when I see photos of furries at meets or cons and with other furries. They were together—laughing, touching, sharing moments. They looked close. Comfortable. Like they belonged.
I wasn’t in the photo.
I wasn’t near it.
I wasn’t invited.
Seeing that made me feel something deep. Not just sadness. Not just being left out. It feels like I'm missing something that matters to me. Like connecting with others , and knowing I’m not part of it.
I didn’t choose to be outside. I just am.
And the more I look at those photos, the more it hurts.
I feel unwanted. I feel like it’s too late. I feel like I’m behind everyone else.
I feel like maybe I’m not meant to be in that kind of space.
I feel invisible.
I feel like I'm missing out.
I wish there was someone there to guide me to one in person

I want to apologise if I've ever come across as praying to much I realise that while i often go deep in conversation - not out of pressure but from a genuine place out of caring - especially around how I sometimes go to deep on emotional topics when connecting with others it comes from a place of care & curiosity it's important to balance that depth with gentleness I'm learning to be more mindful of how I engage with others and I'll be doing everything I can to grow as a furry my goal is to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible while also respecting boundaries and personal space thankyou to choose who've walked alongside me so far your presence means a lot and I hope this space continues to feel safe kind and open for everyone

Hello everyone! This will not count towards my journal uploads. I want to be more part of the fandom but I just don't know where to find the right furries & to find like minded furries as well i also want to apologise for being to Direct in DM's to the furries i have messaged directly. it's just very difficult to find other furries to be friends with but i also understand its something that gradually happens naturally. i Also find it very difficult to do small talk & to start a conversation since i do not know if you are busy or not as well i can't see you through the screen! So please let me know. no one is perfect & it's up to us to make things right I'm learning & changing how i communicate already in future with other furries in DM'S i will do everything I can to make sure i don't make anyone feel uncomfortable or anxious i have made improvements already but it's still a work in progress i respect accept who you are with love & kindness. I'm open for feedback if you need me to change something how i communicate please tell me in a calm Respectful way just because I have Autism Doesn't mean I have no feelings or Emotions. So you understand me Better my humour i might say something very rude or gay i have weird humour i also like dark humour please don't blacklist my comments or block me instead please tell me what your boundaries are then i will know what not to say. I had on my Xbox Bio furry i had 2 people saying stuff that are misconceptions about the Fandom saying i like being an animal & wearing a fursuit they told me to get some help 😂😂 because I like anthropomorphic animals they didn't upset me or anything like that I'm not that sensitive or soft it's just very annoying so i have removed It from my Xbox Bio for now. Not everyone Needs to know everything about you be cautious what you put about yourself online there are people out there that will try to upset you or trying to pee you off if you do reply React calmly stand your Ground don't let people tell you what you can and can't do. don't swear at them or harass them avoid all of that because you will be giving them the satisfaction what they want if you struggle with this you can make changes by psychotherapy in simple terms how you think. what to say & how you process information it will be quite hard at first but it will get easier over time so don't give up believe in yourself. I want to share something with you that has been bothering me. Now that I've become more self aware of myself I'm worried about giving people the wrong impression about me in public as I want to have fun and be silly its making it very difficult for me to socialise I'm not afraid to say I'm socially awkward. that's what makes everyone unique having quirks so don't ever think your alone struggling to socialise because your not everyone deserves to be themselves without judgement & accepted for who they are. we need to love one another & support each other in difficult times & being open for others to talk about things getting it off there mind. it never hurts getting to know other furries in the fandom I'm not afraid to say hello how are you noting/DM them neither should you.
