Species looking for important staff

After I realized that my train of life cuts a little my ability to care for my beloved YVVO species, I understood that I should delegate more and recruit staff for the community!
What are YVVO?
If you're unfamiliar with us, 'YVVO' stands for the four sentient species of our universe: Yevat, Velilyevat, Varveleil, Oyevat.
Yevatem, the most common of them, are humanoid people with the specificity to have double thumbs on hands and anthropomorphic-like paws, and adorable cat snouts!

Our world is rich from already 5 years of development, inlcuding a ton of free resources, a fully functional language, a videogame, but also 500 community artworks, 100+ Discord members, 240+ deviantart members, 100+ members on toyhouse, and more ~ Feel free to ask anything in the comments if you want to know more!
WE'RE LOOKING FOR STAFF
Here are some things to know and to accept before:
- While these staff positions come with perks, this is a volunteer work. Beside what the perks that are offered by the species for your work, this is an unpaid job (except from the eventual designs or MYO that you can sell.)
- Having a knowledge of our full lore is not required, but you'll be asked to have read the species rules, to accept them, and to know them.
- As the species is most active on Discord, you'll be asked to join our server; please be comfortable with that
- These positions are long-time engagements. If you start being inactive without warning, I might remove you from the position, and reopen these selections. You'll be asked to be active at least once every 3 months (so 4 times a year), or to tell beforehand if you're gonna disappear so we can organize ourselves
- You can propose yourself either you're a new or an ancient member
- Your gender, age, or origin don't matter, but you'll be asked to speak a correct English
- This staff role will not give you permission to harass or abuse of your perks on other users; nor to consider yourself above the rules
ADOPTABLES MASTER
The adoptable master is a full-time guest artist, who will recruit temporary guest artists as well.
Job:
- Make at least 4 adoptables per year (all designs must be approved for the masterlist before being approved). You'll always keep full profit of your sales
- Recruit temporary guest artists frequently (at least 3 times per year); you'll be able to decide and manage how many adopts they can make, of which species, and during which duration; but they'll have to keep full profit of their sale (and they'll have to send their design for approval too before selling them)
- Your recruitment events and their rewards must be discussed with me first before being posted officially
- [Optional] If desired, you can also design and submit new pets and mounts designs, or even flora (must be approved, must be ok with the idea that it'll be open species and once you give it to the YVVO, it belongs to the YVVO species (can't be used for another world, or won't be voided if you leave or are banned, for example))
Rewards:
- Can create an unlimited amount of adoptables (Yevat, Velilyevat, Varveleil)
- Can create customs for people
- Isn't limited by a number of unique traits or unique powers
- Can create mutated YVV
- Can create YVV for themself every time they make an adopt
- Can claim 30 Yevatokens every month
- Highlighted role on the Discord server, with nickname of the color of your choice
MASTER MODERATOR
The master moderator is a manager and recruiter of moderators, who makes sure that the rules are applied by all.
(Must be of age and comfortable accessing the NSFW channels)
Job:
- Make sure that the rules are applied by all - even by other moderators
- Recruit new moderators when we're under 3 active moderators on the discord server
- Notice when moderators are being inactive, and manage the situation
- Moderate the moderators; be a barrier between the moderators and other people; so modos never abuse their role against members (or even me)
- Always discuss with me before for important decisions (like mass ban, a modo is recruited, a modo loses their role, etc)
- Must never ally with moderators against me; or try to make me change rules, etc. (you can make suggestions, but not insist if it isn't selected; it already happened in the past)
Rewards:
- Can claim a YVV MYO of their choice every 3 months; these MYOs don't expire, can be resold, and come with 5 UTs and 5 UPs linked to them (can only have 1 at the same time; a new one can't be claimed if previous one hasn't been designed or sold between-time)
- Can claim one of the Mutation Genetic pill of their choice (slots for mutations) once every 4 months
- Can claim 30 Yevatokens every month
- Highlighted role on the Discord server, with nickname of the color of your choice
EVENT MASTER
The event master is an organizer of events to maintain the species active.
Job:
- Make and manage at least 4 events per year (can be small or big)
- Events can be raffles, contests, MYO, etc. anything you'd think of!
- It's prefered if the events remain and spread on the following platforms: Discord, Deviantart, and Toyhouse. You must have an account of each.
- Events and their rewards must be discussed and approved before being posted.
- The event master should always remain neutral when (eventually) selecting winners; and must not purposely select their friends, for example.
- The event master can still enter the events hosted by me
Rewards:
- Can claim a YVV MYO of their choice every time they create an event; these MYOs don't expire, can be resold, and come with 5 UTs and 5 UPs linked to them (can only have 1 at the same time; a new one can't be claimed if previous one hasn't been designed or sold between-time)
- Can claim one of the Mutation Genetic pill of their choice (slots for mutations) once every 2 events hosted
- Can claim 30 Yevatokens every month
- Highlighted role on the Discord server, with nickname of the color of your choice
Every selected Master will have the highest rank (beside mine) on the discord server, a nickname with the color of their choice, and a private channel to discuss with me at any time.
