I'm older but I don't feel any wiser! XD
Didn't do anything special today, just worked. Maybe later on in the month I'll do something fun but for now, I'll just chillax when I can!
I did get some nice birthday wishes and a few gift arts from people which was nice!

November/December 2025 Commissions CLOSED

I have officially closed slots for the months of November and December and will begin the selection process.
have received 51 responses overall!
I wish to thank you all for your continuing support and patience - I know with the limited number of slots I offer not everyone can get in which can be a little disheartening for some. But I will continue to work hard and get the queue done in a timely manner so that other slots in the google form can be slipped in, if I have the time to work on them of course.
The next few weeks will be pretty busy for me IRL, so there may be a few hiccups in my work schedule but I can manage!
The users who have their slots selected will be contacted as soon as possible. :D
I have officially closed slots for the months of November and December and will begin the selection process.

I would like to apologize for the delay in opening up slots - due to things out of my control i couldn’t open up on the 1st like I originally planned. I thank you all for your patience and support. <3
15 slots will be offered for the time being - but if time allows I will be taking more slots from the google form to work on.

I want to thank everyone who's left a comment on here. I havent responded to them but I really do appreciate your kind words.
I'm still not 100% okay, I only just NOW started to cry after a full day and a half of trying to process it all. But I'll take it one day at a time. :')
Hey guys-
This is kind of hard for me to write...earlier today I had to say goodbye to another family dog. Her name was Amber, she was an Australian Kelpie much like her late halfbrother Chase who passed away several years ago.
She was 13 years old - for the past few weeks she was showing signs of her old age getting to her (health deterioration). This morning she started showing signs of physical pain after struggling to stand, so we had to make the hard decision to bring her to the vet to put her to sleep.
Much like Chase she was an agility superstar in her youth, but after Chase passed away she retired and became a very good lapdog. She was one of the best girls I ever had.
She's there at the Rainbow Bridge now with him, and her favorite frisbee and tugrope, and all the barrels of bison burgers she could eat, i just know it ;v;
Its going to be a shakey couple of says trying to process it all.
My mom is really grieving over her so I need to be strong for her sake. But man, it hurts deep inside. I feel a knot in my stomach and a lump in my throat as I type this out but i cant bring myself to cry. not yet at least. Maybe later. IDK.
I may not respond to every message but I will read every single one of them ; u ;
And to anyone else who has a senior pet...or hell, even a mid-age pet or baby pet - please give them all the cuddles n' pets for me <3

As with previous batches of commissions, if I have extra time to spare during the two months I will select more from the pool of applications and contact people! I'll be sure to work hard to get everything done in a timely manner~

As I had mentioned previously, some specific time constraints will prevent me from taking large-scale commissions like comics. The main reason being that for both July and August i will be attending some anime conventions! (One of them is a local one I go to every year while another one is somewhere in the US!)
It'll be my first time attending a con outside of Canada so I'm both nervous but very excited. <3
Due to the time taken up by these two cons I can't guarantee I will have enough free time to take additional slots but we'll see!

Commission Price Changes

I want to give a quick heads up that I am planning on updating my commission prices soon!
The following changes will be implemented-
- Increase in base price for all commission types
- Increase in price for additional characters
- Complex character design fees will now be charged per character rather than a flat rate.
The changes will officially go into effect the next time I open new slots (for May/June 2025).
However, users who wish to commission a color upgrade for manga-halftone commissions from April2025 and earlier will be billed prices that reflect the 2024 price sheet!
The updated price sheet will be uploaded here within the week - keep an eye out! <3

The google form for commission submissions for the months of January and February have officially closed. I have received around 45 responses and will begin the vetting process!
Those who have been chosen will be contacted as soon as possible!
I also wish to thank those who were still in the December queue and waiting for their commissions for their patience - as much as I had wanted to complete everything in December, I had no choice but to stop early. ^^;; I'll keep working hard (while making sure to practice self-care!)

Posted 11 months agoIt's not the day JUST yet but I want to take the time to wish you all a pre-emptive Merry Christmas. <3
I'm still on hiatus but I am happy to announce that the wrist pain that caused me to stop working early has died down! To keep myself from getting rusty I have been sketching things every day or so (Don't worry, i make plenty sure that I stop if I feel any pain!!!). I'll most likely be working on them in full when the next year rolls over too....but of course, all the stuff I owe my clients will take the highest priority!!!
With all that said, wether its on your own or with loved ones, I hope your holiday season is adequate warm and safe <3

Going on December Hiatus

I figured I’d post an important journal update about what’s going on - this mainly concerns those in my commission queue but I think the rest of my audience deserves to know too.
For the past couple of weeks I’ve been working hard on the commission queue but unfortunately it’s affected my wrist pretty badly. Its gotten to the point that it’s starting to affect the overall quality of my work which is something I really want to avoid especially for paid stuff. >>;;
Part of me does feel kind of bad for having to do this- but for the sake of my own wellbeing and the quality of the stuff I owe, I will be putting any remaining commissions on hold until January.
I understand the sudden delay probably sucks for those who are waiting on stuff from me but after weighing my options I think it really is for the best that I pause work. Once the next month rolls over I should hopefully be able to resume working like normal on both commissions in progress as well as new ones!
(For personal art too, I still have some drawings that are more or less ready to post but I will be putting a brief pause on those too.)
With all that being said…I hope you guys don’t mind at all! m(_ _)m

Like last time, if I am able to finish my main queue early and I have time, I may take on more commissions from this list. I will be contacting the users who got in and updating the queue over time when I get the okay from them.
For those who didn't get in - if there is still time within the two months I will be taking more slots from this batch of responses, so keep an eye out!
