney infection again and now I'm drugged up for the next few days.

I feel like I would be more willing to draw if I had a new computer. I've had my laptop for about 4 years now and I am starting to see that it is starting to age. It's becoming progressively slower. I clean it, take care of it, everything, but I think it;s just time for a change.

So for anyone who has a Cintiq, what do you think? I've used iceman's before and it was great. I just dunno if I can spend that kind of money. Maybe it's worth it? I'm thinking so.
