I've been thinking for a while now that although I do love how Kelphazar has taken shape. I've been thinking of adding a minor detail or item/piece of clothing to him. Been thinking of something that he will fiddle with or constantly touch as it were.

So I've had my fursuit since Just Fur The Weekend. It has been amazing. I love how he has been done and how well his head has came out. Interacting with other suiters at Londonfur Meets has also been quite an experience too. :D

Kelphazar suit will be started in october if things go with plans. Might delay his debute for the christmas party at the londonfur meet.

Upon thinking about what fursona to be, a friend that I have met at my local furmeet has talked with me in detail about what I want to be. Turns out I actually wanted to be a dragon and hence Kelphazar was born. The reference is done and art work being commisioned. Along with his physical being (Fursuit) being created.

This is a progressive idea but I feel like I want to use it because it kinda interests me. My last journal spoke about creating a second fursona, one that could become my main and have a chance to be my fursuit. I was playing around with the idea of the fox but I felt it was a little lonely. I was originally thinking a plan old fox that you normally see but then I thought about moving into an environment that is different like an icy environment. Then I remembered there are Arctic foxes in which I decided to play around with and then I though about adding horns on. I am not sure how many horns or the size of them but I am thinking of turning him into a demon Arctic fox.
Although I am using the word demon, he won't be one of evil but of a natural element with supposable mystical powers. I am currently in creation of his birth, his personality, his appearance (currently sketching out head ideas), his origin and his voice. I do have a story idea for him which will involve Gar though I am only mapping ideas at the current time being. On one good note, I decided to name him Oriyan. Kinda a unique name but one that isn't as remembered as other names.

From observing my drawings so far for Gar. I find that I have been drawing a fox type of head. I'm thinking of creating a fox persona using the inspiration from the drawings and with Gar, develop him more wolf like. I am sort of split between the two with which one I want to create into a fur suit.

Gar Val the wolf, the body language speaking wolf. Or should I develop the fox into a suit with a squeaker operated mouth. I will grant that it is slightly inspired by Telephone but I find that making a fox sound with a squeaker would be far more interactive and a higher way of developing the fox. I will be exploring both the artwork for both and see which one is a fursona and which one is main fur. I won't denie, before developing Gar that I have thought of being a fox back round I created my Furaffinity account.

Who is Gar Val

---

Gar Val is a Wolf Anthropomorphic being related to Red Wolves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_wolf). He is round my height being roughly 6 ft and about 10-12 stone. His fur is primarily brown which is split between Seal Brown and Sepia brown with the secondary colour being white. He has the yin yang symbol being one side under his eye being the yang. The symbol is flipped on his left side with the colour being red (R:165 G:19 B:12).

His personality is that of a child at heart with a grown up body. He always want to play and be active. Gar enjoys having contact with others being talkative and playing games like hide and seek to musical chairs. Gar is kind and follows, 'Treat others the same way you want them to treat you'. He would prefer the environment where there is no hostilities and everyone having voice of cheerfulness. Gar chooses to trusts people once he gets to know them a little bit, even from the first conversation they have between them. He finds that if you are not going to trust them, then you are going to have a bad time around them because of always being suspicious which can bring the mood down. He can be quite shy at first though.

Another trait Gar has is that he is humble, I am not saying he is completely humble but he treats others as they are a person. Going through a door and someone is behind him. He will hold the door. If someone looks like they are having a bad time. He will come up and say hello to see if they feel better without pushing himself in matters he is not meant to be in. He accepts the fact there are people better then him and he does make mistakes but he will never go around thinking he owns the world. He is brave and he won't go looking for a problem but when a problem comes up. He will look at it straight on and deal with it with what he determines the best option. He is stubborn but not stubborn in a conversation way. For like when he is proven wrong, he will accept it. If he is slightly wrong, he won't get aggressive. He is stubborn when it comes to physical activity. He will not give up and always push his body to the limit. Due to the physical stubbornness, he is also strong even though he doesn't look it.

His appearance to those who see him. He is 6 ft tall with short fur. He has bushy areas being one on his chest, his shoulders, his ears, his elbows and his knees. He has hair that go down his forehead to around his eyes. His hair is red and is different colour to his fur. He has a black nose that has a mirror stretch of white fur that goes along his upper jaw and expands around his eyes. This is mirrored on both sides of his face with the yang symbol below his eyes being flipped on each side. His fur is primarily the colour of Sepia brown with Seal Brown in his patterned fur. He has two patterns on the chest. These are on the white area and are the Sepia brown. Around his waist area on the sepia brown are two patches of white that are split one above each leg. His legs are primarily Sepia brown till you get to his paws in which they go white and his pads are black. His eyes are brown with a with black outlines. His tail is wolf tail that is primarily Seal brown with white on the underneath.

What I have plan for Gar

Gar Val to me is my main Fursona. I plan for him to be created into a fursuit which I am deciding to either create myself or hire someone else to create for me. I am currently drawing up what he looks like though it is still in his initial concept design though what I have written in his appearance is what I plan for. I do plan for him to be at furmeets and fur conventions.

The second thing I have planned for Gar is for him to be used in creating a story/multiple stories. I have been thinking of him being used a character to develop himself or one to help others develop themselves along with combating issues that some people have come across. I do have planned for him to be used in non fiction story that doesn't relate to our time.

Another thing I have planned for him is to be used to help me develop my art skills to a finer quality and hopefully when I have improved my computer graphic skills. Create a 3d model and have him animated and have him dancing to music videos. Game movements like wall climbing and interactions and hopefully with permission of other furries. Create a video with all of them interacting with each other like they would if they were in person.

So why the name Gar Val

---

Gar stands for Garnet, it is birthstone for both of us and it matches his fur. It is described that garnets to be in multiple colours and have referenced rainbows. The birthstone is meant to mean trustworthy and hard working. Val is using two words being valentine and valour and only using the first three letters to represent both. Gar at current is not one for specific person love but the love for many. The reason why I use three letters per word of his name is because I find that those are the words that he can say if he ever spoke even though I know he would speack the human language as though he is a human.
