If you ever get any link for unknown source, even if the person you're talking to seems legit, don't fall for it, if you really need to click it, use things like remote desktops or just some old PC without anything valuable.

If anyone else got attacked by him, please contact me, maybe we can do something about this, so he cannot further attack people.

Also, please share this massage, the more people will know about this the less chance someone else will be attacked

I want to apologize everyone who waits for my new arts.

My work will be delayed because of this recent hackers attack.
I have to make sure my PC is safe and no harm was done. That means formatting it and reinstalling every app, getting needed files and etc.
This will take at least a whole day.

This time I have to say some things to you.
It may not be perfectly written in English, sorry.

1. Firstly I need to say that I'm constantly stressed because of work.
Being an Artist is a job and I'm working as everyone else. So don't expect that I'll spend a 40h without any break to finish your commission, because I need some free time too.
So from now on, I won't work more than 12h daily and I'll have weekends off-work. I won't reply in these days.

2. I know you want to know every step of creation of your art, but please chill out.
After I start working on your art, I will notify you on progress, you don't need to ask every 5 minutes about it.
I'm sending you many WIP's so the art will match your expectations, and here we're going to next topic.

3. Only because you commissioned art from me, that doesn't mean we're friends now.
I don't need to know what you ate for dinner.

4. Please, when I'm sending you WIP's and I ask you about your opinion, reply to me. If you don't reply I don't know if you like it, or if I should abandon working on commission, because you're disappointed.
Also I'm not going to wait too long for your reply, so if it comes after two or three months you can be 100% sure that I'm currently working on other customer's commission.

5. The most important thing.
I won't accept any abuse, harassment or insults against me.
ANY KIND OF INSULT/HARRASEMENT/ABUSE = BAN

6. I'm surprised I need to say that.
You're are paying for handmade art and It takes time to finish.

7. If you want to order anything from me, you need to know my rules.
I won't reply to any commission that brakes the rules.

8. If you really want me to finish your art very quickly, you will get it. But the quality of your art will drop down significantly.

9. I'm not making any discounts just for you, definitely not when it's first thing you ask when commissioning.

10. Also raffle prizes that hasn't been finished yet, won't be. Because I really don't have time to make them.



To summarize:
I'm very sorry that because of some people treating me like shit, I have to take a short break.
I'm really sad that I even have to ask my manager to write this for me.
So commissions might get delayed by a few days and we'll make a few changes to my rules/ToS.
