Hope things are finding you well!

Life seems to be slowing down a little bit for me on this end.

My accounting course is completed; I got an A- so am just saving up for the next class I need to take.

I'm no longer working seven days a week; I spoke with my manager at my p/t job and got my weekends taken off my availability. Even though I'm now using those for more sculpting.

Still hard at my polymer clay stuff. Even contemplating making a page specifically for that!

Overall health is good, even if I did drop down to just under 120lbs, and my dr removed me from some meds due to a risk of strokes... joy. lol

Married life continues to be bliss (how tacky am I? I know lol) and I still get all wiggly when he calls me pet-names.
So that's been lovely.

Our cats are still happy and healthy. Big emphasis on the healthy because Licorice ended up being diagnosed with idiosympathic urinary systalis, and last night his tests finally came back clear of all crystals!

Taz had developed "bowel movement issues" in November just before I went on vacation. Meaning his guts wouldn't work and he didnt poop. So he was on a freaking cocktail of drugs to work his system clean, and to get the plumbing working properly again. He'll be on cicipride for the rest of his life, twice a day, in addition to psyllium in his breakfast and probiotics. But he's a happy cat and finally becoming a lapcat, so I have no complaints there.

All in all things have been going well and I miss the fandom like crazy.

Lessee, I've been working two jobs for the last half year, and I'm doing some schooling right now; Finance and Business accounting.
NOT an easy subject for me to just pick up randomly. I thought I had enough of a base from the book keeping I do at Job A right now, but ... NUPE!

Aside from that, I had my very FIRST vendors booth at a local furry convention; Fur-Eh.
In addition to writing, I also sculpt.
I love it.
Rabidly love it I would say lol

I am already excited to do another one next year ^_^

So, back to life.
Still married to Voice. Still totally adore him. Still enamored completely with his smexy wee bum.
House-living is still good; we tore out the back deck last month and leveled the back yard. Oh. My. God. So much dirt! D:
We needed TWO cubic yard bags of dirt. Those giant $150 dollar ones. Ugh.
Dirt Cheap? Who ever thought THAT phrase up has never bought it in large quantities!

Other than that, health is still good. Cats are good. Husband is good. (Family is NUUUTS, but what can ye do)

Hello all.

I am doing a search... asking a favor... begging for assistance.

I am flying to Rainfurrest this year for Part 1 of my honeymoon with Voice, and am bringing my fursuit with me (after all, what's a con when you have to leave yours behind??)
But I am not going back to Calgary after the convention, rather flying on to a second destination.

My question is this.

Who would be willing to drive home a fursuit (or TWO, Voice isnt sure about bringing his yet, probably cuz we have no idea how to get them home short of *shudder* shipping them)

I can pay in cookies, noms, food, or booze for your assistance. ^_^

Please let me know if this sounds like something you are able and willing to do....?

-If I do not get the egg I want, can I pick a different one?
---Yes, the adoption form will have a feature that will let you choose which egg you would like, and an option to accept a different one if you do not win the lottery for your first choice.

-May I request my dragon to look a certain way/draw a ref sheet/explain what I want?
---No. These dragons are Creative License suits. She has a basic idea how She wants them to look, but She wants their hatching to be a surprise.

-I really hate/love ____ on fursuits, can I request a specific trait?
---Yes. Those who adopt an egg may make 3 wishes on the egg. These wishes will allow the adoptive parents to make subtle requests without ruining the surprise of the finished suit. Such wishes as "I wish my dragon has ears", "I wish my dragon was wingless" or "I wish my dragon has glowing eyes" are acceptable. Wishes such as "I wish my dragon looked like Telephone" or "I wish my ice dragon was a fire dragon" will NOT be accepted.

-What is no one adopts one of the eggs?
---After the adoption requests close and owners are selected, if there is an egg that is NOT adopted or if there is an owner who cannot pay the required deposit, those eggs will be open for adoption on a first come first served basis until April 30th, 2015.
After that time if the egg is not adopted it will no longer hatch, and will be sold as an art piece.

-Will you do a con gathering/photoshoot like with your other projects?
---Yes, however unlike previous projects, you do NOT have to commit to a specific con before you adopt your egg. Once all owners are found and the suits are made, She will discuss with the new egg owners as to where and when they will choose to meet and do photos.
If it proves impossible for all 4 dragons to gather, She will do individual photos of each.

My Money bucks and Vikings went over very well. People often ask me what my next set should be, or offer suggestions of what my next big project should be.

I have an idea of what I would like to do, but I want your input!

Here's what I have in mind: Adopt a dragon egg

I will make 3 or 4 dragon eggs which people can adopt. Those eggs will then "hatch" into suits. So what you are getting will be a complete mystery.... well, I can promise they will be dragons, but after that I will not share any designs or concepts, you will just have to wait until your suit is "born"

People have requested a group of dragons before, which I have discouraged due to the sheer work involved. So, in order to make Dragons viable I would have to charge a lot more.... a whole lot more... like $3000. I would also limit the number to no more than 4 at the very most.

So! Here's were you come in...
Would you be interested in a group of dragon suits?
Would you be able to accept a $3000 price tag?
What con would be the best place for the dragons to gather?
Is this idea totally stupid? If so, what would you prefer my next set to be?

Male, finely sculpted body, and nude.
Modesty preserved with a pristine white cloth.
All the blood had long since been cleared off, anything else was being cycled back into the body through the gaping hole where the chest, for now, still held an ordinary, beating, human heart.
Again, she glanced at the golden one in her hand, then fleetingly to the obsidian dagger in her other, enchanted with the oldest of animation and reincarnation spells. Intended to animate the golden heart, and reincarnate the body once the final cut had been made. To sever the human heart would kill the body... the enchantments were to keep it from truly dying. At least that was the hope.
Stilling a shudder, she fought the urge to grip the golden heart tightly to her, fought the urge to scream, to cry out her fears and worries, fought the urge to do what had to be done fast, JUST to get it done with so she'd know if it would work or not.
