I'm aiming for one video a month, but there will not be a main one for October, due to heavy travel plans this month, to multiple states. In November, things will pick up. If you're interested in being part of the project again, hit me up in SecondLife.

So I may start working on this project again. It's still a maybe. I just need to gauge any remaining possible interest in this.

Life is still quite....strange, and not where I need it to be. But I thought about checking in to see who's all still interested in YiffTrax's shenanigans.

Perhaps soon I'll start this back up again, but a bit differently, not sure how though, yet. I also really need some hardware upgrades to do this properly, and I cant afford that yet.

Ive been thinking, since I enjoyed making the blooper shit so much, to have three different things YiffTrax works on, the SL porn, bloopers, and maybe 15-20 min episodes of something I havent thought up yet, a voice acted SL show maybe? i dont know, just tossing ideas around. Money and upgrades atm are the only thing holding me back

Long story short, I am not very happy with where my life is right now. Very heavy financial struggles, constant worries, and many more strong private issues prevent me from working on videos. It's not that I just dont have the time for it, I could get into a long discussion but there's no need for that.

In the future if I find time and a drive to open this back up, I'll post again, however I will leave what's up currently online. I also will not be logged into SecondLife until I decide to run this again, so contacting me through SL wont work either.

Sorry, but I need to take my situation and make things better for myself, SL porn isn't even a last priority. I'll be around eventually.

HELLO. HI. HEY

So a majority of the issues we've been having on the start of filming is linked to Tyson, making his character as perfect as we can has been hard, one of our other actors (Denny) has an arcanine avatar ALMOST perfect, but the face isn't proper for the character. So we've been making our own for a proper mesh and it's been taking a bit of time. Other than that, we're pretty much ready to film.

Voice actor for Aideen still needed. (We knew this one would be hard to find, but we're looking!)


I am currently working on finding a new home to live in so my dear friend Ragoh can move in with me hopefully within five months. That should be fun! By the way, Ragoh was the GShep in the latest video.


I'm a heavily active freelance I.T. and I've had a LOT of work recently, so my time isn't very open. It depends. However, more content to come very soon. Perhaps even a Burning Curiosity video update once we get Tyson done, which should be swift from now.

Filming shall officially begin hopefully within a week

While the amount of watchers on FA (250 As of right now) know of the Burning Curiosity video remake we're working on, there are PLEEEEEEENTY more outside FA who have asked me questions about how we're going to do something like this in SecondLife due to all the limitations of the game. Ima try and answer them here as well.

Im also pretty sure  herr_aardy and  scystorm would like to know as well.


1 - How are you going to sync the voice actors with the SecondLife characters?

This, right here, is by far the biggest limitation me and my peeps are going to have to deal with. In SecondLife with most furry avatars, the muzzle movements are very basic and can be quite static; and while it is expected to not be perfect, we will still do our best to make them look as proper as possible. The muzzles moving straight up and down can only do so much besides that, as they are obviously mesh parts attached to a head and nothing more. If there were a more natural way to match what they're saying properly to what SecondLife will allow, this wouldn't be an issue, but unfortunately it has to be something we'll just need to quell a little.

2 - Are you still looking for voice actors, and how do I send samples to you?

Yes, we are still looking for a few voice actors, and the only open positions AT THE MOMENT are for Elan, Calig, and Aideen. There is someone currently trying out for Elan and I'll update this later if he gets the part, which I am sure he will. He's got a nice voice and is also a singer =^.^=

Now, trying out for a part can be tricky, we'll need you to have a pretty decent microphone; it doesn't need to be perfect as I can clear up the audio here, but please don't record it on your old budget 2004 microphone from best buy. Once you have read the comic, get some lines you like and record yourself saying them, and then note me. I will reply to you with my personal email to send the samples to. If you get the part, I'll let ya know :)


3 - What are you going to make the house look like? In the comic you don't see too much of it.

Considering in our filming that it will be in a much more cinematic feel, you will obviously see much of the house in the video once it's released. I will probably get in touch with  herr_aardy and  scystorm and see what they think it looks like, and if they don't need anything in particular, we'll build it to look as we'd expect. Fancy and ultra modern :)


4 - How do you plan to distribute this?

First I need to say that the YiffTrax project is still relatively new and doesn't have TOO large of a following at the moment. I upload the videos here to FA where you can download full resolution, proper renders, and then I'll upload lower res FLV copies to both Yiffy.cz and The Yiff Gallery and link back to FA. The videos of mine on the yiff gallery actually have a bunch of views as compared to here on FA and yiffy.cz, so it will obviously go there as well as here. I will also offer my normal download links to mega, and this time also via torrent.

If everything works out, I will probably ask  herr_aardy and  scystorm to throw it on their pages to get it a little publicity, but if the video turns out as nice as I hope, I'm sure they would! *gets in his paws and knees begging with a puppy dog face*

Also, I work as a freelance I.T. Professional and have plenty access to enough hardware to run a server and have a dedicated website and blog for YiffTrax, but I will need more exposure before I put time and effort into something like that. Maybe this production will get me that and I can do so.

5. - Where are you getting funding for this?

The rest of the YiffTrax group in-game and myself, pay for all the stuff we use out of our own pockets. We dont ask anyone to pay for anything, but tips of Linden in game are definitely appreciated :)

So we are getting assets together and making characters to resemble those in the burning curiosity comic, to remake it....Yes. We're remaking a furry comic, with voice acting and all :D

Since these videos are going to still be made in SecondLife, there will be limitations, such as the muzzles moving properly when they talk, but this is mostly for fun and will require a lot of work to get right. I'm also looking for voice actors, I already have one for the DILF (lol, sorry xD) and am accepting voice samples atm if you're interested.

I generally get asked these questions fairly often, they are "How much do you charge for a video?" and "Are you still looking for actors?"

No and yes. I do not charge anyone for anything (tips are appreciated, however, because we build the sets with our own monies), that's wrong :P I do this with my peeps for absolute funz and thats the reason for that, if you want a video of yourself and someone, I may consider it a private shooting :P.

And to address the actor thing, I'm always looking for sexy fuzzies to play in front of a camera, don't feel shy and ask me, just hit me up on SL and we'll see if we can do something. Obviously you should probably have a more up-to-date avatar and nothing too out of the ordinary, but still, just hit me up there or note me with pictures of your avatar(s) :P Imgur is a good way to share pics
