MariaMaCoonArtOH, YES, I'm absolute[color=#DC1DFC]l[/color]y leaving this old account here since my artistic name has changed, I've been using Maria MaCoon as my sona for a couple of years already, and I can't believe how fast time flies!!
Some of you know I didn't have the best experien[color=#A60EE0]c[/color]e in the US and I tried my best to become a normal citizen and MAYBE have the opportun[color=#9109D6]i[/color]ty to taste a bit of the "America[color=#8A06D2]n[/color] Dream"..[color=#8706D1].[/color] OH... YEAH... IT NEVER HAPPENED[color=#C216EF],[/color] MY PAPERWOR[color=#B512E8]K[/color]S WERE SENT TO ME ALREADY EXPIRED.[color=#9108D6].[/color]. TWICE!! I tried my best, even though the first 2 years were absolute[color=#CE1AF5]l[/color]y hell due to covid and the harassme[color=#C316F0]n[/color]t from my family, living in a hostile househol[color=#B513E8]d[/color] where I was forced to work illegall[color=#AA0FE3]y[/color] for my family without any chance to rest more than 24 hours per week and with no chance to go outside was not ideal. And I'm super lucky for having my wolf brother by my side, helping me out to move to Texas. I tried to survive as a full time artist and I've been having success in Telegram since then, but the wait got longer and longer, the limitati[color=#BA14EB]o[/color]ns were getting bigger and I just wanted to go to college or at least get a degree. My brother supporte[color=#A90FE2]d[/color] me all he could. ONCE MORE, BRO, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LETTING ME BE IN THE SAME CITY, AND THEN IN THE SAME HOUSE AS YOU, IT WAS A PRETTY COOL EXPERIEN[color=#9008D6]C[/color]E, AND I'D LIKE YOU TO VISIT ME BACK SOMEDAY, YOU KNOW THAT!

GrrImaWolfI decided to be realisti[color=#DC1DFC]c[/color], and move to somewher[color=#D81CFA]e[/color] else where I can actually go to college, get my paperwor[color=#CE19F5]k[/color] in less than 3 years, and also register my signatur[color=#C517F1]e[/color] as an artist so I can run a PROPER business with my art and give the opportun[color=#B813EA]i[/color]ty to talented artists to work in a save and steady environm[color=#AD10E4]e[/color]nt. I wanted to be a Universi[color=#A80FE2]t[/color]y teacher and probably run my own art academia or probably just a small but lovely studio! Sadly, the US hasn't given me the options or the chance to make that come true, I only had limitati[color=#8706D1]o[/color]ns. THAT'S WHY I'M GOING TO FINISH MY STUDIES IN ARGENTIN[color=#D31BF7]A[/color] AND SEE WHAT COMES NEXT!!! I'M APPLYING TO STUDY EDUCATIO[color=#C316EF]N[/color], SPECIALI[color=#C016EE]Z[/color]ED IN VISUAL ARTS IN THE UNIVERSI[color=#B713E9]T[/color]Y OF BUENOS AIRES! I don't care how long it takes me, it will also provide me some time to stablish safe relation[color=#990BDA]s[/color]hips with other local artists, and maybe, become stronger together :3 If not?... At least I'm getting a degree for myself, many students to teach, and a lot of content to provide to you!!! I think it's a Win/Win! BUT I'M NOT GOTTA LEAVE, YET!!! Just moved to Texas!

I'm happy to announce that left my aunt's house and I moved next to an university for the first time, I am also close to my bro (Timber), he has been helping me out with everything about the moving, furniture, and some extra stuff that I really appreciate!! (Really Timber, thank you so much to make my "American dream" possible one more time.)However, I had to leave the house that I used to live before I got any working permission (and a temporary residence) from the US Immigration office, which means I'll must live the first couple months with very short of money, I need to become a full time artist again to cover my food expenses and some utilities besides the rent itself. Remember I was trying my best to save money for college, I don't want to leave that goal behind because my plans did not turn out as I wanted. I still want to be able to get there and reach my goal of getting a degree of what I love: Graphic art and animation.
🎨MY COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN! 🎨I already appreciate the support I've received in Telegram, FurAffinity, Twitter and Facebook, every commission that I am taking from you means happiness yo me, coming back to the furry market is something that gives me satisfaction: I love to make ideas or even dreams come true by making people happy with something I can do with my own hands. It's much better than my latinamerican family issues and my "work" at the family business tbh. this new step on my life has been magical this first month, But I know I need to work full time to keep things up.

Well, since I have nothing better to say, I'll give you my best wishes this 2021!
I have been so inactive in Furaffinity because I feel uncomfortable with the platform, and I am not the only one. However, it's what we have, and we must be thankful. If I'm not mistaking, I only submitted a couple of pictures the last year, so please let me fix that.
I will submit my featured content of the last year and then my 2021 stuff. Does it sound good? I have submitted all my content on Telegram, and it's easier to contact me there. Nevermind, I will try to answer the notes and shouts that you left me the last year. Thank you for asking about my experience in the USA and how I dealt with the quarantine!! It was (and still is for some people) a hard situation that we needed to struggle with in the last months.

Hello everyone!
I still don't know how to say "thank you" for supporting me and helping me to go to the USA and follow my dreams in the way as I can!-I have almost two months in the country and this a big adventure/challenge to me!

✧How is the new experience?✧
I learned how to catch a bus for going to my English institute, speak all the time in English and understand the rushed people in the city of Charlotte (mostly in the bank, the customer service use to be awful).
Everything is a bit difficult at first, but with time, with patient and confidence in yourself, any problem can be solved!
The hardest challenge was coming to the USA, and we did it, guys!
For now, my aunt is not in her best economic situation, but well, she tries to help me all the time as she can by helping me to pay for my studies, the meals at home and outside, giving me a room in her house, being gentle all the time, and more. My uncle teaches me so many things about the American culture, how to drive well in the USA, gives me tips about the spelling of some words of daily use (like about ingredients for cooking or anything that I don't have in my original country).
About the rest of my family is not the same history, they just left me behind since I moved, and my dad is not looking at me as his daughter, now he will not pay for my education as he promised since a while ago, that doesn't surprise me. I knew that could happen someday because he never wanted to take care of me in no way.
I'M TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT FINDING A JOB FOR KEEPING STUDYING!
I can't draw too many hours per day, now I only can use around 3 hours for drawing, but let's see how things are coming in the future!

I know I'm not the most active here in FurAffinity, but this issue is too much bigger than me. .
my future is depending of this issue.
I was working about commissions all the year for go to Colombia and get my Student visa, that was expensive, but I got it, thanks to God. .
Then, It's time to go to US for complete my inscription in the institute where I'll study, but I had an issue with my reservation, and now, the flight ticket got very expensive for me. . It's very important because I have to be in Charlotte, NC before January 13th, that's just what my I20 (The form for my Student visa) says. :(
My goal is arround $700.00 for pay my flight ticket.
I only need to be commissioned for get enough money for complete this challenge and finnish my studies.

Even if it's something big, I'll be able for do it, don't worry for me in that way! With any art commission, you can help me a lot to finally get out of here and go to continue my studies in US. ^^;
