Posted 15 years agoI'm gonna start a meme just because I'm bored and you lot seem to love spreading stuff, so spread something that doesn't cause identity theft ok
Open your favourite media player (Winamp for me) and select ALL MUSIC so for me local music and set it to shuffle, press play then skip to the next track, from that track listen to ten songs then say if you like it, hate it, anything you'd like to say about it at all, so here's mine
1-Serj Tankian/ Honking Antelope- Good song and once it gets started has a powerful beat but the video makes me a little sad, poor monkey robo thing
2-Peaches/ Rosa Helikopter- I only have this because Ethan wanted it and I didn't delete it, this was the song used by Goonfleet in one of their videos and also called the pedosong :P
3-Loco Loco/ Jump! Jump! Jump!- I blame Deathavenger Bade for this, he started the whole craze about this on SL
4-Dragonforce/ Operation Ground and Pound- Not quite as handbleed as Through the Fire and the Flames but damn that drummer must be on something to drum that fast
5-John Murphy/ In the House in a Heartbeat- Because 28 Days Later was epic and so is John Murphys music
6-Linkin Park/ Crawling- CRAWWWWWWWLING IN MAH SKIN, everyone listens to emoness at one point :P
7-Prodigy/ You'll be Under my Wheels- Because bass can never be too loud and Prodigy will blast your ears out with bass

Posted 15 years agoI'm gonna try and develop a babyfur style Dungeons and Dragons, most of the abilities, equipment, magic, stats etc will be babied down
Plot: The base plot line for this game is that the worlds supply of cookies and milk has been stolen by an evil bully and the babyfurs must unite and beat the bully at the evil school
Classes: Base classes will have to apply for now
Warrior: Tank class
Cleric: Healer class
Thief: Rogue class
Mage: Magic class
I'd like some input if possible, babyfur style class names, more classes etc

Posted 15 years agoI want to draw something original and not a spawn of Nintendos obviously fucked up head, so I'd like all you Pokefags or even non ones to come up with an idea for a completely original pokemon, unique type and everything and I'll draw it, rules below
There is only ONE winner who will get theirs drawn
The pokemon must have a unique type combo or at least an uncommon one (Like Ghost/Dark)
It must have three evolutionary stages and all three must be described as best as possible or no go
NO HYBRIDS, I don't want to see hybrids of existing pokemon, so no, go away now
The winner who I deem the most interesting will work close with me as I sketch it up
Points go to cute factor, toughness factor, WTFOMGBBQ factor or just plain lol factor
Entries must be in before end of Augustus
So spread the word or not whatever and maybe I'll be sketching your pokemon

Posted 15 years agoI hate greedy artists, people who charge rediculous amounts of cash for a bloody picture, it's not a Mona Lisa or Picasso.
I have viewed many things, commissions that go for $20+ are expensive, some may be able to afford them but not everyone, you only touch the little audience who actually afford this shit and the rest are left drooling
When people do these 'limited deals' of pics for $10- I always see alot more people can afford them, you know why...because it's not cheap it's because it's a fair price at the end of the day you're just drawing, unless you're shitting out epic pieces that take days to complete you should reach out to the minority audience
Look at it this way
Commission for $40
2 people could afford it
Profit of $80
Commission for $10
20 people might afford it
Profit of $200
Sure it takes longer to draw but jeez, appease the little guys who actually adore your art don't kick them in the face for being poor
And yes, I can't sell my art, I'm such a failure but hell spread this about, maybe one day artists might discover common sense in commission prices
