i still cant even straighten my back....
i couldnt even imagine carrying my heavy back pack and lugging it around from class to class, or the 2.5 mile walk....

i just took like a handful of pain killers...

my back was hurting so bad though, i could barely move.... i ave no idea what i did to it, but.... the slightes move hurt like hell, forcing tears of pain out....
i wouldnt be on right now if it werent for the pain killers..... i dont think i would have gotten out of bed or moved at all....

even with all the pain killers and everything, i cant force myself to stand up all the way. i can only walk, or even stand, with my back bent all the way....

god, i have no idea what i even did to it.....

my friend robert!! hes being a stuborn butt!!!!
he has a really bad, cripling pain in his leg. though, he believes that he can cure it with meditating and posative thinking.
hes a spiritual person and believes any pain is spimply spiritual and can be fixed my meditating and stuff....
BUT hes had TWO heart attacks....
i kept telling him to go to the doctors... i said he didnt have to believe what the doc said, but to just go and see what they had to say....

im so worried about him... hes... hes family to me..... i worry about him so much....
he cant just listen....
