It's been a while!

It's been ages since I've been active on FA.
I sadly just don't have the time and energy anymore to maintain multiple art accounts.
I'm still active and draw, but currently I am only using deviantart. I don't know if or when I can use this account again, I'm really sorry.

Animals + Flowers Suggestions?

maybe some of you remember, a million years ago I drew some images that featured one animal and a flower/plant.
To this day, I still really really like these drawings, which is why I would like to do some more.
However, like last time, I would like them to be suggestion again, because that was so much fun!
So, if you feel like it, please suggest an animal and flower/plant combo you would like me to draw!

PAYMENT
• All payment is done through PayPal and is due up front. For larger commissions, that exceed a $100 price, payment plans can be worked out. A down payment will however have to be made upfront.
• You will not have to pay for paypal fees.
• Please do not send payments as gifts, so that the refund option will remain available in case of a refund!
CANCELLATION & REFUND
• Full refunds are available in cases where the commission hasn't been started yet.
• Full refunds are available in cases where I am unable to finish your commission.
• As soon as a commission has been started, full refunds will not be available anymore. I will only give partial refunds depending on the current progression state of the commission.
• If I am at the shading stage of your commissions, no refund will be issued!
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund, depending on the current progression of the commission, due to harassment and poor communication.
Poor communication includes, not sending information/keeping me updated for several days, after you have claimed a commission slot. Being unreachable, unresponsive. Not sending payment when agreed upon on a date.
I will of course try to contact you several times, as I am aware life happens and that things come up. But if this is a recurring issue, I will cancel your commission.

ARTIST
• By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Let me know when this is your wish!
• I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
• I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
• I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.

COMMISSIONER
• The commissioner may upload their commission to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.
• Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
• You retain the rights to the IP.
• You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your project(s), as an ad, sell or show at conventions etc., speak to me for information on royalty fees.
• If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE
• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colours a bit and possibly adjusting markings to better fit the shape language I use. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same.
• After payment is received: I sketch, color and paint depending on your commission type.
• I accept "written description only" commissions, but these cost more, as more time and communication with the commissioner is needed. If possible, please provide reference photos of any kind when possible.
• I do not send processes of my commissions unless asked for. Sketches are excluded, these will always be send to the commissioner for larger commissions, e.g. fullbody, scenery. If you wish to receive these, please let me know up front.
Smaller tweaks are possible in the sketch stage.
• For larger commissions, one large edit is allowed during the sketch phase. If more edits are needed, I reserve the right to add an hourly 10 EURO fee.
• Please be clear and concise in your description of the change and provide photos or other artwork as reference whenever possible.
• Any edits that need be done, based on things I have forgotten or missed will of course be edited free of charge.
TURNAROUND
• Depending on my schedule, workload and complexity of the commission, turnaround can vary between a day to a few weeks. If for some reason, I need more time to finish your commission I will contact you immediately. I will email you with the new expected date, as well as the current progress of your commission, where you can decide if I should go on, or if you would like to cancel the commission.
• You may always request a status of the current progress of your commission, or when your commission will be started on.
• Please keep in mind, that when receiving more then one commission I will finish them by order, which means that depending on your spot, it will take me longer to finish your commission. If you are unsure about your waiting time, you may contact me at any time.
I will not accept commissions involving the following:
Nudity (nipples, or genitalia)
Pornography
Sexual violence
Watersports/Scat
Babyfurs/Diapers
Pedophilia
Necrophilia
Bestiality
Milking
Incest
Micro/Macro
Inflation/Weight Gain
If you're not sure if I'd accept your idea, please talk to me.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
